Stunning room in a lovely hotel. The staff on reception and in the rooftop bar are very friendly and helpful. 5* review but a little bit of feedback: - breakfast could be slightly improved. Only two hot options available. A second sliced cheese would be nice for variety too. Each morning there was a mess where customers had tried to pour ourselves fruit juice unsuccessfully. Perhaps it is necessary to buy some better jugs?! The movement sensor light in the bathroom isn't quite working - I found myself in darkness several times. The room had twin beds but they weren't locked together (and wheels not lockable) so they kept moving apart. The bed is very comfy and the room beautiful, but this was a bit annoying!

Five Stars is not enough for this property! From the fist moment I stepped into the place I was stunned. Salvador gave me a perfect welcome and check-in. If you care for design, splurge a little and book the imperial room. I spend usually 70-100 nights per year in hotels. It doesn't happen often that I prefer spending time in my room over exploring. But Cordial Malteses made it really hard for me to leave the room. Exciting deco combination of Baroque, Contemporary and Mid-Century. I don't know who did the design but they definitely took the cake! Everything spotless clean, well thought trough, and perfectly arranged for luxury and comfort. The rooftop bar is very pleasant, well stocked and the service attentive and friendly. Maybe the lights up there could be a little less bright and arranged in a different way. Breakfast is 12.00 Euro with croissants, fruit, bread variety, salmon and hams and cheeses. Stay, relax and enjoy. From check in to check our 100+% - I know what I'm talking about. Congratulations and keep the perfect job going.

A stunning hotel, beautiful rooms and a fantastic central location. Claudia in particular from the reception team was exceptionally helpful, welcoming and made our stay perfect. Her knowledge of the area complete with maps and things to do was very impressive. We loved her restaurant recommendations too. We will definitely be back.

Been there October 2022 during my one-night stay in Las Palmas. The hotel is just amazing! Everything seems to be new or well maintained, rooms are not huge but the space is more than enough. We paid 72€ for a double room which I believe is more than fair considering that we are in the historic center of Las Palmas. A little more details: - We got a complimentary drink included in the room price which it was possible to get at the rooftop bar (The terrace is amazing) - If you have a car rented do not expect to find parking, there is absolutely no free place there! However, the hotel has some sort of partnership with a nearby hourly parking which you can use for just 10€/day and it’s just 5 minutes walk from the boutique - Breakfast (If not included into the booking) is 12€/person which I believe is a little bit expensive - High speed WiFi available with 150mb/download speed Overall a great experience 😊

The location is great and the house very modern, but our room in the ground floor differed a lot from the description and the pictures. It was very small, dark and immediately next to the elevator and the breakfast room. Therefore it was so noisy that we heard every word spoken outside, even the phone bell of the reception and the breakfast preparation. Consequently it was difficult to sleep at night, and we woke up early every morning. After the first night we asked for another room but changing was not possible. All in all, the stay was quite disappointing.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the old town. The decor and attention to detail is second to none, only topped by the warm welcome and incredibly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond helping us negotiate the bus routes to the various places we wanted to visit whilst on our holiday. The room was spotlessly clean, although would benefit from a bit more clothes storage. The rooftop terrace was what really caught our eye when looking for somewhere to stay, and it didn't disappoint. This was the perfect place to chill with a book, or look at bus routes! Thank you so much for making our Christmas break so special.

Very happy with our one-night stay here. The staff were very friendly and we were close to everything we needed. Parking was down the street at the San Bernardo parking garage. You take a ticket to enter the garage, walk four minutes to the hotel, present it to the hotel receptionist, and they give you a voucher. Cost is €10 per 24h

We didn't actually stay at the hotel, we were told by a friend that the roof terrace was lovely and it didn't disappoint. There is a direct lift to the roof terrace so you don't have to enter via the hotel lobby.

Rooms are luxurious, staff are all very friendly and the roof terrace is sensational during the day in the sun. No roof top service (drinks, food etc) until 4pm however a nice place to sit and relax with your own drink. Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants near by.

The location is outstanding! And the hotel itself is done up really nice! It is also well maintained and clean. The lady at reception was very helpful and spent the time to explain a few important but subtle things! They also have a deal with one of the car parks nearby (2-3 min walk) so it's convenient and it costs €10 per day.

I do not recommend economy room. After shower the whole floor was wet. Also on hotel website's picture there is window but it is not to the outside and can not see through.

First of all, the negative: We booked half a year in advance and wanted a quiet room (we read on booking that it's awful loud because of the rooftop bar in 4th floor) but when we arrived we got a room just beneath the stairs to the rooftop. The music was banging until 11-12 and even with closed window you'd need ear protection. When asking for a more quiet room the only option we got was with two room changes within our stay. The receptionists were not really helpful. Positive: The housekeeping was perfect (clean, comfy, very techy). The location is perfect, no loud bars (except the inhouse rooftop bar) and all u need within walking distance. But, the parking situation is horrid in the central area. You can get a discount for a close public parking garage, but if you're unlucky and it's busy in town, you have to wait up to 30min. to get a free spot there

Stunning rooms, great location and exemplary service. A perfect spot to base yourself for a visit to the old city, close to several great restaurants and easy access to public transport to grab a bus around the city or airport.

A wonderful hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. The location is perfect for a walk to some nice bars or evening meals out at Vegueta! Thank you so much to all the staff at Hotel Malteses from me and my wife.

Beautifully restored hotel . Very modern interior design and spotlessly clean. Excellent staff particularly Mari and Claudia who couldn't do enough for you. Great location near bus services, shopping and dining out locally. Lovely roof terrace and bar.
