I liked this hotel very much. Staff always smiling, helpful. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily, bottles of water replenished daily. Breakfast offers continental and English, fresh fruits snd bakery. Staff in restaurant cheerful and attentive. Roof terrace offers plenty of loungers, has a pool and jacuzzi. Hotel itself just 5 mins walk to the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants. Will come again

Near Cantera beach. Breakfast ok. Roof top was not in a good condition. Pool cold and not really maintained. There are better hotels at better prices to find. Not really worth 4 stars.

Nice place but the only issue was WiFi very slow. When you pay 95 euros you least expect a decent internet connection. However they have many facilities and international type of breakfast I was disappointed by the internet. Plus the water is free when you enter the room. But make sure do not drink from tap directly. Enjoy your stay and have fun at beach. Marriott is of somewhat similar price and some hotels are cheaper than this with a beach view.

Rooms are a little vintage, but the excellent location and extremely friendly and helpful employees are a big plus. The breakfast has a wide selection of sweet and savory foods. There's a rooftop pool and jacuzzi, but why would you use those with the beach being about 100 meters away. All in all, we had a great stay and heavily recommend it.

Very well priced, given it's locationn a stone's throw from the beach, but a 4-star hotel it is not. The rooms are rough around the edges - open fusebox in the bathroom and wonky cupboard doors - but clean, and the beds are very good. The bar is only open for 4 hours in the afternoon, and pool only for 6 hours, which is a shame. Breakfast is excellent.

Great location, 10 min walk from cruise terminal and 1 steet back from the beach on a fairly quiet road. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant wasnt open in November for lunch or evening meals , but open for breaksfast if booked. Top floor has a small pool and sunbeds etc but the bar was only open 12pm to 4pm which i thought was limited and no other place in the hotel to get a drink... A few steps into the hotel entrace so watch out with luggage.

Alles in allem 3 Sterne Niveau

We stayed for 8 nights at Exe Las Palmas and had a lovely time! The hotel is in a good location, right by the beach and within walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. The room is nice, spacious, but a little outdated and a lot of things weren’t stable, for example the draws on the bedside tables broke immediately and the desk legs were unstable. The shower wasn’t powerful at all and the temperatures were really temperamental (bathroom was lovely though and the best part about the room). The staff were great and always on hand and really helpful. The pool was small but always clean (doesn’t open till 12 though). Breakfast was included but wasn’t overly exciting; the selection is poor and some of the food was cooked in far too much oil. Wifi is terrible!! For someone that had a limited amount of mobile data for my trip it wasn’t great. The connection is always unstable and rarely worked for longer than 10 minutes. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel if you aren’t looking for luxury!

We were referred here after booking a different hotel in the area. There are no rooms with a balcony, however they were very clean and the staff in every department were exceptional. The rooftop area closed early in the evening.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. The only negative I had was their sign is far too discrete: using G. Maps & Waze, I still managed to drive past it twice, before finally finding it. Being only one street (150 MTRS approximately) back from the beach, it's nearly the perfect location. Checking in was smooth and the staff were so helpful, plus spoke several languages. I had a few requests regarding where I'd like my room to be , but having only booked late the day before my arrival, I wasn't 'holding my breath', but was delighted to find out they'd managed to accommodate all my requests. Due to sleeping it out I didn't get to sample breakfast. But if it was anything like the rest of my experience, then I'm guessing it was lovely.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Jan 2023. Clean, great staff, good breakfast to get you started for the day and central to lots of great eating places. Rooms are dated but we are only there to sleep and shower. Rooftop pool bar closes at 1700hrs in winter. No bar inside for evening drinks but there is a great little wine bar next door. Bus stops within 5min walk. There is a 4€ per 24hrs car park about a 15min walk towards the cruise port/ supermarket. 25mins via car from airport. Only down side was the noise in the morning. But it is a busy city. We stayed again in April 2023 for 4 nights... Staff remembered us which is really nice. We will be back.

Location is really good. Close to the beach and all restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are really dated. We stayed for 4 night in beginning of February. Only breakfast available and selection is poor and cold. Nothing made in house except fried eggs. Coffee and tea serviced half cup.

Emergency accommodation from Ryanair due to cancellation of flight back to Manchester UK 🇬🇧... We found a couple of bars but wouldn't tell people to venture far if you don't speak at least basic Spanish... 😉

Excellent stay !! Great location and service. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and jacuzzi is again open at the roof top and has wonderfully temperature. Worth a stay, being at Gran Canaria. We would surely come back.

Arrived March 15 for a week long stay. Had originally made a reservation at hotel Alisios Canteras but was diverted here, supposedly an upgrade. Room 511 is spacious but lobby and hallways are depressingly dark. Tiny window with no soundproofing and a house across the street almost close enough to touch. The drapes are torn. Small TV with some foreign channels but lousy signal quality. No CNN or BBC. Refrigerator makes lots of noise but doesn’t cool. Bathroom is large. All fixtures dated, though. Worst: shower leaks beyond belief. Huge puddle. No toilet brush. Very short walk to beach, port and public transportation. This is my first impression upon arrival. Will update in the course of the week. Cannot share catastrophic reviews on breakfast. Coffee is good. So is orange juice. Three different types of rolls plus toast. Two kinds of Salami plus crudo and cooked ham. Fried eggs and some fresh fruits. Cheese is boring. No vegetables. But atmosphere in breakfast room is sterile. Minibar was exchanged today and works. Drapes were fixed but the velcro comes off on slightest tug. After 6 nights I raise evaluation from three to four stars. Breakfast has stayed good. Staff are very friendly. The two things to be urgently improved are bad tv signal and leaky shower. Beds are comfortable and location of hotel is very good.

For me the room could have been more modern. The bathroom is nice and clean. But the airconditioning was very loud...the personnel was very nice.

First try: hotel room without an outside window. apparently this was booked by my agent. Room changed, now to one where the card reader is not working. Every night 3 trips between reception and room - promises this would be fixed. Inconvenience in end. And of course every time the suspicion that the card was put with the mobile phone when the staff herself needed the machine to open the door. Incredibly bad choice of hotel with so many beachfront places available.

Not recommended! Location: Perfect, just a few steps away from the beach, restaurants/bars, shops. Nice area! Room: Spacious, bed comfortable; however, the furnitures, like (side) tables and chairs, were dated and some legs were either wobbly or broken. Bathroom has a decent size but the shower cubicle has bad drainage and there was always water spilling out of the cubicle, hence there was often a puddle on the floor. Breakfast: Good spread, a good start to a day. Service: Staff was generally friendly. This hotel is definitely not 4 stars.

I was doing a lot of research in Booking for a hotel and my instinct was good. Very quiet, clean, they charge the bed sheets after 2 days, towels every day, very kind receptionists, and a fair price. We didn't buy the breakfast, so i don't have idea how is it. Close to the beach las Canteras, where you can walk along the wonderful seaside, full with bars and restaurants. A perfect place to stay in Las Palmas. A lot of mini markets, rent a car, whatever you may need. Perfect place.

I had 4 nights here in quarantine. 2 times. ( Company policy). When you are in quarantine you cant leave the room. In such cases the hotel should offer a good service and take good care of their guests. Meals was served 3 times a day. One meal (beakfast)had a small juice. In addition 2 bottles of water each day. Some meals was ok. Most of them was terrible. Coffee served on request after begging for it!! Rooms: Bathroom was good. Big and well equipped. Living room had 2 single bed put together. 1 chair for the desk. 1 (very tiny) small relaxing chair. That chair should defenitly be replaced with something better. Internet is fast and working well. I asked for toilet paper, didnt come. Same with a coffee cup. Hotel staff should learn what is service. Thats what could give more stars. (***) Good potential for this hotel if run well and change some furniture. The room is not recommend for couples.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. The good: location is close to the beach and shops, and about 15 min walk to public transport. They moved us to a double bed when we requested it (and they didn't use two single beds). The bad: This hotel advertises a hot tub but doesn't actually heat the water enough. Who wants an unheated jacuzzi in winter? Rooftop bar is not open. Cheap furniture - our bed was very wobbly. Shower door wouldn't close so our bathroom floor was constantly wet. Overall, we had a fine stay but I don't think we'd stay here again.

AVOID BREAKFAST IN THIS PLACE. If you are looking for the lowest quality food- this is the place. It most disgusting breakfast I've ever experienced! Rude restaurant staff - the guy. Thankfully rooms are very clean, and the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. And cleaning personnel is the on such a range of places.

Location is good next to the beach and near plenty of restaurants/nightlife. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. Some reviews say that the interiors could us an update, but I thought they were fine. Downside was that we didn't get much value from the rooftop pool area. It's only open from noon to 5pm (if I recall correctly) and the "hot" tub/jacuzzi was pretty cold.
