I had 2 night stay at this hotel, the room was clean and using good interior. Then, the bed was comfortable. The aircon walking good. This hotel near to airport. Excellent room and the staffs was very friendly, i had good service. I got room with pool view, their pool was nice. About the bottle water, they have dispenser near the room. For 4 star hotel, it was very good deals. Will come back again next time!!

Good place to stay, not noisy. Room was clean and all amenities were adequate, ex ept the standard room size could be a little bigger cause there's no place to sit other than the bed! Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food...but if you are a milk coffee kind of person you will be a bit disappointed cause their coffee is very light and not suitable to have with milk 😅 Overall good stay 4/5 stars!

Excellent service. Cleaned daily and staff always readily available to assist with any type of need at all times. Wira cleaned my room well and assisted with more questions about my stay and further accommodations. Have been here a whole week and love it.

Well placed hotel close to airport for transit before flying. Service is professional and restaurant is big. Rooms are large and well kept and pool area is comfortable. There are some conferences which may extend to party at night.

Stay 1 night only just for transit to airport. The location 10 min by car from airport. Good room and good staff service. There is no botled water inside, but u can take from dispennser in every floor. Nice pool. Very good value for money. Recommended hotel

The hotel lacks of proper maintenance. I booked 2 night for Deluxe room twin beds. I checked in at 6pm after diving trip on 15 April 2022. There was no one in the reception lobby except a young male receptionist. He gave my room 8026. The furniture in room showing sign of wear & tear. I took photo of the wash basin with crackline and a deep scratch mark on mirror for record . Just in case I may be accused of causing the damages When I took a shower, the pvc hose came off from the shower head. Good thing was I knew how to fix it. I requested for drinking water , a standard in most hotel will provide drinking bottle. But was told I to fill the glass jar in the room with drinking water. The water dispenser was located in the corridor. I asked for tooth paste and brush, the guy who answered my phone told me housekeeping was off duty, asked me to call again next morning. The price I paid was a few Singapore dollar cheaper than Amnaya Resort Hotel, Kuta, which I stayed for 4 nights , not far from Swiss-Bel hotel, the conditions of this Swiss-Bel hotel do not warrant the price. I checked out Swiss-Bel hotel on 16 April morning, though I already paid because I wanted the comfort that I enjoyed at Amnaya Resort hotel. I checked in Amnaya for 1 night on 16 April evening, after my diving trip to Nusa Penida. I strongly recommend for any foreign tourists TO AVOID this Swiss-bel Tuban hotel. The hotel owner and management staff really should check ALL the room conditions, close off the rooms which are not up to standard and do maintenance repair I would think it would not get good rating until the hotel management improve the staff attitude, upgrade the room conditions.

Five star experience!! We were upgraded to the Family room which was very spacious with one couch and a sofa cum bed. Still there was ample space to move around. The bathroom was modern and bath area fairly big. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool is quite big and breakfast was very good with many options. The hotel staff were very cooperative and catered to all our in-room requests. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the airport. Would love to come back here again and again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was fresh and every day new dishes to taste from. Local dishes to western pancakes with waffles and every day made with much of love. The staff made it into a wonderfull experience.

Close to airport and Kuta center, all staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nit in great condition the only thing I did not like in the room was the chunky big pillows as we tend to use slim pillows. They forgot to provide enough towels for everyone in the room which was sorted once we spoke to them also one kid's breakfast was excluded from our booking which they sort it on spot at check in time. The breakfast was good and the swimming pool was not dirty. In general it's a good place to stay.

The hotel is great. The staff is very friendly. We got upgraded to a luxury room for free. In fact, we even got offered free late check-out due to late flight. The breakfast buffet was amazing and there were a lot of choices. The pool was amazing. Overall, a great experience at this hotel and we really enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and were very happy and satisfied with our stay. The service provided by all the staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast had many varieties and the food was delicious. All servers were helpful and always smiling. We travelled here as a family, and we really had a good time! The location is excellent, less traffic, and proximity to shopping centre, laundry, corner shops etc. Buffet breakfast was very good, and the hotel restaurant serves a good range of delicious food and drinks. The pool is great and open late. The hotel is very clean and very well staffed. I can definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples alike. We hope you enjoy your stay in the hotel and in Bali like we did!

Stayed here for 5 days. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful especially Bli Oka. It’s located close to the beach and surrounded by many food stalls. Pool is clean. The gym is small but has adequate equipment. I like how they set up water stations in every corridor so there is less plastic waste.

Very close to the airport and to Kuta beach. The location is very good. The rooms were clean and the hotel was overall good. The food at restaurant was very good. The only complaint we had was they were a bit slow at billing in the restaurant. But overall we had a very lovely time at the hotel.

Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel tuban for two weeks with my family. All the staff at the restaurant were absolutely fantastic, so very friendly and welcoming. Always made a special effort with the kids and made the holiday special for us all. The location was great to get around and the pool was excellent for the kids also.

The room was nice and comfy. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. However, the pool has broken tiles on the bottom of it and my daughter cut her foot on one of them. When I inquired with the front desk about a Band-Aid, they pulled out a sad looking first aid kit that badly needed to be restocked. There were no Band-Aids and not much of anything else in it. There no other kits for them to check. The pool and first aid kit are safety issues that need to be addressed immediately. The pool should be closed until the broken tiles are replaced. And there should definitely be more than one kit on the premises, which should be regularly checked and stocked.

Worth every penny paid. Clean and decent place. Breakfast buffet has an adequate spread. Room service is relatively efficient. Pool is clean and spacious. Special thanks to Dedi, one of the housekeeper for the great service.

My family and I actually live here in Bali and come here for breakfast once in a while and it’s absolutely the best place! Very reasonable price.Very good variety of food, local and western. The staff are amazing, very kind, helpful and friendly. And we can also use the pool, which is so beautiful ❤️.

Room is good, clean, the AC is cool, if you are planning for staycation, room with balcony swimming pools view is the best, the hotel crew is polite and very helpfull, the location is good if you look for quite hotel, it's location near to kuta beach, but not in busy area, 5‐10 minutes to kuta beach.

The pool and amenities were great, but the blanket/comforter for the bed was strange… I had a very difficult time (didn’t sleep at all actually) falling asleep both my nights at this hotel.

The stay and room service , house keeping is well maintained and sainitised but the front office has very rude staff , who doesn’t understand what the customer needs.. we wer travelling to nusa penida and had to leave early at 6:30 am in the morning and requested the kitchen chef and staff if they could make couple of sandwiches for us and the staff wer ready and ok to do but it has to come from the reception office to them. When I approached the front office to inform The same they have denied it’s not possible with all rules and guidelines . One who can’t keep their customer their need and give the comfort is a failed hospitality. So for the rude behaviour of their staff this place is big no for anyone .. The inside staff is very welcoming and good but the front office is very rude..

Bathroom not clean and room infested with mosquitoes. I did not last through the night and checked out. I understand covid has taken a toll on a lot of hotels an I really hope things improve.

The staff are very friendly and providing assistance whenever needed. we were offered a room upgrade when we did not like the first room. Restaurant and breakfast are good but lacking options.

Very convenient, located only 10 mins away from the airport by taxi/car. The reception staffs are great, they handled our check-in and out very swiftly. The room is really clean and bed is very comfy. Huge thanks to the security guards who is very helpful and showed us way to nearby restaurants and warung for the night.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !! we are a British couple who have been in Bali for nearly 2 months. We have stayed at multiple Hotels all over Bali during July and August and most have been reasonably priced independent hotels and we have had nothing but good experiences with exceptional customer service. I booked us in for 6 nights at the Swiss-Belhotel Tuban. What a mistake! I assumed that this being a Swiss bell hotel that the standard would be reasonably high.. WRONG. We checked in yesterday and we’re told the room type I had booked was not available no double bed as requested only a twin room with 2 single beds available. The TV did not work the picture was so fuzzy you couldn’t watch it without getting a headache the fridge in the room also did not work it actually heated up our water rather than cooling it. In addition to this the Air Conditioning also did not function correctly and was no more than a fan blowing warm air around the room so we spent an uncomfortable night in a hot room with hot bottled water and no TV. We were advised by reception that we would be upgraded the next day but this didn’t happen. I was honestly shocked that when we raised these issues to reception staff we were told they were to busy to deal with it and would call our room shortly to resolve, which they did not. The staff really didn’t seem to care. To make matters worse when my wife asked for a cocktail to accompany her evening meal in the hotel restaurant we were told they didn’t serve cocktails only beer?? Which is ridiculous as the list of available Cocktails was proudly displayed on the fuzzy hotel TV info page as being available at the hotel restaurant. the restaurant food was also very underwhelming they severed a pizza that was essentially soggy bread with tomato purée on it with hardly any cheese. My Mie goreng was ok not the best but at least acceptable. The location of the hotel is also not good for tourists there is next to nothing around the immediate area of the hotel accept some local food stalls and a mini mart it’s also not easy to walk into main town Kuta as the hotel is situated on a double blind bend with no pavement to safely walk on and a spiders web of exposed electrical wires dangling down which we have seen all over Bali but usually over head these were the worst and at chest hight so extremely dangerous. This was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at during our 2 months in Bali and by far the worst. We stayed with a local family in a small village in Karangasem for 2 weeks during our first month with frequent power cuts and limited running water we even contracted Salmonella poising and had to go to hospital but that experience was far better than this hotel. We decided to check out today after only 1 night of our 6 night stay. When we told reception we we’re leaving they initially didn’t seem to care that we were so dissatisfied and just said “ok” no attempt to try to rectify the issues. When we asked them to call us a cab to go to another hotel suddenly they had a room upgrade available for us but at this point I had enough of this terrible service so we left. My wife was so upset by this whole experience and this was our last week in Bali and we have had such an amazing time at so many other hotels I’m actually really angry that a large chain hotel would treat guests like this and provide such low quality accommodation and customer service. If I had only been here for a short holiday it would have ruined the trip. Avoid this hotel at all costs. you have been warned.

Stayed in this hotel. Believe me getting such a room for this price is rare in opinion. Hotel staffs are extraordinarily friendly especially Mr. Vijaya, you can just seek his help if you need anything in Bali. Overall an awesome hotel

We were seven of us, including three kids. Had a very pleasant stay and staff was so helpful throughout. Really recommend the stay, its also very close to waterbom (walking distance) and kuta beach. Highly recommended.

I had 4D3N stay at this hotel in #8382, everyday our room was cleaned, the interior of the hotel is good like new hotel, No spooky. Our room deluxe twin room with pool view and then the bed was comfortable. This hotel is near to the airport, Kuta beach, 30 minutes to Melasti Beach. Excellent room and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, I had good service. Their pool was big, clean and very nice. My kiddos very happy stay in this hotel . About the bottled water, they have a dispenser near the room. In the room each bed is given with 2 pillows (small and large). Personally, I like beds and the pillows. The bathroom is also clean and fresh with powerful showers. The main pool is big with day beds for sunbathing. Breakfast has various options and tasty. I rented a combined motorbike and car, which was the right decision. Good hotel with good service in a good location 👍BEST👍 For 4 star hotels, it was very good deals. Will come back again next time!!

Good rooms, powerful Air Conditioning and very comfortable beds. The service was great and the place was clean and tidy. It's starting to show it's age in some places but nothing that will detract from your holiday. One tip, run the shower for a moment or two before getting in. I don't think my room was used for a while and the water stank like the sulphur drains you can get in Bali. After the initial run the first day, it didn't smell again. Only disappointment was the lack to western hot options in the breakfast buffet. It does turn out you can ask for bacon and sausage to be cooked for you but maybe a sign for this may be a good idea.

We loved this hotel. Rooms are bright and airy. Normal rooms overlook the pool , family rooms overlook the city.Had a comfortable family stay at this hotel. Breakfast spread was good. All the staff were friendly and courteous. The receptionist was very helpful she packed us morning breakfast when we had an early morning Nusa Penida trip.We being a family liked the location not very far from the beach and market, nearby convenient store and street food but good quite hotel for a good sleep. Overall a good sleep. Would definitely come back again

I came here as family trip. It's really good stay for me and my family. All staffs are behaving like a family member. Will get any services within no time. So so supporting staffs here. Loved the atmosphere. Restaurant also very nice for arrangements, view and so tasty foods too. Never ever feeled disappointed throughout the stay. I really and honestly recommend this hotel for all the families, couples arriving at Bali. Hope you can see the range and standard of this hotel if you search it in Google. As of its an international hotel. Keeping very much high standard and hygiene. Heartily thanking to all the crew members supported us throughout the period.
