We are staying at this beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff and perfect location. Pools are great with pool bars and the main bar/restaurant. Everything well looked after and clean. Direct Access to the beach and beautiful views from the restaurant/bar. Shops and other restaurants close by. Kamala is a very quiet and relaxing spot to hang out on your holiday. Thank you 🙏

Had the pleasure of spending 2 weeks at this gorgeous hotel in Aug 2022 for our 1st year wedding anniversary ❤ The hotel and grounds are amazing and kept in immaculate condition by the staff, who all work so hard. The rooms are spacious and well presented, air conditioning is amazing, we stayed in room 2217 and had a partial view of the beautiful seafront. Huge bed, lots of storage space for clothes, an iron and ironing board were in the room, which helps on creased clothing from suitcase packing!! There are several pools around the complex, would like to say a big thank you to Lee at the restaurant by the sea pool bar who made our stay even better....friendly, chatty and full of smiles. A big thank you to all the staff from reception, housekeeping and the restaurant/bars...we have never been made to feel so welcome and never seen anyone smile as much as you all did....Thailand really is the land of smiles 😃 See you all next year 🙏

Couldn’t experience a better stay. Rooms are spacious and clean with a great view. Swimming pools are all very big, clean, surrounded with trees and great staff. The massage in the hotel was just perfect. The beach, the restaurants and the buffet were also great. The building is nice and clean. The staff and the managers are very polite and always available. I have to add, we postponed our stay for three more nights, as we liked everything very much.

If you're interested in hectic nightlife and car exhaust, read no further. We spent about 3 weeks in October like in a fairy tale here , despite several stormy days. I recommend choosing a room with a view of the pool (there are 4 of them) on the original website of the resort. You will get good bonuses from the resort. In this resort we woke up from the singing of birds. Most of the guests here are sedate people without children. If you are with children, please contact Sunwind Resort which is under the same ambrella, but is territorially separated. In the Sunprime Resort you will receive: unlimited attention and Thai smiles from staff; relaxation holidays at your choice by the pool or by the sea, which will be a few steps from your room; bars in/near the pools and a great restaurant on the beach (I advise you to take breakfast at least); well equipped GIM, table tennis, darts; free yoga, water aerobics, zumba classes. A tireless coach will not leave you indifferent to sports. Enjoy the sunset and a cocktail in comfortable chairs on the beach. Note: Go for a non-smoking room if you don't like the smell of cigarettes. The local village and restaurants along the coast are within walking distance. We will definitely return here.

Definitely a 4 star hotel the staff while super friendly and accommodating needs a tad bit more attention to detail (its a super minor nitpick and would be warranted if this were a higher star hotel). The view is to die for and the food is decent as far as hotel food goes .

Great staff, all were totally individual and let their personalities shine. Service standards were high, with a smile. The on-site massage was great, and very well priced. Highly recommend this place

Perfect place to relax.. close to beach and the nice beachy restaurants that are a close walk. The food at the hotel was great too. The only negative was our shower water in the family room was very smelly. They tried to flush the system but it didn't improve much. Hopefully they fix this.

The staff at Sunprime Kamala Beach go out of their way to make your stay extra special. From the restaurant staff to the reception staff, to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was concerned about our comfort each and every day of our stay. No request was too small for the staff to attend to and every request was met cheerfully and with enthusiasm. A special mention to the ladies at front reception, each and every receptionist was brilliant and you really made our stay feel special. We hope to return in the future!

Amazing place to stay! Great big rooms with comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Katy and her colleagues at the restaurant (superbe buffet breakfast) are most welcoming and work really hard to make the guests happy and feel at home. Definitely recommend this hotel! SunPrime is a beautiful resort that has everything you can ask for! The rooms and facilities are clean and well-designed. The pools are great. The beach access makes it super convenient. The prices of food, drinks and massages are very reasonable. There were two issues - while some of the staff were very helpful and courteous, some of them were quite inflexible and unfriendly - I do not know if this is because we were the only Indians at the resort or if they treat Europeans this way as well. Also, some in my group were vegetarian. The room service has some options but the breakfast buffet had hardly any variety - it was the same repetitive continental options of breads, cheese, salads and fruits all 4 days and no vegetarian Thai/ hot food options. The location is perfect if you want to stay and enjoy the resort but not if you want to access Patong/ Old Town, which are about 40-50 minutes away.

We had a lovely stay at sunprime for only 3 nights. Wish we had a few more. The staff were so friendly and facilities were good. It was low season so always easy to get a sun lounger. Great location. Our only negative was that we had requested a ground floor room and they gave us a "free upgrade" which meant a room on the 3rd floor that we had to access via stairs to save going all the way around the resort to the lift...I wouldn't really call that an upgrade but it was a minor discomfort as we really did need the extra steps after the amount of delicious food we were consuming.

Had a great stay at this resort. Staff all spoke fantastic English and were so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks was amazing and great value for money. Honestly I don’t think the photos do this place justice! I was expecting to have to walk to the beach but the hotel was situated right on the sand, beautiful views for dining. Wish we had stayed longer !

Loved my stay here! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, spacious rooms and a big buffet breakfast. Lots of lounges to relax by the pool and amazing massages. Other travellers were quiet and respectful. Would definitely come again!

All is indeed perfect for a vacation. Very clean, friendly and wonderful staff!! Kitchen is excellent. I will be there again. Pools, bar, beach, massage, all there. Great rooms with balcony. Nothing to complain about. Good. Concept. Two hotels , one for families. Congratulations to the management and team.

Theres is few things: 1. The location, its not so far from the centre,but there is nothing to do outside the area, very distant and only by walk, you have a few restaurants near the hotel with high prices. 2. The breakfast is good, but if you are coming near to the close hour, you will see that everything empty, very rude stuff and flys on the food. 3. The beach very small, not so organised. 4. The room a little bit old, the stuff trying to make it clean, but with the condition its not possible. 5. Fitness room very very small, few facilities in bad condition. 6. We made a mistake and we put do not disturb instead of clean my room, so at 6pm i asked them if they can clean my room , the room , and the stuff told me that it’s difficult for her now, she will do it tomorrow.

Great hotel in a quiet location on Kamela Beach. The hotel has great staff who seem to have a second nature focus on customer experience. For our entire stay we didn't experience a single bad experience with staff. The rooms were great too. Decently sized with good beds, decently sized refrigerator and good AC. Would recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to travel to Phuket and Kamela Beach.

The hotel is a bit far from the central area and there are no free shuttles like in most resorts. The last night there was a flood at the hotel and the hotel electricity was off for more than 12 hours (until we left) and no alternative was offered. it was not possible to take a hotel taxi because they say the road was blocked but there was another road. Luckily there is a Bolt otherwise we would have been stuck in the flooded hotel. The massage at the complex was excellent and not expensive.

Amazing hotel. Everything is perfect and right on Kamala Beach. You can reach the town through the beach and fanatsea phuket is walking distance. Four large swimming pools and enough space for everyone. Hospitality at its best.

Hotel is located in Kamala beach which is very crowded. After storm which happend 5 days ago beach is very dirty as well. I've never seen such dirty beach in my travel life. The situation which surprises me is that the hotel staff is not cleaning the beach at all and it's very dangerous to be there, there are some glasses and some boards with nails there. As well there is walking road near this hotel which is cleaned from the sand in all other part of the beach except the part near two 4 stars fancy hotels.

I have been traveling a lot and stayed many hotels, Sunprime Kamala Beach is the first hotel that I appreciated a lot. Location is good for relax, all staffs are greeting with smiles and nice services. Also can check in early and check out late ( if they have available rooms)
