I
don't
get
it,
I
wouldn't
stay
here
again.
Overall
staff
were
helpful
generally.
They
lacked
an
adequate
business
centre,
they
instead
print
documents
if
you
email
them.
There's
a
number
of
reasons
why
I'm
of
the
opinion
that
a
computer
with
a
printer
is
really,
really,
needed
at
a
hotel.
Please
consider
having
a
computer
and
a
printer.
The
primary
reason
we
picked
this
hotel
was
for
the
terrasse,
widely
praised
in
the
reviews
of
this
hotel.
The
terrasse
was
closed
for
the
duration
of
our
stay
and
is
not
opened
for
hotel
guests,
only
corporate
functions.
Brutal
and
mind
boggling
to
say
the
least.
That's
the
best
amenity
the
hotel
has
(and
it's
acknowledged
in
the
advertising)
and
it
isn't
open..
I
don't
get
it.
We
were
welcomed
by
used
toilet
paper
in
the
toilet.
Not
a
huge
deal,
could
be
hotel
environment
policy,
but
it
definitely
didn't
give
me
initial
confidence.
I
would
classify
the
housekeeping
as
adequate
but
clumsy.
Bed
was
clean.
See
some
pictures
for
some
of
the
weird
oddities
of
things
that
were
rushed,
forgot,
or
poorly
thought
through.
Housekeeping
was
daily.
Room:
Did
not
make
sense
to
me.
The
shower
had
a
glass
wall
that
looked
into
the
main
room.
It
isn't
opaque
enough
to
provide
privacy,
so
it
completely
removed
the
possibility
of
friends
coming
over
while
we
got
ready.
It's
such
an
unnecessary
inconvenience
feature.
Also,
personally
I
don't
like
waterfall
showers,
but
ours
has
a
mysterious
pulse
in
it,
perhaps
this
could
be
a
plumbing
issue?
Worth
a
check.
You
have
to
put
the
room
key
in
a
slot
in
the
wall
to
turn
the
lights
on.
Why?
We
quickly
put
a
gift
card
in
the
slot
to
use
lights
as
they
were
intended
to
be
used,
with
a
switch
like
responsible
adults.
Very
annoying,
and
also
pointless
for
any
"green"
reason
in
my
view
given
this
override
and
multiple
keys.
The
toilet
was
square
and
uncomfortable.
Toilets
have
been
oval
for
years,
they
work
great.
No
need
to
change.
No
dresser,
just
some
inconvenient
bed
drawers
that
I
wouldn't
use.
Bed,
desk,
chair,
washroom.
Small
flat
screen
TV.
No
smart
feature
that
I
could
find.
Parking
was
expensive,
but
expected.
Overall,
I
just
don't
get
it.
There's
nothing
unsafe
or
sketchy
about
this
hotel,
it
does
have
a
modern
vibe
and
an
overall
clean
feel,
but
there's
just
too
much
here
that
didn't
make
any
practical
sense
to
me.
Hotels
work
just
fine.
No
need
to
reinvent
the
wheel.
