The food was awesome! finally we have some more halal BBQ spots in the DMV, AND it’s delicious?? My new favorite spot hands down!

Impeccable tastes fostered by a foundation of juicy and well cooked meats with delectable flavor make this halal restaurant chain originally from New York a staple for the DMV area A change from the typical Arab or Indian subcontinent type food found in the area has deemed this restaurant the new halal spot to visit with both family and friends, given its vicinity to both ISB and UMBC. A diverse menu founded on diverse connections between Arab, Indian, Pakistani, and East African cuisine come together to create infinite possibilities and combinations which satisfy any palette, regardless of a cautious taste spectrum With all that being said, there are a few caveats to this otherwise flawless image. One, the price: For three entrees and a side, the $92 price tag was a steep one and it can turn away potential customers from an otherwise non affluent setting. Other than the price however, this restaurant created an impressive first impressions from the spicy wings to the medium rare strip steak which are typically not found in this area, especially being certified Zabiha Halal. I don’t know where to start! For starters, the cheeseburger is probably the best I ever had! And this is coming from someone who travels around the US to explore and eat new cheeseburgers. The sauce they use in the burger is out of this world and add the nice melted cheese its got a heavenly taste. The Steak was very juicy. The fries were good and the Mac and cheese is a must to get every time! Only if I lived closer I would eat this everyday. If you are looking for a top notch halal restaurant to eat at, this is the spot! You won’t regret, that is a guarantee!

This restaurant is top class. So family friendly and service was absolutely incredible. Has to be my favorite BBQ place of all time. Their BBQ Beef Masala Strips and fries were phenomenal.

Finally got a chance to visit Addy's and the food was more than amazing. Wish I can give 6 stars!!! The restaurant is very clean and service is professional. Food is fresh and very tasteful. Definitely coming back. The pictures does not give justice.

I live in Northern Virginia but my friends suggested we try out this new halal food spot. I looked at the menu and was very excited to check it out. My favorite items they have is the Juicy Lucy burger and the mac and cheese. I generally don't review places but the service here, presentation of the food, taste and overall experience is simply amazing. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for good halal BBQ style food in the DMV!

I recently tried Addy's Barbecue and was blown away by the flavors! The Juicy Lucy Cheeseburger was a masterpiece – juicy, cheesy, and perfectly complemented by the sweet potato fries. The cheese fries were also a hit, oozing with deliciousness. The Chicken Mishkaki with rice was a delightful blend of tender chicken and flavorful rice. Addy's Barbecue truly knows how to satisfy your taste buds with their mouthwatering dishes. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience!

I felt the steak platter was extremely overpriced at $25 unevenly seasoned… one side fine and the other extremely salty and very thin slices. Not what I expected from a ribeye steak platter. Burgers are large but the meat is bland regular fries are tasty but the curly fries were completely dry. Meals are serviced on nice thick plastic plates with metal utensils. I enjoy the Mac and cheese solid 8/10

Addy's Barbecue is a hidden Catonsville gem. From the outside, it may look like your typical neighborhood take out joint but it's so much more. If you have the time, I recommend you eat inside so that you can fully experience how tender, well seasoned and just overall delicious their beef barbecue is. Also, by eating inside you get the full experience of how their chef and kitchen staff prepare and present their dishes. Presentation that is worthy of a "fine dining" restaurant.

Absolutely amazing ! I went to Addys o becsuse I was super hungry and wanted something really good different to eat and this place delivered! I had the BBQ ribs and Mac and cheese and it was so good I’ve been to a lot of BBQ spots in my life and they have the best I’ve had very tender and juicy and full of flavor ! I definitely will be returning to try other customer favorites 😍

Its halal! Tried this place after seeing a flyer in a local masjid. The place is nicely designed inside. We ordered ribs, atomic wings and mushroom burger. All of the food was very tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Each meal had its own distinct flavor and taste. Would definately recommend it. Ine suggestion i would give to the owner would be to mash the beef patties, ground it a bit more. But other than that no complaints.

The restaurant was clean and well maintained, the service was great and the staff was very helpful with providing recommendations. The food was excellent and cooked perfectly to our liking. I will definitely come back again with my family. Definitely recommend the ribeye steak!

Yo this place hits different...the service is amazing the food tho come and try it you won't be disappointed at all I had the wings,the platter over rice and a chicken sandwich the way how the flavors come together! Ay yooo

Halal BBQ in DMV is great. Food is tasty. Tried the Beef Brisket and Beef Ribs. Food is delicious but felt like portions are very small for the price. I am glad I tried probably will stop in again and try something else.

By far the worst burgers we have ever had. I don’t know why the Patty would be hard as a rock. Impossible to eat. Ordered Beef Brisket, please don’t waste your money, no matter how much you like brisket from other places. The only thing worth eating was the Garlic wings. The space is small and not kept clean, so don’t go with the family. Customer service is nowhere to be found either. Never coming again! I feel like most of the 5 star reviews are from their own friends and family because the server was more interested in taking care of his friends instead of regular customers.

Tasty and delicious. The burger I ordered had a huge patty filled with cheese. Falooda is thick and creamy (sometimes better a little diluted for ease of drinking). Downside is the expense (+service charges) and limited seating space.

We stop by here after the ICNA Convention. Everything we tried from Burgers to Steak was super good. Falooda was a Treat at the end. If you are in the area and not in the mood of food must try their Falooda. Staff is very friendly!

Great food, nice decor, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, ample parking space. All around amazing experience.

Service is excellent. Everyone friendly. As I entered for the first time a couple was leaving so happy and raving about how great the food was. All the pictures and descriptions of the food look great too. I ordered the atomic tenders just as a sample and it was delicious (even if my picture doesn’t look like much lol) The fries are homemade and they have all different types. Don’t be afraid of the word atomic. They weren’t spicy at all, just a little kick. I can’t wait to try to burgers or other options.

The meat quality they serve is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere it made us nauseous right after eating it All their meat in the bbq dishes tastes as if it has been previously cooked, frozen and then thrown on the griddle to reheat…!? the meat was actually cold as you bite through it The restaurant doesn’t have proper or enough seating The food was actually pretty expensive for the horrible quality and restaurant atmosphere

We had an awesome time at Addy's Food was pretty good. Brisket I had high expectations on... The flavor was just not right for BBQ... BBQ ... Quesadilla... Lucy burger... Karaj chai and chili fries was pretty good... Mango shake was infact decent... Overall good place...

Patronize or Pass? I'm going with PASS here and the reasons why. This place says it's a BBQ place but you don't get that feeling when you walk into a legit BBQ joint....the smells of pork beef n ribs n chicken in the air...the noise of customers ordering and staffing rushing to fill the orders. Had the juicy Lucy and was not impressed. The burger was ok by taste but overcooked. I wasn't asked the temperature I wanted. There was too much extra cheese on top and with a juicy Lucy it should all be on inside. Taste was not bad just not something I would try again. That said, I did not try any BBQ because it didn't appear to be what they should be serving or focusing on and if I had I knew I would be disappointed if I had.

Food was amazing. Burnt Ends were cooked to perfection. The coleslaw was very well made. Even the veggies were flavorful. Shrimp Mishkari was good. My favorite was the bacon cheese fries. Oh man, I'd come back just for those. Service was really good even though they were busy everything was done in a reasonable time. Clean atmosphere, bathrooms clean as well. Ample parking, should not be an issue. I also recommend their Mango shake

Excellent food! It gets a little tight in the place, which I understand since it keeps the prices lower. It's a fantastic value! You know you are in for a treat when you walk in and get that smell of amazing burgers, steaks, etc. I just left, and I already am thinking about how I can come up with an excuse to drive back an hour and a half to eat there again haha!

I’m grateful to see a halal barbecue in Baltimore. I location is convenient and the er ice was fast and friendly. I ordered ribs with cornbread for $19.99. The meat was very tender. Appeared to be almost- boneless. Unfortunately, I felt as I was spending too much time removing all the excess sauce. It was way too sweet, especially with the cornbread. I was expecting the cornbread to be more hearty since served with sweet barbecue. My cornbread wasn’t fresh. Overall, it was okay. I’m glad I gave it a try.
