On
a
wonderful
tour
of
Israel
with
Pilgrim
Tours,
our
last
hotel
of
the
trip
was
the
Leonardo
Jerusalem
Hotel,
where
we
stayed
3
nights.
Out
of
4
hotels,
this
one
was
the
only
one
sub-par
(2
rather
than
4
stars)
both
in
condition
and
service.
I
highly
recommend
others
to
find
another
hotel.
The
rooms
had
numerous
problems,
including
a
noisy,
running
toilet
which
they
could
not
immediately
fix
as
we
arrived
late
in
the
evening
and
for
which
their
fix
was
the
next
day
was
to
turn
was
to
turn
off
the
water
so
it
would
not
flush
at
all,
so
we
had
to
request
a
room
transfer
and
that
resulted
in
numerous
room
key
problems
preventing
access
to
either
the
old
or
new
room
(3
more
trips
to
the
front
desk).
All-in-
6
trips
to
the
front
desk
over
the
toilet
and
key
issues.
Escalating
to
the
manager,
he
was
apologetic,
but
never
offered
any
real
compensation
(2
bottles
of
water
and
some
old/bad
chocolate
bar)
for
the
2
hours
and
frustration
we
spent
resolving
this.
Another
shock
was
that
they
ripped
up
the
hallway
carpet
the
second
day
we
were
there,
resulting
in
a
mess
down
the
hallway
and
bits
and
pieces
on
our
room
floor
by
the
door,
as
well
as
an
extra
odor.
We
had
no
forewarning
of
this
with
others
complaining
even
more
about
the
glue
odor
as
they
replaced
the
carpet.
Other
problems
included
a
squeaky
closet
door
and
noisy
A/C
fan
in
the
old
room,
and
the
new
room
having
a
slow
running
shower/tub
drain,
leaky
shower
hose,
closed
drain
at
the
sink
with
a
broken
lever
(all
old
fixtures),
and
a
fridge
that
was
barely
colder
than
the
room.
The
food
was
good,
but
not
as
good
as
the
other
3
hotels.
