Very comfortable, clean and well-appointed hotel. Well located for the train station, a little less for the centre, although its not a long walk. Breakfast was very good. Lovely atmosphere and courteous multilingual staff.

Very satisfied with my stay. It’s not my first time staying with this chain of hotels and every time I am very satisfied with quality of the room, polite and helpful stuff. Great location, clearly sincere, kind and helpful stuff( which I must admit are super rare in France, because french are as a rule very arrogant and rude, the receptionist did have minor accent, probably that’s why he was helpful and friendly and even spoke English- I think tourism industry should definitely higher foreigners for better image of the country) but very important for a right mood set when you are on holidays.

We love this Hotel, the staff at the reception and girls at breakfast, super friendly and professional! Also best breakfast we had ever at a hotel!!! We were so happy, we decided to stay one more day. Parking 12€ amd pets just 8€, you also get a bed and bowls for your dog, such a thoughtful detail! ❤️

I will start my review with a special thank you and huge respect to Omar from the reception, such a professional and nice person. a cozy hotel, my expectation wasn't high, so the hotel exceeded my expectation, my first room was nice, then they moved me to another room (ok, but the first one was bigger and nicer), the lobby is ok, the breakfast is ok, No room service! (only ready-made food at the lobby bar) I didn't face any problems. Overall, nice stay.

Very convenient location (next to the train station, and ten minutes walk to the port), clean room and large size, friendly staff . However, the hotel breakfast boasts oysters(see the poster), but there is nothing next to its oyster sign in the breakfast room during our time there. It is a pity that the reality doesn't fit what is advertised.

We loved our experience at this hotel. The room was so clean, comfy and stylish. The note and little sweetie left on the pillow on our arrival was a wonderful touch. The staff are kind and incredible - we got an early check-in which we were so grateful for. We also had drinks brought up to our room in the evening - delicious! A little off the beaten track for La Rochelle but the Best Western Premier Masqhotel is fantastic.

Ideally located just a five minute walk from the train station, the room is comfortable and well equipped. It has English speaking tv channels and live premier league.

Nice modern and well decorated hotel located just around the train station so convenient for traveling. Also it is 5 minutes walking distance to main port and all other attractions. Great rooms, breakfast and friendly staff!

Very nice Hotel nothing to add. Only minus point is that despite calling severel times because no Reward Point recieved, last time they hang up the phone at me. I would understand if there is an technical issue but this is an inappropriate behaviour!

This Best Western is THE place to stay! Top quality service, the people go over and above to make sure your stay is memorable. The food,(breakfast) and all other is delicious. The ladies make sure your room is exceptionally clean and supplied. The pricing is also quite reasonable. Our stay is extended so we will be here for about 6 weeks. Totally looking forward to our continued stay! Oh....did I mention how fabulous the service and the people are here!?! And super convenient to everything! ...food, shopping, entertainment, all within walking distance. We are very much enjoying our stay here! This is the place to stay!

Very helpfull front of house good sized room with everything you could need. Only stayed the one night but will return. Never had the breakfast so cannot comment if it is worth nearly 20 euros or not. (Probably think not).

Cannot recommend this hotel in La Rochelle enough. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, reception and at the delicious breakfast (the best we've had at a hotel in France) Elodie and a very kind gentleman (Sorry I didn't get your name) were welcoming from the outset. Comfortable, spotless rooms with all you need in them. Great location for a wonderful walk around La Rochelle, which is fabulous for a couple of relaxing days. We came across an outdoor salsa class too which was joyous and had 2 excellent meals out. The town is buzzing with music and happy friends and families enjoying life 😄 We will be back.

A nice place to stay close to the city center and the old port. Amazing breakfast with local products. The service is very friendly and professional. Rooms are cosy, clean and have a great coffee and tea choice. The pressing service on the same day is affordablr and efficient.

Stayed here for a week whilst travelling around the area. Nice modern hotel, set about only 5 mins walk south of the main harbour. Far enough if you want peace and quiet. Very close to the train station, for €8 a day there's an underground secure car park. Not a very traditional hotel if you want something authentic, you do feel like you could be anywhere in the world, but if your not worried it's a very good hotel. Free wifi, lovely comfortable rooms, and staff are fantastic. All extremely helpful and friendly, any local information, making reservations for restaurants, and just general chit chat was never a problem. No fridge, or much food to order through, but big rooms for France. Definitely recommended! Good tip-the hotel sells tickets for the aquarium, you will save hours not having to queue

Excellent hotel. Rooms are modern, well designed and clean. Breakfast is amazing and a ton of wonderful items, caramel, oysters, champagne, salmon, bread, local cheese, etc! It's near the train station and a bit far (10 min walk) from the city center, but honestly it's ok. At least the area is quiet. Recommended.

Lovely hôtel modern and clean. Didnt service our very expensive room... and when we complained...sort of shrugged no one was sent up although we went out.

This is the second time this year I was staying in this hotel. The hotel continues to please with its excellent services, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of rooms. Rich breakfasts with fresh salmon, oysters, champaign, variety of good cheeses to please any taste, freshly squeezed juice (carrots, oranges, other fruits of your choice), good coffee. Location is great - in the old city, but not too close to the touristic noise. Easy to catch 7 o'clock morning train, as breakfast starts at 6:30 and the railway station is 3 min walking distance from the hotel.

Very pleasant hotel located a bit outside La Rochelle city center but within walking distance from all the city's attractions. We had a very pleasant stay here, the room was very modern and functional with a large and comfy bed. The breakfast was nice; the staff at the reception and bar was very friendly.

Modern hotel with private parking, well sorted rooms, cocktail bar and friendly efficient staff. The breakfast was extra special with oysters, smoked salmon and champagne on as well as the other normal fayre. I would like to see the facility to recharge electric vehicles in the underground car park of the hotel - charged to one's room.
