The place is very clean and offers free breakfast along with one pool for the normal rooms and a smaller pool in the back for the villa suites. Parking is limited as they only have 5 spots at a price of $25/day. You can find parking on the street during the week in the off-season but parking is difficult in-season and on the weekends. About a 5 minute walk from all the major bars. My only complaint is that the rooms need to be updated.. at the end of the day, it's a bed and breakfast so it's kind of expected. Please give this review a thumbs up if you found it helpful! 😬

My favorite place to stay in KW! Love the staff here and love the atmosphere. It's nice to see some of the same faces year after year. Also love that they have breakfast in the morning! A little extra bonus. Melissa at the front desk was excellent! Five stars all the way!

We were going to be staying Feb 12-Feb 14 - we had to cancel our booking thru Hotels.com due to a party member coming down with Covid - I canceled the reservation on 1/17/22 - hotels.com said i had a refund coming to me due to the cancelation, but according to Ambrosia key west - because I canceled less then 30 days before my arrival we are being charged a one night fee. That is not right they have the room rebooked for those nights. So they are getting double paid for the room. Because we did the right thing by canceling due to covid we are being penalized for it. So i guess we should come down and get everyone sick. - not real happy not being able to come to the keys and the way the Ambrosia just will not veer from their cancellation policy in this day and age with all this Covid.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Abrosia. I would rate it higher if I could. What a wonderful Bed and Breakfast!!! What a wonderful experience! Definitely will visit again Location: perfect! Just a couple blocks off Duval, and an easy walk to many, if not most of the popular places. About 15/16 mins to the most southern point, and 10/12 mins to the port area Setting: it's an oasis! Beautiful tropical landscaping Room: very large, and decorated nicely, with plenty of natural light. Bed was big. Had a very large porch! Nice older character and charm Staff: staff were all wonderful and friendly. Breakfast: we had planned to each breakfast put a couple mornings, but decided to eat at the Ambrosia each morning. It was always timely and very good. Included was, bagels, fruit, scrambled eggs, small omelets, sausage, bacon, toast, muffins, coffee, juices, tea. All very delicious, and so convenient We had such a great time here

This place is beautiful and very relaxing. The location is perfect! 2 blocks away from Duvall St on a quant street amount the tree lined street. Jeff is an amazing asset to this place. Chatty with the guests, making us feel very welcomed. He assured us our month long stay would be enjoyable and to call on him if we need anything. Cleaning staff is great as well. I’ll add an additional review after check out!!

The service was great! I recommend avoiding bottom floor rooms since you can really hear the residents upstairs.

Had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend! Friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast. Parking is tight, but you can usually find a spot not labeled "resident" within a block or so. This trip was a last minute change of plans, but I was pleasantly surprised that this property did not have any of the ridiculos fees (destination, resort, extra person, just because we can.... ) tacked on. Just because of that I will definitely consider this property again when in KW! Booked through Travelocity.

Our experience at Ambrosia was simply a 10 out of 10. From the beautiful little oasis pool area to a great breakfast every morning, i could not say enough great things about this perfect getaway. I happened to run into the owner of the hotel. One most genuine real people that u very rarely see in this day and age. Overall if there was a 15 out of 10 this would be it. What a great time, thank you!

10/10 recommend!! We stayed here 3 times with no problems! It’s at the perfect spot. Great location close to everything. Rooms clean! Very nice staff. We will be coming back that’s for sure! We stayed at Katie’s cottage and the regular poolside rooms. Both amazing.

Awful, worst hotel I've been for years, broken air conditioning, a plug didn't even work! I changed the room at night with my friend, because I couldn’t sleep with this heat, he didn't care so much! Changed room and his room had no plug available, i had to unplug things! Dirty and poorly maintained bathroom… I wouldn't even pay $50 a night for this hotel, I know motels that are much better! 1 star because it’s really really basic and dirty and the price-quality ratio is really bad, also for Key West! πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

Ambrosia Key West on Fleming was the perfect place for our 3 day weekend in Key West. Not only is it adorable, but it is clean, well located, and the staff is friendly. Maria was extremely helpful and made our stay a 5 star experience. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit!

Stayed in Fleming House for 3 nights and had an amazing stay! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the pool is warm and never crowded, breakfast was served in a brown bag in the morning but was more than sufficient, and our room - I should say house - was incredible! It faces Fleming St. and you walk in to a large living area with an adequate kitchen and a small dining area. A spiral staircase takes you up to an enormous bedroom and a very nice bathroom. We had fresh towels every day and they give you beach towels as well. I will definitely be back there.

Wow, this place was amazing! We booked online and it was overbooked. The team made sure our weekend was not ruined. Not only was communication prompt and fast, they booked us at another place called cabana inn. For a place to go out of their way to accommodate guests in limbo says a lot about the folks that work there. We did not stay at the original location, but you can count on us booking again with ambrosia. Thank you guys for making our weekend unforgettable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

This place was absolutely amazing. My wife and I stayed in the honeymoon suite for 5 days. The breakfest sandwiches were perfect for their purpose. Friendly staff and great house keepers. Secure entrances and rooms. We will be back! Only thing is that the pools were too warm and not as refreshing.. but it's easy to over look with all the other great aspects of the place.

Peaceful relaxing oasis in the middle of historic Key West. The owners went above and beyond. We will definitely come back. Pet friendly hotel and breakfast included.

How much time do you really spend in your room in Key West? With that said the accommodations are spot on for an ultimate stay. Near everything it's practically a 10 minute walk to either end of the island. The breakfast that is included is basic but very good which helps with the budget! Ambrosia's hospitality is amazing from check in to check out.

Visited in September. Great location, friendly staff, spacious room, porch. Enjoyed the pool area, very private with locked gate at 7:00 PM

Possibly the nicest accommodations I’ve ever been to. I cannot imagine a resort with nicer people. The staff here was the best! The rest of the industry could take lessons. Thank you Ambrosia, We WILL come back soon!
