Best salad I’ve ever had. Pretty ambience.

Happened to pass by on way back from Catacombs, saw ratings and went in. What an amazing surprise. Had the burger (eggs/mushrooms/etc.) and melted in my mouth. Also had the leeks with hazelnuts. Flavor combination was crazy good with the hazelnuts toasted just right, some mustard seeds, leeks roasted with nice caramelization. We were in Bastille area and ate at a dozen places and this was our favorite. So good, we went back a second time!!! Top it off, staff was incredibly friendly and truly cared about their craft.

Lovely neighborhood restaurant, vibrant atmosphere, lovely lunch (I had the pesto burger with the patatas bravas and homemade limonade...it was delicious.). The service was well done, all in all a great find. Looking forward to exploring the veggie menu 😍

Brand new vegetarian restaurant in a quiet and authentic parisien neighborhood. I had the vegetarian burger (zucchini, eggplant, dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and homemade pesto) and tiramisu which were both exquisite. Very chill vibe with very good food, I highly recommend it if you are in the area. Plus, you can play board games for free 😁

My absolute favourite veggie restaurant in Paris. Super cozy atmosphere, really nice staff and delicious and comforting food with vegan options. I was here for dinner and drop by every once in a while in the afternoon to work with my laptop (their chai is so so good). Also very well located as it’s nearby the catacombs.

Absolutely phenomenal food, service, and vibe in here. Stumbled upon it while looking for a healthier lunch, and it ended up being one of my partner and my favorite meals of our trip to Paris.

One of if not the best tasting meal I had in Europe, great flavors and fresh food. Loved the IPA beer selection as well.

Maison binder is a brilliant restaurant! We had the small plates to share - all of which were excellent. The food was delicious and really good value. The staff were super friendly - thank you again for taking great care of us and letting us try out our broken french 😊

Really nice place with cozy atmosphere! The food was good and fresh but a liiiiitle bit too pricey for what it was. But still, we had a great time!

Wonderful little place. The servers were kind and the food was delicious. The carrots were my favorite.

We tried all of the sharing plates and all were excellent. The leeks with grilled almonds were outstanding. The craft beer was flavourful and the wine was so good and paired so well that I walked over to "Cave Sophie Germain" and bought a bottle. Bravo to the Frères Binder for providing some of the best and most creative vegetarian cuisine that I have had in my 30+ years of being vegetarian. I'll be back
