Extremely rude manager or assistant, 0% integrity. I made and order in the store but didn’t get it delivered as promised, instead of resolving the issue she started screaming at me and describing the warehouse to me.

Ordered Christmas presents went to collect had to take my daughter as no one to watch her disappointed that the items are not packaged so can clearly see what the parcel is however the cashier could not of made it any more obvious and said to my daughter is this for you and handed to my daughter let's say she was pleased with it however I was less as a Christmas present was ruined should be an option to be able to bag the items also needs to be a better system if how to collect online as never been to this store before and other people was served before us as not clearly signed where to go was not the only customer not to know

I’ve been coming here for a few years. Usually quick, efficient service! No problem whatsoever (including the return, it went well).

Staff friendly and helpful, parking here is 2 hours.

We bought two items - a walking stick and a watch - and they both were ready in the time it took to walk from the ordering machine to the collection desk. Excellent branch of Argos.

Access by car for heavy items is nightmarish. So many “no entries”, closed Road, roadworks and unexpected one ways. Omg shan’t be back.

Saturday morning lot of people in store 2 till open one for cash payments 1 for online collection but ... Lady in till fol collection working as information and personal screen "clicker" people coming for pay what they now to take have to wait because some one have 1000 questions and when I ask to wait till lady say That I can wait cos just have costumer that just walki in and Me an my kid wait all ready 20min so rude...

Booked an item for delivery at a certain day and time and paid the amount that was charged for that delivery time but did not came on time. And they dont have delivery tracking for what you ordered.

Show items in stock but aren't really then when trying to contact anyone in customer services calls aren't answered or via Live chat nothing is resolved just fobbed off and still none the wiser as to where the order is services are a shambles OK taking people's money though

Argos Meols Cop. Pathetic jobs worth. Bought a large item was told they are not allowed to help in anyway even whilst wearing hi vis jacket in bright sunshine. Health and safety gone mad will not return ever again zero customer service. I had to press a star in order to post but didn't mean it

I'm victimised in store for having a disability and sold faulty products. This has happened on multiple ocasions. honestly all the staff members that work in this store should just be sacked because they are mentally incapable of doing their jobs properly, its pretty much a business being run by a group of nasty spiteful little kids.

Most of the time whatever I want to purchase is out of stock.

Whatever we seem to look for now it's never in stock ,or can't be delivered , try IKEA or B&M

Not great experience at all I'm so disappointed with argos got a new washing machine well I should of arrived in Oct and didn't come till November was on a warranty for 1 year and it broke down after two months sorry argos

The poor judgement call of the staff in that day (4/02/22) was enough to make me cancel my order and choose a different retailer. Not sure I'll think of Argos first when purchasing stuff online from now on.

3 wasted journeys to store as a 15 year old and 19 year old cant collect a game rated 12 without a passport as you now need to be 25 to by a 12 rated game from Argos! utter stupidity. The store staff just quote internal policy and dont care.
