SCAMMERS!!!! AVOID! Handed over my 3ct diamond earrings to them 5 weeks ago! got 1k upfront and promised 17k after sale, 4 weeks later been strung along for payment no money and no earrings. When I informed them I was going to collect my earrings as their promises continued to fail there was suddenly a robbery where "my money was taken " they play bad cop and good cop. Vivek is shady and Tim will sell u peanuts. They took a cartier clash ring off me in a car park in Beckton! No money received. Scammers. I've been conned. AVOID THESE DODGY JEWELLERS now wiith the police and legal team. Hope they get what they deserve

Vivek is a big scammer I trusted his store mostly because of the reviews I saw online, I should have known better since it was just 4 reviews but I still acted a fool and sold my jewelry to him and since then I haven’t been paid my money. He keeps dodging my calls and he barely goes to the store so I can’t even catch him there. He’s a big thief and gurus house of luxury is a scam house. You are warned people!!!

I gave Vivek Trivedi, a director of this company, things worth £4000 and he promised to sell it and pay me within one week. After two weeks he told me he was robbed and then he stopped responding to my phone calls completely. It has been more than 3 months now and I have not received neither my things nor my money back! This company are thieves. Reported to the police.

This company are scammers! Do not approach ……They told me they had a buyer for my diamond ring for the sum of 20k, they told me to leave my ring with them which I didn’t feel comfortable doing as I was very suspicious of the way they were talking….. lucky we didn’t leave it as we would never have seen it again, these people are called Vivek and Imran, please don’t be fooled by the talk, they are professional thieves, the police need intervene immediately!!!!

Wondered if anyone is taking these guys to court? Do get it contact with me if you are as I am in the processes of doing so. Stole 2 diamond rings from me. Comment a review with your contact details if you are.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely agree with the other negative reviews. I was in the same position where I was promised (by VIVEK TRIVEDI) my items would be sold (included a diamond wedding ring and several other gold pieces).. then suddenly informed of a robbery that took place where several items were apparently stolen which included mine. They are “not insured” either since it happened “off-site”!! Absolutely ridiculous that this has happened to so many people.. professional scammers.. currently going through legal court proceedings.. Have also reported them to Trading Standards and the police .. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! More people need to post reviews!
