Absolutely amazing, I reached out to Marlow's online and they responded swiftly. Booked me in for a consultation at the London office the very next day. Was looking for a wedding and engagement ring. Didn't know anything about the diamond market and had no idea what I want to get. I took my Mrs with me and Shally was absolutely incredible. So knowledgeable and so kind he helped us find the perfect ring and made the entire process hassle free and amazing. I enjoyed his designs so much that we even got a matching set of diamond earrings. We decided to order the rings and got them ade on order. The process was so swift and smooth that it didn't feel long. Most places will treat you as customers and try to sell you a ring but at Marlow's the guys were truly transparent and treated us with respect and made us feel welcome and we are definitely not going anywhere else ever again for our diamond shopping. I love how they understand and value you as a customer and don't want to sell but want to build a relationship with you. Love the guys and will highly recommend them

I was searching for over a year for the perfect diamond and came across many dealers who I didn't trust and who kept trying to rip me off. Marlow's and Shally were the exact opposite. In 1 word: FANTASTIC!! I was looking for a diamond engagement ring a couple of months ago, I did not know anything about rings so I started researching. I didn't have a big budget but I still wanted some quality. After researching a lot online, about prices and quality of service, I couldn't find a decent ring within my budget, from decent merchant, but I kept researching, and I ended up on Marlow's website, a bit by luck. After seeing some rings online that fitted my budget, I decided to book an appointment in the London branch. I was very well received, I was put at ease, and the staff and his assistant who received me were not only friendly, but very professional. They helped me narrow my research, patiently answering all my questions, and I ended up buying a ring. I was gonna go abroad a few weeks later and ask my girlfriend The question, and I was a bit worried about where I would hide the ring. They gave me some tips :) I went to the shop 3 times in total, the 2nd time to collect the ring, and the 3rd time I came back with my fiancee as the ring was too large. There was no issue whatsoever to have it resized, for free. I have been extremely happy about the whole experience, the level of professionalism while they were still friendly. I return the first ring I bought for my daughter and they changed it without any issues. I Imagine my favce when my daughter told me she didn't like the ring.... We came back together and could change it thanks to an amazing customer service.
