I don’t usually write Google reviews unless the business really deserves it and this hotel does. This is completely unsolicited; no one at the hotel asked me to write it. I can’t thank the team here enough for all they did for me for my 6-night stay while I was stranded in the airport due to a very difficult travel situation. When they became aware of my emergency situation, they stepped in immediately and never stopped helping me until I checked out. This hotel is located inside the airport and, if you are based here, is very easy to find and navigate the rest of the airport, train stations, and shopping areas. It is very safe for solo women travelers. It is wonderful value: clean, great quality rooms with plenty of light, tons of amenities, world-class staff. It is very easy to walk just down the escalators to get fresh and healthy food, drugstore necessities, restaurants, and many other services day and night. It was easy, cheap, and totally safe to get on the trains to the city. Special thanks to Antje and Benjamin. Thank you to all reception, housekeeping, and reservations for working tirelessly, professionally, and with kindness and positivity around the clock. Most travelers here don’t stay as long as I had to as a “stranded passenger,” so I believe I’m uniquely able to speak to the quality of this hotel.

Convenient Hotel walking distance from Terminal 1. Kind staff, ample breakfast. Comfortable rooms, good firm bed. Hotel is priced for convenience.

The location is very convenient to both the airport and the regional trains. Hotel is clean and modern and the breakfast buffet is first class. The reason the rating is not higher is that the shower set up is quite dangerous. The tub is high and the floor of the tub is slippery. Very easy to fall. The hotel needs to put down adhesives on the bottom of the tub. Be careful getting in and out!

I had an early morning flight out, too early for my flight in from Rome, so I decided to fly in the night before to make things simpler. I have stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns, so it was an easy choice selecting it being at the airport. While it's at the airport it is a fair walk and it gets confusing what level to cross over into the complex where the hotel is. Once there the check in process was fast, friendly and efficient. My room was very comfortable and well appointed if not particularly large. But compared to my other hotel rooms in Europe it was spacious. Plenty of power outlets both at the desk and beside, and particularly liked having at 110v outlet as well. Bed was extremely comfortable at slept very well. Wifi was acceptable although not particularly fast, but good enough for most uses. I did not have time to have breakfast because of my early morning flight but I am sure it would have been good. For an overnight hotel stay I can definitely recommend it.

Located in Terminal 1, sitting right next to the other Hilton. I have fear of heights so the "hanging" walkway with glass railing / windows toward my room wasn't the best experience. But the room is great, very clean and neat, a little sofa as well. The room doesn't give you shampoo though so you may need to request that from the front desk. There is a Burger King and Starbucks downstairs immediately after exiting the hotel.

Staff is incredible! They are ready to help you and the received welcome was perfect even if I was not having reservation (blocked in airport due strike in Italy) Rooms clean and comfortable also for work with laptop etc. Internet working fine. Some challenges with the door key solved quickly by the staff. In case of a new unplanned stop in Frankfurt I will come here again for sure

The hotel is brand new and the location extremely convenient if you need to catch an early flight, or arrive late at night. The rooms had a fair size, everything worked perfectly and the beds were super comfortable. Very quiet. The personell was very gentle and friendly, they allowed us to leave our luggage the whole day while we went for a tour around Mainz before catching our flight in the evening.

It was a really nice hotel. Very quiet which I really appreciated. Easy to check-in and check-out! The dinner food wasn’t that good. I ordered the vegan burger and it didn’t taste worth 24€. The hotel room was definitely nice. Bed was firm but still okay to sleep in even though I prefer softer mattresses. I still got a good nights sleep. Great that they provide four pillows and ONE large duvet instead of two separate ones. I hate the two smaller ones because i always end up uncovered and cold when I have two smaller ones. I reduced a star for the miss on cleanliness. The bathroom sink had some product drops still on the counter along with someone else’s hair. But other than this, the room felt clean. It comes with an ice bucket, phone, TV, safe, hair dryer and bath products, and I believe I saw an ironing board in the closet.

Hotel was great and very clean. Check in and check out were very easy and quick. Breakfast was perfect for a continental set up. Only giving 4 stars because our room didn't have any face towels and when we called down, they said they would bring some up. After 30 minutes and needing to get to bed before an early flight, ended up using the hand towel.

This was my second stay here. The service is excellent. Daniel was particularly helpful in resolving a difficulty. The breakfast was good value. Rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space to work. Sound proofing is very effective. It's a convenient place to stay before a long-haul flight. It means a complete absence of stress when you're already at the airport. And there's a Rossman just downstairs for any last-minute travel necessities.

We were greeted in a friendly manner and the staff tried to accommodate special requests. Check-in/-out were easy. The rooms are outdated with stained carpets. Mattresses were comfortable, but blankets felt stiff and damp. Bathroom was clean, but with a faucet which leaked water all over the place. Getting in and out of the tub shower is slippery and dangerous. After a shower the entire floor is flooded. Just freeze dried coffee in the room. In general this place doesn’t offer enough value for the money.

Please be aware of the hotel's check-in policy. We booked a room for my parents. They had 15 hours of layover. I checked hotel's check-in policy, and it said: check-in starting 2pm to anytime, which means any time after 2pm you can check-in and stay until your check-out time (12pm the following day). But guess what? My parents arrived at 6am to check-in, they needed to relax a little bit, until 12pm, but the receptionist said that they were fully booked, and since they came after 12am to check-in, they re-sold their room. How is it even possible? Anyways, my parents stayed at the airport for 15 hours, and after we requested a refund, they said no. Due to their policy they couldn't refund us. This being said, please avoid this hotel at any cost. 0 customer service and common sense.

This is great hotel. For being next to a Highway, at the airport and above a major railway it’s incredibly quiet. It’s astonishing quiet in fact. So a great place to stay if you need a good nights sleep. Rooms are great - the bathrooms are really well done. It’s just a well engineered and well built place.

Excellent location inside the Squaire located over the long distance railway station. Just few minutes to walk to the airport terminal. Everything you need like coffee, food and snacks are located few meters away. My room(6237)was facing the highway side without hearing a noise. Very good soundproofing and the AC was not noisy also.

Stayed the night to catch a flight in the morning. Very nice staff. Rooms are clean. My only concern is the strong use of very unhealthy room spray. And you cant open a single window to breath fresh air.

Sometimes after a long travel day, you need a very reliable product and this hotel delivers. Once you cross the pedestrian bridge from the airport, there are many signs to the hotel, making it easy to find. The staff was very efficient and friendly, and the elevators were quick. The environment was very clean and calm. The rooms were a bit small (we had a king room), and ours had kind of a strange layout, but for one night to sleep and shower it was more than adequate. I might not recommend this hotel for families given the size of the rooms (although booking 2 beds versus one may allow more room). The bed was soft, there were actually 4 pillows (dear American hotels: why only 3 pillows?!) and the bathroom was spacious and efficient. If we have another overnight layover in Frankfurt, I will absolutely book this hotel again.

Stayed here dozens of times but this stay was just downright terrible. I had a night booked for a flight the next day. FRA security went on strike causing all flights to be cancelled so I tried to cancel hotel. Hotel wouldn’t allow without penalty of full nights payment so I stayed and booked had to book another night at this hotel. The hotel jacked the price from 198 euros for my first night to 455 euros for my second for the same room. Total price gouging due to the airport strike. It’s totally not acceptable but it is what it is. Didn’t we all go through this during COVID and wasn’t it disgusting and a total shame. I’m north americas our governments were fining businesses for such practices. Anyways, Due to this crazy up charge, upon Checkin I asked that since the price was jacked so much if they would offer a breakfast with them room. I was told no so I asked for a manager. The young manager came to tell me that the hotel is sold out (like duh everyone’s flight is cancelled) and cannot offer it. REALLY!!! She looked at me like I was asking for the presidential suite! Such short sighted customer service. From now on I will be staying at the Sheraton FRA!!

This hotel deserves 5 points. Even if you come in late, the staff is very friendly and helpful, room is tidy and has what you need. Good bed. Breakfast buffet is not too extensive, but top quality. A pleasure to stop over here today.

Probably my favorite airport hotel. Very solid three star hotel, clean and modern without fuss, very friendly service and a fine breakfast buffet which I can really recommend - unless you also want some Asian (etc.) options, this is western-focused, but good quality. The absolute best thing is the location, basically right above the train station and a quick walk to Terminal 1. Good planning, that. Been here 10+ times, does not disappoint. Do compare prices though, can run a bit expensive these days for what it is, but that's of course not a Hilton-exclusive phenomenon. P.S. Photo is of the breakfast with nice view only, rooms are simple but really very clean - biggest bonus in the rooms: the windows. You hear nothing but a slight drone despite all the traffic/airplanes. Excellent.

Make sure you protect your trip or just book another hotel. Even emergency cancellations have to be done 5 days before your stay. They will charge you 90% of your stay otherwise. Good business model and little regards for their customers In response to their response - only if I am absolutely desperate I would stay at this hotel. They charged me, did not provide receipt and I had to chaise it through Hilton's customer service being on hold for about 1h. Absolutely terrible!

During the transit , i only stay in hotel for a few hours . Loud noise in the middle night , sound like water pipes sound … talk to the staff , the staff just said talk to engineers…. How can I sleep ??? The staff didn’t even try to switch another room for me I will never come back and tell anyone who book don’t go to 9 floor , you can hear toilet flush , water noise when people turn on shower or whatever , i had recorded the video but cannot upload here Won’t recommend as it doesn’t meet Hilton brand criteria

The hotel and location was great. I was strangely charged for an early check in! Came in the morning , room was available but I was charged for coming in early. Never happened to me before and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. It is not like they had to clean an extra time or feed me more!!

It’s not the Hilton (next door), so the room is not as impressive. But value for money and very convenient for that early morning flight. The reception lobby was stuffy and guest check-in was slow, with no dedicated desk for Hilton Honors elite members.

The hotel is located at The Squaire, 10 minutes walk from the counters. It is quiet because it is the inside of a dome, the rooms are spacious enough, clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly. The faucets were of good quality and worked effectively. No noise from airplanes, well soundproofed. I found the mattresses very comfortable if you like them hard. Prices are on the high side, unfortunately.

The service was great, when I arrived LATE at night and my reservation had been automatically canceled, the guest services person quickly got it fixed! The food for breakfast was amazing, and it being an airport hotel, the location can't get any better for flights. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located - however the room was cold despite heating being on the maximum setting, breakfast only starts at 6 (surely the obvious reason to stay at an airport hotel is because you have an early flight? I asked for a breakfast pack but it was pretty grim - was given a supermarket salami and cheese sandwich) and most importantly online ordering for room service wasn't available... Ended up not eating. Not impressed.

I was travelling to Honolulu for a conference and my flight was from Frankfurt. After a long train journey from Leuven, Belgium I reached Frankfurt Airport International Train Station in the evening (located at the square) and were kindly greeted by the hotel staff at the reception, which is also located at the square. I stayed in the hotel for a very short time, as I have an early morning flight. But the short stay was very much comfortable. The location is great. The rooms are very much comfortable and also the services are great. So definitely recommended!

Brilliant! Perfect for that overnight layover that you don't want to spend huddled in the corner of a terminal trying to sleep in 25-minute batches for. The walk from the terminal to the Squaire is a little confusing, I wish the signage could be improved, but there is some construction going on as of this writing, so maybe wayfinding will be improved along with it? The staff were very warm and helpful getting me checked in and to a room. Rooms are a perfect size for what you'd likely need. Sure, these aren't massive beds, but they're perfect for what I imagine most are here for, getting some solid sack time and a good shower in order to head back to the airport refreshed. Rooms are quiet and the noise isolation is solid, you're not going to be listening to droning engines and traffic all night. Wish there was an outlet on the nightstand though - the only thing I could think of. Had to have my watch and phone charging across the room at the desk, instead of right next to me which I'd prefer. Perfectly serviceable. Does its job well without trying to punch it up with a bunch of unneeded bells and whistles. I really respect that.

Great service! Perfect for super early or late flights! Spa services was included when we stayed! I loved the couch in the lobby and when I asked, the staff search and emailed me the information of the couch, the brand and where to buy it! I couldn’t find it in US but I could find a similar version. :)

Our experience here was very good from checkin to checkout. I like that they were able to accommodate our trolleys with luggage. They stowed them away during check-in since we requested them to and we received the luggage at checkout. The staff was amazing- friendly and helpful!
