Brought my son to consult doctor for skin problems, eczema like on his cheeks. Doctor diagnosed him with anti fungal medicine and another type of medication together with two types of cream. Went to Dr Ko cause of skin issues (Shingles). The Dr was very gentle & provide a detailed consultation. She immediately knew what was the problem and gave me a treatment plan. I had an extremely bad case of psoriasis flare-up covering almost 80% of my body due to sudden stress, and decided to go to Dr. Ko to have it checked. After 1 session, and a couple of days of medication, the inflammation has stopped and my skin has already started to heal. I had a chronic eczema problem for more than few weeks, tried to just use store bought moisturiser and popping over the counter antihistamine, nothing works, decided to visit this clinic and had a very good explanation by a male Dr(sorry cant remember his name). He explained my situation very well and advised me with the best path to take to contain my eczema, after 2 weeks i can say it has been working so i can give a good review to this clinic and that Dr, two thumbs up from me

I was initially diagnosed with bug rashes from other clinics, but thankfully I decided to try Dr. Ko. They correctly diagnosed me for Shingles & gave proper medicine. I managed to recover within 1-2 week! Very happy with the service & recommended!

Dr Ko was so kind with me, very compassionate and caring. I was able to pre-pone my appointment at the last minute because I was around and there was an available appointment slot. The receptionist was helpful and she guided us to find the clinic as it was our first time. I highly recommend this clinic.

Very costly inhouse medicated cream and lotion, my keratosis pilaris has never improved and doctor was NOT informative at alll and impatient, and also sarcastic!

My mom has one slightly enlarged blackhead on her back. During the first visit, she went through consultation and extraction. This was fine. But - When she went for her second extraction when the blackhead was growing back, she asked the doctor whether she could remove her moles at the clinic as well in passing. The doctor simply quoted her a price and the moles that she asked about were not examined, no info given on side effects nor details of the procedure. Despite that, my mom was charged RM50 "consultation fee" for asking a question. They also proceeded to tried to sell other serums and creams. Disappointing.

Loved this branch! Had a visit due to small open wound infection on my face (bad facial experience from elsewhere). Doctor prescribed 2 topical creams and antibiotics. I see immediate effect on the affected skin area the next day, and on the 4th day I'd say it's completedly healed. That's a relief! I really liked this branch as it's quiet, clean and clinic staffs are amazing. They answered all my questions and concerns attentively and reassuringly. They also follow up with me over Whatsapp within a week just to check in. Thank you for your service!

Update 09 February 2021 - After almost a year of skipping appointment with Dr Lucas during the lockdown, I started developing acne breakout again due to the constant use of mask. But the problem was resolved fast after a visit with Dr Lucas. Since then, I’ve been having monthly facial, done by Carol, and my skin has improved a lot. All the staff are very polite, friendly and professional. It’s safe to say, I’m a very satisfied customer. First review about a year ago - I had a bad acne breakout mid this year, and with just 4 visits to the clinic, my skin has improved tremendously! My face is smooth to the touch, and the scarring from the pimples are already fading. The doctor and staff are experienced, friendly and helpful.
