Wouldve of given it 0 stars if I had the option to, terrible customer service. I had booked an appointment 2 months ago and paid in advance, each time it got to the appointment day the women would re-arrange it for "next time" as she was not qualified enough to proceed with the treatment and the person who was, went away for a whole 2 months. When I asked for a refund they refused to give me one, and required me to wait until the beautician returns from holiday, I wont be coming back !

Please be warned if you are purchasing a wowcher voucher for eyelash treatment, the quality of service and application will be rushed and the lady will not give you a full lash like stated. She wont allow you to pick the length you want, I felt bamboozled and totally wasted my money and time. It's been 2 days since application and the lashes are dropping like flys, despite not washing my face for 48hours and avoiding disrupting my eye area. Am so disappointed please be warned.

Poor management was extremely hard to communicate on the phone to arrange a booking took over a week to do so. The lady that gave me a massage was nice but needed some more training as the massage was mediocre. Also booked for a 30min facial and a 30min massage and I received a 20min massage and a 15min facial throughout the session all I heard was management gossiping on the phone . Not a great experience and won’t be going back . Hygiene wasn’t great either.

Paid for 6 weeks thick individual eyelashes and received really natural thin eyelashes which is not what I wanted. I felt like they barely made a difference and I got them for my holiday so I wanted to look like I had mascara on by the pool but it was barely noticeable as she made them 'natural and thin' which is not what I paid for hence why I bought the 6 weeks 'thick' ones. To top it off, some even fell out the very next day! Also They were understaffed and had only one worker who was on the reception as well as doing my eyelashes, kept leaving the room to answer the phone. Overall I would not go back as I was not happy with my treatment. P.s The salon was quite difficult to find as it is hidden by other buildings.

Poor groupon waxing experience. Poor atmosphere, and the wax was very rushed. I’ve had waxes before but this experience was different. I’ve had some skin rip off during the process that’s still very sore which has never happened before and found spots of blood when I came home. I’m quite disappointed as I’d travelled far to visit this place. Lady was nice and smiley but during the wax when asked to slow down a bit, stated that the faster it is the quicker the pain goes away. I’m still sore now.

Horrible massage experience at Versage Health and Beauty. The treatment standard was below average and was interrupted at multiple times, and the lady left the room for periods of time. Poor customer service when attempting to claim approved refund for duplicate bookings. Please read reviews before booking here.

I brought a Wowcher and have not redeemed it although the site says redeemed. (This happens on Wowcher sometimes) instead of allowing me to give her the code so she could input it on her system like other salons do, which would then show it had not been redeemed she didn't want to hear and was not helpful at all. I'll ask Wowcher for a refund and go elsewhere. Unhelpful.

The shop & beauty room is not very cleanly was quite dirty I did not feel relaxed and comfortable whilst receiving treatment, the beauty beds were also not clean & the wax itself was not done efficiently & had to tell the lady to complete, Friendly lady but not up to standard with hygiene & treatment unfortunately will not be returning.
