I have been buying jewellery from this store for many years but unfortunately after my visit today they has now lost me as a good customer. I had my broken bracelet repaired 1 week back from this review date my partner returned to the store to collect it 2 days later. I realised that my bracelet was not repaired properly and further damaged! I returned to this store and explained my concern and that i was not happy as i paid but did not have it repaired correctly, the owner / worker was extremely rude and did not want to deal with the situation and said if I'm not happy i can have it re repaired and it will re cost me!! His attitude was so bad and behaviour was unacceptable extremely rude and bad customer service , He did not want to understand my point DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM HERE! Its such a shame that i bought wedding band set from here just 1 week before which cost me a bomb but i now regret it i wish i did not buy it, the money he took for the repair i wish it haram on him. I had to go to another jewellers in another area to get my bracelet fixed thankfully they managed to fix it after this store owner damaged it on few places. I can not explain my anger and how upset this has made me after buying from this place for a long time they are selfish and arrogant there prices are also very high comparing to other jewellers! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Thank you to the other jewellers who was so helpful and respectful and understood me whilst i was feeling frustrated and upset.

This is by far the best place we have ever shopped at! The customer service was amazing, a huge variety of gold. Fantastic communication and the best service, the staff and the manager are so friendly and helpful! The manager is so kind and polite. Very affordable prices, in fact it was the cheapest price that was given to us on Green lanes. 10/10 for everything, we will definitely be going back!!!

I would think twice before visiting this place. They charge you more then the price of the jewellery. I brought a gold jewellery from here for 350 and went couple of days later for 3 more. However there was another lady serving me and she said 370 and I told her I brought it for 350 2 days ago she gave me many excuses and as i left she said we shut in 15min and we can give it for 365 and i said no thanks and they lost a loyal customer. I went to onur jewellery who charged me 350. I suggest you go to onur jewellery or check any other jewellery place before going and buying from here. Was very disappointed how they over charge.

I bought a jewellery which had a loose joint, went back the next day they replaced without a question. Very helpful and excellent customer service. Don't get confused by the negative reviews. I have always been happy with the shop.

Awful experience person male very rude and no clue what he saying absolutely no clue on customer service. Doesnt know how to respect customers and very bad experience. the product we bought was expensive and worst of all was the persons attitude and way of rude speaking. Very bad experience we had will never buy from there again and not recommend others to buy from there to avoid such awful rude behaviour
