Please go there if you have ample time to waste as their staff is completely unprofessional they are busy talking to themselves then the customers ... The billing has some kind of nonsense where all paperwork first is done in hand then they enter it on computer... On average every customer had to waste 15 mins to pay and 10 mins to collect ... I would not all recommend going there completely useless setup

Good stock, salespersons are good and well-mannered greetings customers with folded hand. Location wise, this is at very convenient place. Have open space in front, but may accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles maximum. Not needed more than that also. Security arrangements are also found good.

I am an old customer and I am treated very well every time I visit. Whenever I visit it is always crowded. I don't why few people were ill-treated in other reviews but I will say, visit there qnd you will see am not wrong, the service & workers is really good. Let me tell you, few people will say that Anjali's Golds fade or become black but am wearing anjali earrings & figure ring for a ear and they are still good. Specialty about Anjali is they provide light weight gold jewels as well as heavy weight. Old gold shops like P. C chandra doesn't have light weight jewel or variety of beautiful designs like Anjali. Special occasions like Christmas, new year, durga puja, they give big discount offers on diamonds & gold jewel for which any middle class family can afford one jewel easily. They give small gifts wherever you buy something, gift like purse, bag or teddy which is cute & useful. Visit there and you will not decide what to buy because will see many variety of designs which will make you stare at them.

Any customer will feel at home by the behavior of the staff members of this shop.

Nice shoping experience, staff members are very cooperative and courteous, range of items are long. One can buy things even with low to moderate budget. Convenient location and good ambience .

Today the behaviour of the Cash taking persons are too unsophisticated which is extremely odd looking in a sophisticated jewellery business--in yesteryears of specially any branded jewellery shop it was not so!!These cash taking persons at the cash counter starts Tampering the debit or credit cards,mis-operates the machines ,swipes multiple times in different machines and accuses the customer having no proper account or no money in their bank😯🤷

Today i went there Garia branch to purchase jewellers for my wedding but the staff behavior is so horrifying . The sells person was mannerless n rude so I left. I will never return there n tell everyone about such worst hospality.
