Stayed In 22Dec’22 Out 24 Dec’22. Room # 607. Big & nice structure building. Only choice in kushtia. Room furniture is not good quality. Toilet is very bad. Staffs has not basic training or motivated. Serious lack of professionalism. It has a nice restaurant. Breakfast is poor. Small changes can make difference. During events, room guests can’t use the restaurant, are sent to poorer room. Used glass are given to guest. Old food served after warming in microwave oven. Staff behavior is not professional. Ill treated with child.

Home town of a very dear friend. The place is significant because of him. Two places of interest to me are Lalon Shah's tomb & home of the greatest bard, Tagore. Natural scenic places are there but off the city limits. End point of Haripur, across Gorai river, is the bank of Padma. Organise your personal boat ride.

Cleanliness need to be improved. Room is very conjusted and suffocated. Rest room/wash room/bath room

Desha guest house is very good environment and security. Reasonable price hotel rent. Food quality is very good, tasty and low price.

Nice hotel. For hotel food mostly that can be order from hotel is Bangladesh local foods availables. Breakfast options not that good.

Nice location but access to rickshaw or auto is less frequent like in the middle of the city. One lift rums at a time unless any program. Rooms are in the top layers. Other facilities are up to level 4/5. Room size is good and well maintained. Family and kids friendly. Adequate parking and safe. Restaurant is there for all meals. Foods are freshly cooked upon order. Staffs are good. There is a souvenir shop at the ground level. Access to the town is easier and not require any private transport.

Warning: Their repeated complains about the baby is really annoying. They should make the rooms sound proof as their guests are not comfortable with the sound of the babies. But room and breakfast are ok.

The environment of the place is nice , well decorated , Foods are delicious . Community canter , conference room , restaurant , car parking and reasonable price makes this place a well rated place in Kustia

I had the misfortune to stay in this so called Hotel. First of all the the staff should be trained in manners and etiquettes. Second the room was so cramped for two persons, you can hardly move let alone unpack your stuffs. It was so disappointing I had lost the will to take any pictures of that room. Bathroom is a sham. Dirty and gross.

Nice place, with modern amenities. But, the reception guy and restaurant guys are not well mannered. Their behaviour and hospitality needs to improve. Other stuff like room service guys are good enough. And, their food is good.

Very poor room condition. Pillows were torned, balcony was full of dust. Intercom in the room does not work.

Room quality is good but price is a bit higher. Food is also good in their restaurant.

Stayed for one night. Cozy accommodation. There's hair dryer in the washroom which is really useful. Pillows are best among all the places I have stayed in. Food was not the best but good enough.

This is by far the best hotel in Kustia, in 2023. However, it's not like any regular 4*plus Hotels and they are also evolving and making improvements by the day.

Desha TARC meets the requirements of a decent accommodation on the outskirts of Kushtia. Rooms are neat and clean and have modern fittings. They need to train their staff in manners and etiquettes especially while unable to provide a client’s needs.

The rooms are a bit small and congested. So are the washrooms. The lobby is big and a good place to hangout. Buffet breakfast is included with the room fare. The breakfast have 7-8 items, taste is average to good.

bad service, keycard stops working every few hours or so, one of the people came and scolded us because keycard didnt work sayoing that we are kids and we dont know anything and we should not be given the cards but that dude couldnt open it either.

2nd time I stay here , but service not very well at night , due to maximum room occupied, I select a normal tiny room , but wash room looks a little terrible! Not clean very well !

This is most valuable hotel in Kushtia district. Excilent environment and quality for stay & arrange any official conference.
