#24 Cf MichelinStarsChallenge public list Go there for the dessert! The owner is a Japanese pastry chef, although her origin is not obvious (which is a compliment!) when you’re enjoying the desserts. On the other side the chef is French and you would not necessarily guess… he could be Japanese. That’s one of the great things here, this confusion. You can feel that there’s an interaction, an emulation and they are learning from each other’s while respecting their craft. I preferred the dessert. For my taste, that’s their very strong suit. As I said It’s done by the owner (the chef focus on the rest). She’s doing an amazing job ( but do not except something decadent…). Still, one could easily prefer the starters, which was the case of the person I went with. And I understand, it was awesome. I preferred the dessert may be because you do not see style so often. A deep love for the French dessert, some references to classical dessert, and yet some creativity that lies between France and Japan. Very interesting to discover. So you can easily go there for the dessert and prefer the rest. The service is at the level. Note that part of the dishes (the actual plates not speaking of the food now) are made by the chef (she’s not the only one, it’s a thing for some Japanese chef to do) The crowd was business, colleagues, friends. I’m sure couples appear at night. Well Deserved star. An experience, especially on the desserts. Mood/Dress code: I could go there as a busy white collar like Zakary in “Margin Call”, especially since we are in front of the stock market! And Demi Moore would be the perfect colleague to lunch with. So casual business no need to be super classy. Of course you do not have to wear a suit.

We went during lunch and ordered the 5 course meal. We experienced impeccable service, excellent food and a nice atmosphere. It was like having a personal butler serving us and you could tell they were proud to present the food they were service. The menu was carefully planned for each dish to work with eachother, slowly building up to the crescendo that was the sweet bread. They were not afraid to mix uncommon ingredients while still mantaining a good balance of textures and tastes. For the price this place is a must visit. By far the best restaurant experience Ive ever had.

Absolutely spectacular! From the food to the service. The chef greeted us upon arriving and were more than accommodating to my dairy allergy. The server suggested a delicious wine to pair with our 6 course meal.

Creative but still very tasty dinner. The chef changes the menu every two weeks or so. Every bite has a balanced flavor. They picked interesting ingredients and executed the menu well. I loved the seaweed risotto, the smoked butter and the desserts the most. I don't know how the pastry chef created the sugar ball and put everything inside beautifully. My least favorite was the wild boar. Overall, I srongly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the desserts were exceptional, and the apple juice martini was refreshingly delightful. However, there were noticeable drawbacks. Firstly, the restaurant was quite cold, with occasional smells of bleach. The water in the restroom was cold, and an internal door was not functioning properly. The lighting in the dining area did not contribute to a sense of privacy, more reminiscent of a cafeteria. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. The waitstaff were not always attentive to guests' needs, such as failing to notice when water glasses were empty. There were inconsistencies in tableware and portion sizes, which could be confusing for guests. Regarding the cuisine, the menu choices seemed somewhat peculiar and ambiguous. The combinations in main dishes (fish, rabbit, pork) appeared overly complicated. Although the restaurant's theme suggested Scandinavian cuisine, this was not reflected in the menu. In summary, despite some successful aspects, the restaurant clearly has room for improvement, especially in terms of service and presentation of dishes.

One of the BEST restaurants I visited in France during my trip. The service was impeccable. The food was life changing. An incredible combination of flavors that worked so well together, extremely innovative dishes. Highly recommend if you are ever in Paris.

We had the 6-course menu (€100) for dinner. Every dish was delicious and unique, some even a little surprising. Very creative chef, great presentation, and super interesting flavors that melded together very well. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Most were Japanese and spoke perfect English. Great place for an interesting dinner in Paris.

I have tried quite a few times dining in Michelin star awarded restaurants, although fancy dining is not my cup of tea. However, this one hits different. We loved each and every gourmandise and dish included in our 4-course lunch menu. The wine pairing was also spot on. Beautiful minimal environment, polite yet friendly service. Excellent!

A very very good Michlen starred Japonise restaurant. They deserve one more star. Food and drinks are amazing. And 3 or 4 surprise menu is very very good for their prices. Some foods were amazing. If you have time money and love Japanese food a must try.

Delicious and underpriced. Exceptional service. 85 Euro for a $200+ NYC per head Michelin meal. So good.

Food was very nicely served, loved the pottery..Taste was ok, nice, not exceptional. Value for money- not high, they make you pay for water (not bottled), which I find to be not a classy touch..Technical execution of the food- high. Decor- lovely Atmosphere - stiff, almost solemn, weird music in the background..Bottom line- it should be a restaurant, not a museum.

I had dinner at Accents for my husband's 40th birthday. The intimate and exclusive atmosphere was very pleasant. We appreciated the advice and helpfulness of the servers. The original dishes and the blend of flavors took us on a culinary journey. The wine cellar is also very impressive. We left more than satisfied at the end of the meal. Thank you for the discovery.

Amazing from start to finish. Very creative, very nice play on textures with high quality ingredients. I really liked the Vin Jaune mousse, for me one of the highlights. The wine pairing was very interesting, I discovered some nice wines. Overall a superb experience!

Very delicious! I am Canadian who visited with my Parisian friend (her first time at a Michelin starred restaurant) and we both loved the experience. I requested a vegetarian menu, which was accomodated and tasted great. As for accompaniments, the sourdough bread here is fantastic (cute butter shape) and the wine that was recommended to us was also very nice. The price was also fair for lunch here! I enjoyed the experience.

Fantastic, creative restaurant. Challenges you with unique flavour and texture combinations. Massive shout out to the young sommelier who is outstanding at her job - very knowledgeable and explains the wine pairing to great lengths. Highly recommended!

Our visit to the restaurant was a bit confusing. The mix of flavors in each dish, like citric, sweet, and bitter all at once, left us puzzled. The dish with a beer taste was especially not to our liking. However, we must note that the service was good, and the desserts, especially the pumpkin one, were enjoyable. Overall, we were disappointed as we didn't find the culinary experience we were hoping for.

One of the best experiences I personally had at any restaurant with a Michelin star. Warm and friendly environment, yet very professional. The entire team is extremely passionate on providing the best possible experience, and they definitely succeed in doing that! Highly recommended. P.s. the sugar ball is a phenomenal dessert. The best I had in years.

The chef magically combined the taste of sweet, sour, bitterness and spicy with the food. Some food combination is rare but successful. The pigeon is the best one I ever have. It’s so memorable that I must come back for it again. And the dessert is amazing. The sugar bubble brings a new experience to my understanding of what a dessert could mean. I must say some of the dishes are not perfect yet but I see great potential in the chef. He is magnificent. It’s not only food but a sensual experience combining Japanese zen with French cuisine. The chef is magnificent. I hope he’ll continue to improve and reach the top of the world. I’ve high hope of him.

Accommodating our dietary restrictions for vegetarian and nutfree, team ACCENTS went above and beyond in creating a fantastic tasting experience! I left so inspired and still dreaming about that sourdough bread and dessert.

A culinary experience! Complex food combinations, plus the wine pairing is great and definitely worth it. Very professional and elegant service. However we probably got unlucky and the evening we booked we were put next to a very loud group table. They were speaking and laughing so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves speak at times, so I need to bring down the atmosphere rating for that reason.

Phenomenal. Every single thing was spectacular, and many plates were among the very best I have ever eaten. The degree of care and artistry that went into every dish—and to the progression of the whole menu—is absolutely extraordinary. Truly a must-visit!

An explosive surprise from the beginning till the end. A mix of pleasant textures, a succession of flavors and great presentation. I went there with my family and did the 6 courses menu. We loved every meal but what surprised us the most was the last dessert which was an explosion of taste! Great price for what is offered which shows a great technique and creativity. Service was great, everyone was super nice and smiley. You can definitely feel that owners are deeply passionate about their job. Absolutely reccomend it !

Service was good and friendly. One server spilled water on the table and did not wipe it. Food was innovative and tasty, although the first appetiser was slightly lacking of completion (the ice cube). Knives were dull, hard to cut the food. Despite these mentioned downsides, the experience was good.

One of the most unique and creative menus I have ever experienced! Ayumi and Romain are able to create the most unique dishes by embracing their different culinary backgrounds. It’s pure magic! Where the place falls short a bit is in atmosphere and ambiance. With all of the pot lights and table pendants on, it was way, way, too bright in the dinning room for dinner. Also depending on who was serving us our course, we got vastly different levels of detail and information about what we were about to eat. This was unfortunate because we wanted to know the creativity and care that went into what was being served to us. These are minor gripes. But it did still distract a bit from the main event; the incredible food.

Simple decor upon entering but what an experience. Did the 4 course and everything served was visually enticing and the taste was explosion of flavors you wouldn't have guessed. Lovely service all round and the bread served was out of this world. Highly recommended.

Amazing culinary experience with friendly, outstanding service. Food presentation was simply gorgeous. The tomato juice with celery ice cube was extremely refreshing. The animal shaped house made butter was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Lovely restaurant serving beautiful delicious food. Attention service crew. Tables well spaced out which enabled privacy & conversations. We tried the 6 course set dinner (you are served more than 10 items). Each dish is accompanied by a brief explanation. I must say that some items especially the main dishes are particularly tiny portions. My personal favourites are 1. Fermented mushroom tart (Amuse bouche) 2. Blood duck pho foam (Starter) 3. Creamy truffle Pear (Dessert) 4. Sugar ball with spicy water (Dessert) The owner / chefs (Romain / Ayumi-San) are super friendly and showed us their kitchen upon request. The 1 Michelin star is well deserved. I would recommend the restaurant.

Great Michelin restaurant. The food was delicious, innovative and memorable. I will never forget the creativity of the dessert. Wow. While the service was very good, I didn't find it was as high as it should've been for a Michelin establishment. The other thing (and this is small) was the atmosphere. Not as much attention was paid to creating an atmosphere for the patrons as other restaurants I've been to. The lights were far too bright and there was no music playing. It's odd to eat in silence in a nice restaurant. Again, these are small things, but it's the small things that get a 5/5 rating. That said, I'd highly recommend this restaurant for food you won't soon forget.

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆🧩 ⠀ 🥖 When I just arrived in France, I tried my best to approach this new culture. "Eat like French, dress like a Parisian, how to speak like local" - these titles that could sell quickly in bookshelves, in fact, I was among the buyers. But now, I've realized that I can still be me - a Vietnamese living in France - while developing this cultural openness. ⠀ 🥖 That's the spirit that comes to Accents. It was well caring and nurturing by the trio de choc - Romain Mahi chef de cuisine, Ayumi Sugiyama chef pâtissière, and Etienne Billard chef sommelier. The food was delicate and inviting; the wine pairing is fabulous, all for a reasonable price.

Having lunch here was a wonderful and delicious experience - with imaginative dishes that keep on surprising you - and a very kind and attentive staff

At Accents Bourse, you let the chef decides for you - "carte blanche" prix fixe lunch for ~50 EUR. Very inventive and elaborated cuisine. Excellent technique, very refined mixes of flavors. Maybe a tad 'too much' sometimes? In any case, you will not forget the experience. A blend of French and molecular cuisine, with a Japanese touch One Michelin star.

Best fine dining restaurant I have ever taste. innovative dishes and balanced in flavor. The complexity of every dish is amazing. Menu contains unusual Ingredients. Starting from fresh dishes with taste of the sea, more heavier flavors as pigeon and foie grasse as main course. Then, ending it with different dessert from light to more sweet flavors. In addition, every dish was also visually appealing and has the perfect size. The service was amazing.
