Ashley Smith is an incompetent and pathetic excuse for a doctor. Don't see her unless you want your time and money wasted and everything you say to be dismissed, and for her to claim to instantly know more than 10 years worth of specialist treating you. Worst doctor I've ever encountered and shouldn't have a medical license. Any other doctor here is great. Don't book with her

Update: it is not worth going to village medical just because the billing is bad. My colonoscopy is 100% covered by the VA and was initially never billed. I provided all insurance information, and now my bill has doubled and still hasn't been billed correctly. The billing services and call center are forwarded to a different country, making it difficult to get assistance. My appointment was in October and I'm still dealing with the charges and incorrect billing in February. Go somewhere else that won't put you through this stress. I was seen by Dr. Shill who was to the point, has decades of experience, and got me scheduled for a colonoscopy right away. The colonoscopy went great, and the facility he uses was very efficient and a good experience. I highly recommend this doctor. Billing and office staff never billed my insurance even though I provided everything to them. I had to follow up with a third-party call center just to get insurance billed. I still highly recommend Dr. Shill just be aware.

My family have been going here for 3-4 yrs and have seen customer service go down hill fast. Good luck on getting your call picked up or returned when you leave a message. Requesting lab work copies or other info is a joke. Front office staff are kind and so is the office Mgr to your face. Over the phone WHEN you can get a live person she’s rude. There’s always an excuse of new phone system or some garbage. Very weird how when you go into the office you don’t hear the phones ringing or any call being picked up. The doctors are professional and attentive. Unfortunately they have been made aware with no change. We will not miss this place as we try another office.

The waiting time is ridiculous. The blood draws are first-come, first-served at 7am. But even if you’re here early and already checked in, you’re waiting forever for paperwork. I arrived at 6:45am and waited for doors to open- no problem. Checked in first and wasn’t called until 7:55am. There needs to be a more effective system. Everyone in the waiting room was irritated.

Made an appointment with Adam Millman. Drove 30-minutes to this location, to be told Dr Millman isn't taking new patients anymore, and that they were giving me another doctor. Nobody notified me of this in any of the confirmation or reminder emails. This is the sign of a company that doesn't value patient care, or desires, and will treat you as a number, not a person. I will be going elsewhere for my care, and advise that you do as well.

The staff here is great, but the transition to Village Medical seems to have ruined the experience. Billing errors non-stop and they don't even answer the phone when you call the billing office in MAINE. If they do answer the phone, they say they're too busy and take over a week to call you back. They're sure prompt with the OVERDUE ACCOUNT letters though for an error they made.

Complete honesty here... I moved to Vegas in 2015 and found a great PCP that eventually cancelled services with me because their practice was full... Hence the reason I found this amazing place (godsend in disguise)! As an active patient that's been going to this office regularly for the past 2+ years, I couldn't be happier. This is [almost] a one-stop-shop where they will handle everything and anything in their capability before making you wait or pay more to go elsewhere for an answer. No need to ask any further questions... If you're needing a dedicated physician that will give you more than your 10 minute-allotted time, book your appointment now. I just hope that more patients will see the value in this practice that can change their life the way Priority Health Group did mine!! 🤗

The Priority Health Group is the best primary health provider I have found in Las Vegas. The doctors are knowledgeable and holistic in their approach. The staff is efficient, responsive and very friendly. I have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. And I feel I always get personal attention. I also use their sleep center and have received great care and efficient services.

I really appreciate Julia and the entire staff for their fast and friendly service. Tori and Alexa in referrals are great, too. Plenty of space in the waiting room.

The nurse assistant was extremely friendly and considerate. Dr Lehrner is officially the best doctor. I am so happy that she is my physician, I always leave feeling better both mentally and physically after seeing and talking to her. The office staff is very efficient and friendly. Do yourself a favour and don’t come close to this lousy place ! Go to every other clinic just not this one! They talk ugly to patients, they care only about the money and not your health. Won’t let you see a doctor just nurses, every time I went there I saw an angry patient at the front desk complaining about their service and behaviour. What a shame that people trust r he m with their health.

Dr. Stephanie Lehrner refused to see me for no reason. I filled out her paperwork. Had an appointment. Was transferred to voicemail. Refused care for no reason. Screamed at by assistant manager. Do not go there.

I'm a previous customer, I just visited their new building off Cliff Shadows. The building is nice, and the new patient rooms are very up to date. However, I don't care for the reception area. There is no glass/plastic separating the staff from the waiting area. My first concern is that the staff is not protected very well. Second, you are able to hear reception's conversations. The girls at the front counter were laughing and having personal conversation, that the entire waiting area could hear. But also, I could hear them discussing a patient's chart. Not only can this violate HIPPA privacy, but I also found it extremely unprofessional.

My PA is wonderful. Why it takes at least 3 days to refill a prescription is beyond me! On my last visit I waited over 45 minutes once inside the exam room! Either Village Medical at Cliff Shadows Pkwy is understaffed or they are over booking patients.

I hate going to the doctor's office because it's often the same thing every time - long waits, poor bedside manner, and lots of unanswered questions. This experience was completely different and I would go back in a heartbeat. They were on-time, quick, efficient, kind, and the provider - Nina Nation - was exceptional. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and truly compassionate. She took her time with me and did a thorough assessment. She listened and answered my questions. She has awesome bedside manner. She really reassured me during a time of fear and uncertainty. I would definitely recommend her/this office to anyone looking for fantastic medical care.

What's the point of your online form if the staff does not even check it? My wife filled out the online questionnaire, it asked if she tested positive for COVID in the last 10 days, she checked yes, and the form let her continue. Fast forward to her appointment today, and the staff is SHOCKED that she dare show up to a doctor's office with COVID. Fully masked, by the way, refuse her care and basically kick her out. Unacceptable for a DOCTOR'S OFFICE with MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. Embarrassing and really hurtful behavior.

Had been a while since I saw a doctor. Had an appointment with Morgan. BEST VISIT EVER. She made me feel comfortable, LISTENED TO ME!! Did not rush me and is so sweet. Highly recommend her. I wish I had such a great experience with other Doctors . Stay the way you are.

Not sure if these qere nurses or something elae but one woman was loudly discussing ording food for lunch at the front desk. Obviously not do patient care or anything else. The nurse or assistant that checked me in was rude and had an attitude. Been coming to this clinic long before this corporate change. Not impressed. Love my orimary doc but can't get in to see her. Had to see aomeone I dont know. Sat forever waiting in the exam room. Think its time to go elsewhere.

I've been going here for a while. I was seeing Ashley. Things were fine at first, but the more I visited the more uncomfortable the visits became. The last time I went Ashley literally tried to insinuate that it was a bad thing that I was going to the gym. As a Black man doctors like to give what I call the doom and gloom speech. Like we're about to die next week. They either over diagnose under diagnose or have no bed side manner. I felt Ashley was becoming very impersonal toward me about my health and almost talking to me in a scolding manner.The two nurses that took my blood were very rude as well. They closed the door in my face and it was so creepy that I wasn't sure if they took my blood or injected something iside of me. I won't be going back.

Met with Julia today. I barely sat down and was led to an exam room. Literally 2 minutes later Julia stepped into the room. My appointment was for 3:20pm. I left at 3:27. Great job Village Medical! And to Julia as well. Thanks for a job well done.

It is always a pleasure meeting with Dr. Lehrner for my wellness checks. She listens and takes ample time to answer my questions and concerns. I appreciate her way of keeping her medical advice realistic! Dr. Lehrner has an excellent team of support professionals that completes the visit! Ashley Smith has been my care professional for a couple of years now and through a very difficult time. I'm not sure I'd still be here without her support. I can't say enough for her caring and consistently trying to find ways to have a higher quality of life.

The staffing and nurse assistant was very professional and nice. My PCP Nina Nation was amazingly helpful and so sweet. I told every patient’s looking for a PCP to visit Village Medical the best PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN GROUP in Las Vegas. Nina Nation is my PCP she’s the best.

I was able to get an appointment fast. Erin Spalla, NP was outstanding and actually cared about more than getting me out the door in 15 minutes or less. My labs were discussed with me in detail. Both my wife and I appreciate the care we've received here, so much so I recommended the practice to a family member in need of a new PCP. Liked them so much I posted under both my Google accounts.

Wait time was not what I’ve experienced with other offices! It was quick, from start to finish a little over an hour including labs. Online registration makes checking in simple. NP Ashley Smith and her assistant was great! She very personable, listens and explains why she’s doing or recommending meds or procedures which helped me to relax and understand or clear up concerns. I was impressed with the efficiency of the office, by the time I walked out the other facilities I am to see, called to make my future appointments. I would recommend her to everyone.

Jarvis Olsen is an incredible medical provider. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. I immediately feel at ease while receiving expert medical care. During my last appointment, Jarvis took time to listen to all my concerns and discuss options for my future care.

The wait time was good. The person checking me in was nice. Dr. Shill and his PA were very nice. He took his time and was very thorough. I am very optimistic about this DR. And office. The woman at checkout that schedules follow up appointments and procedures is devoid of any trace of personality, warmth, or sense of humor, but wasn't mean. Parking is a frustrating nightmare, but the office is moving soon. I would recommend.

I had an appointment with Nina Nation, PA-C, to establish care as being my primary care physician. Her assistant brought me in and was thorough; asked about recent scans/bloodwork and request copies of same. Nina was great! Very personable and took her time to address my concerns, and ordered bloodwork and other tests based on my age. I really like her a lot and am happy I chose to see her at Village Medical. I checked in online and have my medical history a couple days before, which I highly recommend, it’s a bit lengthy and probably best to do at home. Check in at office was smooth—they just needed copies of my ID and insurance card. Highly recommend Nina and Village Medical.

I've been to many Doctors here in Vegas, most of the doctors I've seen don't give you time to explain or issues. I can say that at Village Medical all the providers from the Doctors to the Nurse Practitioners give you plenty of time to explain your issues. I seen Julia today and great bed side manners. I was very pleased with my visit .

Dr. Buadaeng was amazing, as always! Thorough and warm, she always makes me feel seen and heard - and she lets me know that I can reach her if I am having trouble with securing referred doctors' appointments or any other difficulty. The nurse/physician's assistant was funny and engaging, she asked great questions and made me feel quite at ease. Despite the fact that today's visit didn't garner good news, I was made to feel as good as possible under the circumstances 😁

Very disappointed, had an appointment for 9:30. I was on time and waited for over 45 minutes. During that time other people would come in and giver their time as you can hear what they say. Two different people came I with much later times and were seen within 5 minutes of sitting down. I left after 45 mi items of waiting. No profession should make a person sit that long. Especially for being earlier in the morning. I could possibly see how they would back up later in the day. Just because they have the letters MD after their name they think everyone answers to them.

The staff is friendly, engaging and professional. I always feel welcome and feel free to share any concerns with my fabulous Dr. Lehrner and her support staff. I’ve been going to this office for well over 15 years and never had any major problems and very rarely have I waited over 15 minutes to be called.During my appointment I’m never rushed to wrap it, any concerns I have are always addressed. The couple issues I’ve had with billing were resolved immediately. Even the lady in billing is super nice and helpful. I feel so fortunate to be a patient here since I don’t really like doctors!

Nurse Practitioner Ashley Smith was wonderful! She spent time with me, asked questions, had a terrific bedside manner, and was thorough. It was my first visit to get established as a patient & what a great experience. Very happy with the time spent & level of care!

I was able to get a last minute appointment with PA Mario Godoy it was 415 on a Friday. I had to wait but that’s understandable for the end of the day on a Friday. He was very helpful. He answered all my questions about needing him antibiotics and then I had questions about sinuses and allergies. He got me in the medication. I need to know I was able to pick it up on the way home, and he gave me a Lotta good choices and tips.

The doctor was very kind and took his time to answer all of my questions. He listened to my concerns and wasn't rushing me. He gave me information to help my symptoms and scheduled an appointment to review how I am doing in 3 months. Great experience!

Dr. Ashley Smith is best person to have on your side for any medical issues. From our first visit 3 years ago to today I'm thankful that she took the time with me and truly listened to me and my health couldn't be better. My wife and I had a great first visit at the clinic. Scheduling was easy, and the patient portal is very user-friendly. The clinic accommodated seeing us together, and the doctor/nurse practitioner Mario was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible in working with us. We are glad that we chose Village Medical as the place to establish care.

For me Village Medical is an exceptional place with very knowledgeable Doctors and very polite, dedicated employees. For many years I looked for a good clinic, good Doctors in Las Vegas. During those years I kept traveling to LA to see my Doctors. It was complicated and expensive. I am very happy that my husband find Village Medical, we are more than happy being treated by Dr. Molin who’s our primary Doctor and sends us to excellent specialists when necessary.

Love how easy the MA Karina is to work with and ask questions. She always answers my emails and doesn’t hesitate to help me. She really is a great asset. My PA Jarvis Olsen is awesome. He never hurries me always asks questions and really cares. Both are GREAT!

I've been a patient here for nearly a decade. Dr. Molin has always adhered to a high standard of care and is responsive to the needs and desires of his patients. Lately I have been seen by Nina Nations. The same is true of her. I particularly appreciate her easy manner and willingness to take time for careful diagnosis and exploration of remedies. Support staff is wonderful. I enthusiastically recommend this practice!

I was running very late today and when I called to let the office know, they were very gracious and worked with me and even allowed me to keep my appointment, which was very important to me. I loved the nurse, Jennifer, who was cute, friendly and cheerful. Nina, the PA, was very professional & knowledgeable, yet warm and personable, and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my concerns and gave me lots of helpful information. My whole experience was excellent, and the waiting time was practically zero as they were looking for me as I came out of the restroom after having just arrived! I told Nina that she had won me over as my new primary care physician! I’m also extremely happy that you have a physician there who will treat skin issues, and I’ve got an upcoming appointment with him.

Everyone there is caring and willing to help. I got frustrated with getting through on a call and they helped me set up the portal for easier access to my provider, staff and billing. They have plenty of providers that can assist me even when my provider is fully booked. Truly recommend this place to my family and friends. Shout out to the two girls at the front for caring and showing interest with my concern.

The office is Amazon the staff and the two girls in lab had amazing customer service ….. Shannon…. Leslie who took my vitals.. and Tina the N.P. Truly takes the time out with her new patient to get to know them and find out how she can help You with your health…. she has a great skill to work with people!!!! I have been coming here for at least 5 years and have never had anything to complain about. Everyone is always friendly, polite and helpful. I see Dr. Lehrner who is amazing! She has never rushed through my appointments, listens and answers all my questions, takes time to explain things and has always been supportive. She truly cares!!

Nina Nation has got to be one of the best doctors out there. I’ve been with her for over a decade and always receive excellent, personalized, truly kind care. She is thorough and reassuring. Jarvis Olsen is also exceptional! We love his care of our family.

Same day appointment and excellent care. Toni immediately confirmed the appointment for me. Dr. Lehrner has excellent bedside manner and concern. With my pain and answers to her questions, she immediately scheduled for me to go to an imaging appointment. She said she would call me over the weekend too. Village Medical is an awesome group. They can take care of multiple needs at their facility, from family doctor, Sleep Disorders to Gastroenterology and more. The chronic care management program gets my Mom in right away. My husband has been suffering with what Dr.Froga calls the effects of long covid. But now, my husband’s eyes and feet are swelling! We made an appointment and it was to be this afternoon. We received a call from Dr. Frank’s office this morning stating that he can help us no longer and that if we wanted to be seen we had to go to the emergency room. This is no way for a doctor to act. he’s refusing to see my husband with a legitimate claim, all we want is help for him to feel better. He is uncaring and I would recommend that you not go to Dr. Froga
