First of all, it took a long time to find the hostel. The address in the internet was wrong and there where no signs that helped to find the house. After we asked at the supermarket nearby the guy answered quite annoyed and told us the way. He explained us that this situation happens very often and that he is tired of always guiding the people to the hostel. When we finally arrived there was nobody who welcomed us. After a while a guy came out of a room and it was not sure if he was working there. He didn't introduce himself or anything and wasn't friendly at all. Then he told us that he had to clean the room first. No problem for us, but we where very hungry and wanted to eat a little bit and we told him that it takes maybe 20 minutes in the kitchen. It was difficult to arrange a short time to use the kitchen because he felt distracted in his cleaning schedule. If you wanna cook, there are not many kitchen tools. Just one "sharp" knife and old kitchen board, no peeler or bowls. We where lucky that we where the only ones there, otherwise it would have been a mess. The bathtubs isn't very clean at all and the toilet seats seem to be from a another age. The sun deck is more an old, dirty roof with broken plastic chairs. We would definitely not recommend this place for your stay in Jerusalem.

BEFORE you book this, realize this is not a professional or commercial hostel. This is literally in the basement of an apartment complex next to abandoned stores rented by some guy named "Rich". There are no signs or markers at all, and as soon as "Rich" goes to bed he will not answer the phone to provide assistance or directions. Since none of the people in the community knew where he was, it took me two hours to find his apt in the basement behind the abandoned store, and when I did, there was no one there to even show me where to sleep. So even after all that, and though I had paid for my room in advance, I had to just leave.

Conveniently located for a complete Jerusalem experience, in the positive sense. Basic, safe, clean, and includes complementary breakfast for those who are so inclined. Helpful and courteous staff.

This was an awesome hostel right in the heart of Jerusalem. Everything was within walking distance, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

Avoid at any costs. Receptionists has terrible attitude, not helpful at all, additional charges apply, and don't even think someone would be at the reception before 3pm.

One of the worst places I had the displeasure of dealing with. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

El lugar estaba tan sucio que necesitamos buscar otro alojamiento para dormir del asco que nos dió. Hemos ido a muchos sitios y nunca jamás nos ha pasado esto. Teníamos reserva para 4 noches y no nos quisieron devolver absolutamente nada del dinero. Terrible.

SON UNOS IMPRESENTABLES. UN MES DESPUES DE MI ESTANCIA ALLI POR UNA NOCHE, ME CARGAN EN MI VISA 50€ QUE NO VIENEN A CUENTO, YA QUE YA ESTABA PAGADO. ENCIMA RECLAMO Y NO HACEN CASO. LADRONES.
