Worst experience at this specific store of Bluestone.I had pre ordered few designs for checking out at this store by paying an advance amount. when I went into purchase, the sales assista Was super confused and less knowledgeable. He told me differe Prices for the same pieces while multiple times in the store and saying he did a wrong calculation etc. They could not cancel advance orders and due to shicb my money got stuck, I agreed to it to receive a refund later & I can pay upfront right now. I aldo agreed to bear the difference amount (about 100₹) for his calculation mistakes. Towards the end I said ok atleast give me a nice gift now (all jwellers give that) & the sales assista Came with 1 Kitkat Chocolate (of Rs 50, I think) as gift for jwellery purchase of abkve 50k. This was sheer insult to me & he did not bother to say a Sorry! Pathetic service! Although brand is good with good collection but needs more trains on the floor.

The behaviour of each and every staff is superb...they actually can help u out in chosing....friendly behaviour....all the best ...Sohini helped a lot with my purchase

Well, it was mixed experience.. But the staff working there with name Imran is very very helping. He listens to customer. Genuinely shows interest when customer is asking queries and makes sure customers are confident in the purchase. I would rather say he was the only Sales Person among 3 ppl with whom I interacted the most and he convinced me to purchase. Others, can surely learn kindness from him. Happy Purchase 😊
