The room smelled like a sewer, it was disgusting and we booked the suite! After talking with the reception they didn’t even want to compensate us for the horrible smell! We ended up cancelling our reservation and going to the hotel next door. The prices were the same and the rooms were so much better!

Not well maintained. No touch of modern amenities. Breakfast is a hoax . Receptionist guy said “ he doesn’t want to try pronounce my name” , but he is middle eastern! Pretty disrespectful comment on someone’s name !

This hotel is really good, rooms are clean, confortable bed, and good Wifi. The best thing is that is so closed to the beach. Just 2 blocks away. And also provide coffee, snacks and fruit for free as a breakfast

Avoid these people at all cost. Immediately cancelled a reservation after learning that Tel Aviv was under attack by missiles and rockets. They charged a cancellation fee even after I explained our circumstances, including age, almost 80, and fear of aggravating health with stress. Not a vacation if under missile attack. They refused to waive a cancellation charge and put it thru on credit card even after cancellation request. If this is how they treat seniors, not a place that cares for the customer. Strictly out to get your money.

Excellent stay. Clean, close to the sea, excellent coffee in the included breakfast, delicious fresh and dried fruits, varied assortment of pastry. Mini fridge in the room - much appreciated. One of a kind vintage decor throughout the hotel - common lounge areas, walls - like furniture, old radio sets, paintings, home or office objects. Also reasonable price, I highly recommend.

Location 5 stars. Rooms 5 stars. Staff 5 stars. Value for money 5 stars. It's a very basic hotel, but we don't spend a lot of time in our room when we're on holiday, so it's not a problem. There's a lot of noise from the street, which makes it difficult to sleep well - no double glazing on the windows. We like a lobby and a bar, which you don't get here. Also, no breakfast, but at the weekend there's a coffee machine and croissants. On the whole we had a great week here, and would definitely recommend it to anyone on a smaller budget. We would probably go for something on a different level next time

Good hotel close to the beach and center, but pls remove the carpet in the rooms I don’t get it why hotels are using carpet’s especially in England but also the embassy Hotel after time it’s getting just dirty, in that case it was clean for the most part. For the price I recommend you the hotel because like I mentioned before it’s really well located

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I did not find it up to my standards and to the enthusiastic review I found on booking. After I came back I left a review reflecting my experience and I was offered 60$ to delete it as it was lowering the average grade. Unacceptable!

Loved the staff (very helpful and really seek to make your stay unforgettable), the location (a block from the most gorgeous beach), the traveling tips, the beach towels, and bags. They offer really good fruit. The housekeeping staff is top-notch. I will absolutely be back!

Good price for the area. Super clean! Perfect location near paid (but expensive) parking and great free swimming beaches! Lots of good food around. Hotel staff were all absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless and everything was absolutely clean. The curtains let in a lot of light and the street is noisy, but for the area it's a good find. Loved the complementary champagne and cookies - what a nice touch! Staff was helpful with every request.

I stayed here for a couple of nights. Nice hotel with an excellent location down by the sea front. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room was clean. They do free pastry and coffee each morning. Comfortable bed. Coffee facilities in the room. So basic but adequate hotel for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at the embassy hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there is a big construction site across the street. There was a lot of noise on most of the days and one morning there was no water. The windows could be cleaned once in a while as well. You can hardly look outside. Room service also forgot two days in a row to replace the toilet paper.

It was cute. The suites were very spacious. The sofa in the living room was hard and absolutely terrible. The bed was also super firm and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were nice and fluffy though. There was no view. Basically you can see the people in line accross the street at the US embassy. The suite comes with a complimentary mini bottle of champagne, and two bottles of drinking water, which was nice. The bathrooms have tubs and showers, very spacious and room enough for two. The employees were nice. They have a small complementary coffee, tea and cookie table in the morning in the lounge. That was a highlight. You could hear the street traffic noise from the hotel. Making it difficult to sleep in for very long. The hotel was very cute. I love the boutique vibe. Parking is very expensive.

Reading all the positive reviews, we were very disappointed upon checking in at the hotel. The room was small, the carpet was dirty, and the room was very noisy.

Very very good room, staff, breakfast, snacks during the day including champagne. Very good location. Yes, some rooms look at the window to another building but we knew it when booked. Also it was surprise for early check-in.

This is seriously the cutest hotel I've seen. I rented a room here just for the day because I had a very long lay over and didnt want to wait at the airport. I got there early enough to enjoy the breakfast, the fruit was the freshest I've ever had and I live in Florida in the US! Steps to the beach and they give you towels, the towels are very small so maybe take 3. The only annoying thing was I asked the girl at the desk where I could get stamps and she literally had no idea, turns out there is a post office 2 blocks away.

I'm a recurring client of Embassy with a long-term rental of over 1.5 years and have already paid around 200,000 shekels(!) to them. However, the Embassy provides incomplete service, the cleaning was absent the past days, therefore the apartment is dusty and the garbage is accumulated. No towels replacement, no fresh bed linen, no even toilet paper. In recent days, they did a double charge from my card without my consent. The American bank, as well as its Israeli branch have officially confirmed it's the fault of the merchant, the Embassy's fault. But the Embassy still hasn't admitted this is their fault and hasn't even apologized.

Very nice hotel, great location, 1 block to the beach, cross street is a branch of USA Embassy. Aroma coffee shop in the corner, restaurants around, everything walking distance.

Excellent hotel. Without showing off it is comfortable, convenient and with quality service. Reasonably priced for the area. The cost-benefit relation is great.

The embassy hotel was simply amazing! The location is super central and with a parking lot right next to it, so it’s easy if you come with a car. The rooms are great, spacious, clean with a great shower! Staff is super friendly! Shout out to Dudu :)

Excellent hotel! I decided to show some ambient pictures because the rooms are exactly as shown in the website, great!, clean and modern. The service was very welcoming. The location is amazing, very close to the beach and the city center. Many options for transportation as well as for gastronomy around the place. There is no breakfast BUT you have a very nice place to eat or drink. Coffee, tea and cookies 24 hours a day. It was a great choice, and I very much recommend.
