Nice, clean, cheap resort in golf course

Good place serene and green. But access to golf course is restricted. Pool is nice and big .. but hotel is quite far from city and hence accessibility at night via public transport becomes difficult

Better than we thought ! Considering from what we paid, only at 1,100 baht for a deluxe room, this is a very good deal! Room is clean, bed is soft. There's a bathtub and a cute balcony with very green view. Superb !

Only 2 small size bottles of drinking water are provided. We are 2 persons in the room. I requested for more bottles. They can provide only 1 bottle. They asked me to buy from outside. The town is not within walking distance. And I do not see any mini mart in the resort. Very poor service!

Recently stayed in the 2-bedroom suite with private swimming pool overlooking Loch Palm Golf Course. The suite was spacious, clean and featured luxury amenities. Staff are friendly, and the restaurant serves authentic Thai food. Highly recommend for a quiet stay amongst nature in Kathu.

Spend 3 nights here, would not come back. The beds are very uncomfortable and the breakfast was worst than in a cheap hostel. We cannot recommend.

Lovely quiet location and comfortable rooms at a good price.

To call this a 'resort' is way too much. What it is, is a collection of building huddled around a golf course club house and restaurant that closes at 6.30pm. There is a fitness room also which is close by and next to the pool which we only discovered its whereabouts a couple of days after we arrived. It is lower than the road level that dissects the 'resort'. There is also a bar there but only go there if you want to die from loneliness or boredom. The Wifi is the weakest I have seen in a long time and throughout our stay were unable to connect. The staff response to that was a typical Thai smile and some unintelligible excuse that made no sense at all, but there was a smile there. Our room was on the lower ground floor about a foot above the water level of the 'lake'. This is more of a mosquito farm than a lake though the view was not bad. The bed was comfortable if not a bit tired but on the plus side, the pillows were great and there was good water pressure in the shower.
