My
stay
there
at
Valley
Hospital
after
I
had
major
surgery
was
kind
of
up
and
down,
good
and
bad.
First
of
all
my
two
bags
that
I
had
brought
one
of
them
they
gave
me
for
my
clothes
plus
my
purse
were
missing
when
I
recovered
from
the
anesthesia.
I
was
constantly
asking
can
somebody
please
get
me
my
purse
to
me,
they
did
not
retrieve
my
personal
property
and
my
purse
for
about
three
hours
as
they
said
they
would
have
somebody
go
get
it,
of
course
that
made
me
very
uneasy.
Some
of
the
staff
we’re
really
kind
some
of
them
not
so
much
but
I
understand
that
profession
very
well
as
I
was
on
the
other
side
of
the
desk
before
in
the
medical
field.
I
imagine
that
the
hours
are
very
long
and
stressful
demands
are
put
on
their
shoulders
being
understaffed.
Unfortunately
also
when
I
got
home
I
realized
my
gold
toe
ring
on
my
left
foot
it
was
no
longer
there
on
my
toe.
The
staff
has
thieves.
It
had
to
of
happened
after
the
doctor
left
me
in
the
hands
of
whoever
while
I
was
trying
to
come
out
of
the
anesthesia.
My
gold
toe
ring
could
not
be
removed
by
me
or
anybody
without
tools
to
open
it
up
and
remove
from
my
toe,
probably
done
with
two
pliers
or
some
tools
of
the
sort
that
are
kept
in
the
surgery
room
where
I
was
having
some
drilling
done
in
my
cervical
area
and
hardware
implemented.
Both
of
my
rings
on
my
ring
fingers
were
covered
with
tape
by
the
the
nurses
or
staff
of
some
sort
and
those
remained
intact
because
my
gold
and
diamond
rings
are
not
able
to
come
off
at
all
as
they
are
way
too
tight
for
somebody
to
try
to
slip
off
my
fingers
luckily.
I
just
say
out
of
all
the
hospitals
that
I
have
been
in
which
there
are
plenty
here
in
Las
Vegas,
Valley
Hospital
in
Las
Vegas
is
the
lowest
on
my
list
to
stay.
Understaffed,
thieves
and
weary
rude
nurses
i’ll
put
your
food
down
next
to
you
without
even
letting
you
know
that
it
is
there
getting
cold
because
I
could
not
see
that
high
onto
the
top
of
the
food
tray
