This place should be rated higher! Best place to stay in Klamath Falls. Free breakfast, newly remodeled. Charging tables in the dining area, business center, small snack beer and wine stand. Clean comfortable rooms and the staff is all smiling through their masks. Coffee and refrigerator in the suite room.

Hands down probably one of the best motels I've stayed at. The front desk lady was so pleasant to work with and there was a couple of the other ladies me and my wife really clicked with, they helped us to find the best food in town and directed us to all the things to do in town. When we get a chance we will be back.

The staff are very friendly and helpful with good recommendations for the area. The rooms are alright. The fitness room is solid. Thin walls as mentioned in other reviews, you can always hear people talking in adjacent rooms/halls. Loud elevator and loud outdoor traffic. Honestly just very noisy all around. The breakfast is delicious however the fact you cannot self serve is excruciatingly annoying. The area where guests can normally grab food is blocked off by tables and you have to relay your desired items to the staff. The workers do their best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner, but it’s a clunky and unnecessary system.

Update! How this can be rated as a two-star hotel in Klamath Falls is beyond me. This is by far at least a four if not a five for this area! The amenities are plenty. The beds are outstanding, and everything here is wonderful. You really want for nothing which is wonderful in a hotel and I know I worked at the Queen Mary at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and at the Best Western a long long time ago out by Camp Roberts California anyway It is Thursday, June 1st, 2023, and we are spending the night here again Everybody here is top-notch and fantastic service with the beautiful room added in for your comfort I love this place. I love the people and I can't recommend it highly enough it is worth coming to town just to stay here Beautiful place, a wonderful breakfast, and the most amazing cloud top beds i've ever slept in. Had to come back

We stay here every time our kids have hockey games at Running Y. Breakfast is always great. I wish the jacuzzi was clean, but it's been pretty scary for two seasons, so I'm not holding my breath.

The check-in was easy and staff was terrific! Super clean and housekeeping was great. Even had a to-go breakfast ready since we were heading out to kayak early. Will definitely be back!

Had a problem with my work card upon check in. I was told that the credit card authorization wasn't sent in so my personal card would be charged if not resolved before checking out and my assistant had sent it in via email prior to my arrival. Not a huge deal, I just feel it should have been ready when I got there. The rooms were comfortable and pretty clean. There is an indoor pool, but I didn't go into it. Free breakfast the next morning was decent.

Clean. Quiet. Pool is warm. Hot tub/jacuzzi is old and small. Free breakfast was solid. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hot and cold for bathroom sink was reversed (L-R). Parking lot clean. BED was better quality than Mandalay Bay resort Vegas. Towels aplenty in like new condition. Felt safe. Bit of hot rod noise on local street, but a good calm place to crash out and refresh.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. My family of six stayed in a two queen and one fold out bed. I always appreciate the kind of amenities this hotel provided. We were very comfortable fluffy beds, fluffy pillows (four to each queen), clean bedding that wasn't too skimpy, microwave, refrigerator, spacious, etc.

Clean, modern and appears to be recently updated. Beds were comfortable with very nice and clearly very clean linens. Our room was also very clean. Staff is professional and friendly. Would have enjoyed one of their usually present cookies after dinner. Oh well… probably didn’t need it! 😉 Pool, hot tub and workout area are all very nice with everything in working order. Both the pool and hot tub have lifts for medical needs. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with the expected variety. They were all set up and ready to go at 6:30am as promised. I definitely recommend this hotel in Klamath Falls, OR. Centrally located and a great place to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying overnight at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Klamath Falls Central on May 27, 2023, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the room itself. It was immaculate, and the level of cleanliness was exceptional. The housekeeping staff deserves immense credit for maintaining such high standards. The bed in the room deserves a special mention—it was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect balance of softness and support. I woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to tackle the day ahead. Aside from the excellent room, the overall service at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Klamath Falls Central was great. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klamath Falls. The exceptional cleanliness, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the outstanding service make it a top-notch choice. I look forward to returning to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Klamath Falls Central on my next visit to the area. Well done to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience!

We try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express whenever we travel. This was the first time we were told they had a no pet policy ($300.00) if you bought a dog in. Otherwise it was good 👍

Hotel is clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping and breakfast are both very well done. I stay here around the same time every year and see the same people every time, so they must be being treated well enough to stay which I like.

Stayed here on 2 separate occasions. The staff is very friendly, I found each room I stayed in to be clean and comfortable. However, both nights I heard other guests all throughout the night, this seems to be a popular place for high school sports teams to stay. Try to get a room on the 4th floor if you can and earplugs are a good idea.

After having a mixup with comfort inn (literally same parking lot) I walked over to holiday Inn and they said yes we habe rooms available and the lady was very nice and the rooms were cleaned and the pool was awesome

Staff was rude. They weren’t willing to work with me for a 1 pm check in I realize this was pretty early so I asked if they would prioritize my room since I was there and ready to check in and was told no. Instead I asked for a refund I was told I “don’t have to stay there but the room is already paid for” so I would recommend the Marriott right down the road it’s a little more expensive but it’s much nicer with friendly staff and definitely where I’ll spend my money from now on.

Its pretty pricey but I stayed here couple of nights doing a jobsite. The front desk lady,( didn't get her name), was always very professional, very courteous, and welcoming .Property was very clean and I had a great stay. Definitely recommend you stay at this location if and when in the area.

It is impossible for a hotel that does not offer housekeeping during a 3-day stay to get anything greater than three stars. But unfortunately, this hotel is not just cutting corners on housekeeping. They're not keeping the pool or the hot tub clean. Over my 3-day stay I watched the hot tub get progressively more and more filthy. The room was reasonably comfortable. The air conditioning worked but it was noisy. The bathtub was a bit worn and dated. The staff were reasonably friendly and helpful.

Can't hook up to the internet with PS4 or switch... Even with Ethernet cord. Walls are paper thin, hopefully the room next to yours isn't loud... There is a laundry amenity it takes quarters... Bring soap. The attendant at the front was nice and helpful. Full parking lot after 7pm... Have to park way out or in the comfort inns parking.
