I went to eat shabu-shabu. My purpose was to see the garden, but it exceeded my expectations. Ta. Don't go early in the daylight even on fully booked nights. I don't think you can enjoy the view of the garden enough. Apparently you don't have to make a reservation for lunch, but there are only a few seats. It is better to make a reservation. I went there for lunch on February 12th and ate the Gaya bento. Ta. Even though it was called a bento, I enjoyed it because it was beautifully arranged. It was much colder than last time and the shoji doors were closed. This is also interesting.

You can enjoy delicious Japanese food in a relaxing mountain hut. The Japanese garden is wonderful. A bento box costs about 4,500 yen.

I received a lunch box. It seems that they also provide a shuttle service to a nearby station, so I was dropped off at Minoya Station and arrived in about 5 minutes. The combination of each carefully prepared dish and one of the best Japanese gardens in Kobe was a shock... The miso-pickled Spanish mackerel and Fukagawa-style shallow rice had a deep, nutritious flavor that made me groan... There is a secret garden of 1,300 tsubo outside, and the main building seems to be borrowing the view of the mountains in the background. In front of us are 10,000,000 splendid pine trees. Not only did I have a meal, but I felt like I was somewhere else outside of Minoya just by walking a little bit. it's recommended.

My senior took me there. I would like to give it full marks. After the meal, I chatted for a while with the owner who was pulling weeds in the garden, and I found him to be a friendly but serious person. There are no complaints about the food, the building, or the garden.

The soup stock had a strong flavor and a gentle seasoning. I went again this year in 2020. This time I ordered one for my 2 year old child. When I made the reservation, I was told that there would be a lot of food, but I decided to ask my parents to eat it if there was any leftover. As expected, the kids couldn't finish it all so the parents had to eat it, but it was very delicious. It comes with a variety of side dishes, so I think any child can enjoy it (^^)

The garden was wonderful, the thatched roof and the building where meals were served were also very nice. I had a kaiseki meal at a memorial service and it was very delicious, but the customer service attitude of the person serving the meal was poor. There was no smile, the food was served sloppily, and even when I asked for tea, there was no response, and they just put down the teapot... I felt disrespected towards the food. Those wearing uniforms looked neat. I felt a little uncomfortable because of that one person.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by a beautiful garden and listening to the quiet sounds of birds, just the two of us, including us, had a relaxing and delicious lunch (boxed lunch).We were satisfied with the food. However...the tea (roasted tea) that was served had no tea scent, just the color of (hojicha)... Also, they didn't change the tea for dessert, which was a bit disappointing.

Open by reservation only, you can enjoy delicious food while looking out at the beautiful garden. The hearth is electrically raised and becomes like a sunken kotatsu.

We enjoyed delicious food while looking out at the beautiful garden. All the dishes had an impression of being carefully prepared down to the smallest detail and had a gentle flavor. A female staff member greeted me, served the meal, paid the bill, and saw me off. She was very polite and attentive, and I was surprised at how well-timed the food and tea were served. This is a store I would definitely like to visit again.
