Nice clean apartment, reasonably close to everything. Well equipped kitchen, just missing an oven.

Great and affordable place to stay! There's a supermarket not even 30 meters away, and the studio apartment in itself was very nice. Also great to have it cleaned during the weekdays. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because there was no air connection or fan, which would be nice to have when it's so warm.

Great value for the price! Even though it's a little away from the center of Las Palmas (beach, stores, etc.), it was actually nice to be able to walk through the town each day. That way you got to see more of the city. A little noisy from the street in the morning, but we a definitely coming back if we ever go to Las Palmas again.

Great place. Friendly staff! Location is a Little off but it's fine.

The apartment itself was great but the noise was unbearable. The balcony faced onto a really busy roundabout that joins the main tunnel on the island, from 6am a wall of sound hits you from all the trucks leaving the docks. The windows need double-glazing at the very least and all the seals need checking as the noise pours through even when everything is locked.

Very nice hotel! Just was problem because we couldn't finde parking place. We need to walk 10min to the first parking space and we paid around 40€ for 6 days.

Good price but I wouldn't say that it's clean place. Anyway all you need for self catering.
