Great location, spacious apartment with very nice layout and equipment / facilities. Plenty of cutlery provided, with a very nice welcome assortment of local sweets & wine! The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of lighting in each of the rooms. Televsion / WiFi provided were fantastic, and easy to connect to. BUT it's an apartment rental, not a hotel. For our 8 night and 7 day stay, we got 1 cleaning and towel change. Additional cleaning costs 25 euros. Struggle to understand the logic of it. I guess the blame is on the travel agency we used advertising it as a hotel stay. From property side, no refill of washing tabs, soaps etc during that one clean even. Basic clean, garbage removal and towel change, that was it. Also the automated check-in was troublesome. We had to wait for a good 20 minutes at door before one of the guests let us in. We checked in using the tablet and received our cards at 12ish, believing it must be ready & available despite 15:00 check in since it issued the cards. Our flights arrived early and we had nowhere else to go with luggage. Upon entering the room, it was yet to be cleaned after previous guests had checked out. It was dirty, gladly the previous owners had checked out of property & we didn't walk on them! Contacted the number provided, and it was addressed quickly and room was ready at 15:00. The lack of reception desk means there is no person to speak to for advise / help or anything. Not for me personally. Recommend to stay, but do not expect hotel style services.
