Atlantis house Garden Suite is amazing! The patio is amazing on its own! Shavon is awesome! He even left us a key lime pie and tons of little chocolates as well as our favorite coffee! (Cafe Bustello) The Atlantis house is the place to stay in Key West, FL!!!!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis House in April of 2022. The property is in a prime location, extremely clean, and has thoughtful touches such as snacks, a Bluetooth speaker, every toiletry you could possibly need, and more. Thank you, Shari and Shavon for being accommodating and communicative throughout the booking process. Next time we're in Key West we know where we'll be staying!

Loved staying at Atlantis house. Close to the public beach but tucked away from hectic Duval street. Attractions were accessible by bikes provided. Tires were low when we got here but Shavon came and pumped them up the next day along with bringing us a roll of paper towels for the kitchenette. Highly suggest renting some scooters for your stay. We didn’t end up doing it, but I could see how they would be handy to get around the island. We rode down to get breakfast at the Corner Sandwich shop every morning. Doesn’t look like much but the sandos are delicious! To note, there are two suites-The Palm and The Banyan, and they share the backyard deck. If both are booked you will be sharing the deck space with your neighbor. Also chickens! The chicken roam the whole island and will crow at anytime of the day. Not super loud inside the room but you can hear them. We loved it and made us feel at home because we have chickens. Also, the next door neighbor has a dog. Never woke up to it but did notice a bit of barking when I was out on the deck. Nothing horrible (and believe me, I’ve stayed at an Air BnB where the owners quarters were attached to our rental and dogs barked non-stop!) Really enjoyed our stay and would book the Main residence for a family vacation if it wasn’t a minimum 28 day stay. Way more comfy and relaxing than a hotel.

Stayed here in 2017 and it was amazing ! Best part we’re the Key lime pie and the puppers! Thanks for the awesome launching point for my vacation. Many great memories even years later!

My husband and I stayed at the Atlantis House in the Garden Suite for 3 nights. It was incredible. From start to end, Steve was so accommodating. It felt like home. This place has everything you need and more. Beach gear, bikes, you name it. To top it off Kayla’s Key Lime Pie was fantastic. It made our day. We will definitely be coming back. We stayed in Key West for 4 nights. Banyan/Garden suite was a perfect getaway and fit our needs! It had everything we needed. The addition of the bikes for our use to get around Key West were very helpful. We appreciated the recommendations and the Key Lime pie from Shavon. Shari and Shavon were amazing hosts. We would stay at this location again.

We enjoyed this one-room air BnB. Beautiful inside and out. It had all the amenities and treats within. Very cool and accomodating!

Steve and Kayla have created a true Shangri La in Key West! The Atlantis House is perfectly located in a quiet spot, yet close to the beaches, bars and restaurants. The supplied bikes were all we needed to enjoy 4 days and nights touring the island and discovering this gem of a place! Our suite and the lovely garden / deck sitting areas are wonderfully comfortable, appointed and exceeded our expectations... and have guaranteed our return... Thank you Steve and Kayla!

Beautiful, clean, cozy. The owners, Steve and Kayla, are fantastic!! Kayla made an amazing key lime pie for us. It was so much better than any you’ll find in town!! There are two rental properties and a beautiful back yard that feels like an oasis - wonderful escape from our busy lives!! This was our honeymoon, so we wanted everything to be perfect, and the Atlantis House met or exceeded every expectation we had!! You will likely want to use the bikes or a car to get to Duval street, but it’s only 1.7 miles across the island. I would love to get back here someday!!

This was one of our longer trips to the keys and we booked the last four nights in the Garden Suite at The Atlantis House. We are so glad we did! The suite was gorgeous - beautifully decorated and a beautiful, comfortable layout. The landscaping outside and around the patio area really made for a great paradise backdrop. It was a wonderful romantic getaway. I was happy to discover that Kayla offered massages. The massage was definitely one of the top highlights of my trip!!! Both Kayla and Steve are extremely personable and knowledgeable about Key West. You couldn't ask for better hosts. Highly recommended!!

We loved the Atlantis House! So beautiful so serene and it's hosts Kayla and Captain Steve are wonderful! They made us feel very, welcome and comfortable! Kayla makes a killer key lime pie she needs to sell it!! It's close to all attractions and night life. We would love to go back! Highly recommend it!

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Thanks to Steve and Kayla who were superb hosts, our anniversary trip was a great experience. The room and garden, the location, the key lime pie...all were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. During these times when you want to avoid crowds, it was especially nice to stay in a guest house with only 2 beautiful suites.

What a great stay with a warm, wonderful and knowledgeable couple. Our room was super comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. We were greeted by the owners and given recommended restaurants and entertainment. The recommendations were excellent. Captain Steve took us on a boat tour of the islands with a special stop to walk ashore, time to see dolphins and sting rays and snorkeling on a coral reef. What a great day! We were near to very good nearby restaurants and a short drive (or walk for us) to downtown.

Steve and Kayla's place by far is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Extremely clean along while also remembering the little details that make it that much better. The bed (Master Suite) is really comfortable. The bathroom is set apart enough to where someone can sleep in while the other person gets ready. The wet bar is stocked with coffee, dishes and a microwave. The outside is so beautiful and relaxing. They have it set up perfectly to relax in the day or night time. This place is an absolute gem! We highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

I did not stay at the Atlantis House, but my wife and I took a boat tour with Steve, the owner. Highly recommend this to anyone coming to Key West. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about many topics surrounding Key West and he can tailor his tour to the specific topics that interest you. Based on his hospitality on the boat, I have to imagine that it extends to Atlantis House and that he is a fantastic host there as well.

Steve and Kayla are the most gracious hosts we have experienced! On each of our 21 visits they have always managed to come up with a special surprise, or to grant a special request. Their attention to every little detail regarding comfort and cleanliness of the room has not only been consistent but has improved over the years. This is the BEST place on the island regarding value, amenities, comfort, hospitality, cleanliness, and the list goes on and on! We would not even consider staying anywhere else in Key West as have already booked visit number 22! Bob and Mary Levo

The atmosphere, the location and the owners. As we drive away from the Keys, a sad feeling of homesickness comes over me. Not for my own home, but for the one I just left, Atlantis House. I sit here reminiscing about the past few days we just had. We came to the Keys to see and experience the beautiful views and beaches. What we found was an amazing oasis called Atlantis House. We spent many hours just reading and relaxing in the lush gardens. As innkeepers with a luxury property in Texas, we were amazed by the deeply warm hospitality, the flawless upkeep of the apartment and the care and thoughtfulness with which they have created an amazing getaway. As a Chef, I was interested in trying the restaurants they recommended and was very pleased with one great meal after another. We are already planning a return visit. The website just does not do Atlantis House justice. It is so much more! Marcia and Brad Scarbrough
