    We bought our used Dacia here. Great value and good price. We were so impressed we wanted to take the car back a year later for service and MOT. It was a little too expensive but staff were nice and it was done quickly on a Saturday morning. The reason this review is 2 stars and not 4 is that on the drive home on the A40 near Uxbridge, the bonnet started vibrating - at 70mph! It was not closed properly! I'm driving. My wife, 32 weeks pregnant, in the passenger seat. Given how busy that road is, I slowed down and found somewhere safe to stop. The bonnet was just on the latch. Now you might be thinking this is a minor mistake but when you pay £250+ to main dealer, you don't expect minor mistakes that could flip up and results in deadly accidents. We let the dealership know right away but being a Saturday the aftersales team had gone home and the sales team didn't seem interested. On Monday at around 5pm a manager called to apologise and said they would take it up with a member of staff. They offered us a free MOT next year - which quite frankly I don't think is worth the risk. If they forget basics like shutting a bonnet, what else did they forget?

    I have purchased 2 cars from here and 3 family members bought cars on my recommendedation. My first experience buying a Stepway was awesome so I upgraded to a Duster. This time round the experience was awful. I met with Mike the service manager and he put everything right. The value of a company is in their approach when things go wrong and Mike stepped up and gave an excellent service. Thank you very much. Would not hesitate in recommending again.

    Trying to get an update for my car was a terrible experience and time consuming. Only for the young lady at the service desk who was so polite and apologising,with her infectious smile and genuine warmth made the wait bearable.A very caring member of staff,who will be there next time I visit.

    I was very pleased with Dacia London West and I would recommend them because buying the car was so simple. There was very little for me to do. Simon was very helpful and the delivery driver was very friendly. I am really happy with the car, the price and the overall purchasing experience. I would be very happy to buy another car from here.     Great service from start to finish collected car at 8.30am. A Lovely lady Mishma called throughout day to keep me updated, advised a new part may be necessary but was not pushy. Car arrived back by lovely gentlemen nice and clean !

    Ask for James, he's the best! It is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his clients and tries to help as much as possible.James was extremely helpful in explaining the process.     Wanted to see the new Dacia Jogger 7 seater, for the price can't really complain My only hesitation is driving a manual again after 15 years driving automatics. Dacia why can't you give an optional extra manual or auto gearbox. That would have made the difference of a sale for me.

    I took my family SUV for its first service to Dacia London West. Mustafa was very prompt in arranging an courtesy car and provided excellent customer service. He was very polite and honest during the whole process. I also met James from Sales department, who sold the vehicle to me last year. He is also amazing in his work and always carries a happy smile. Well done boys.

    Had my Dacia Logans first MOT at Dacia Staples Corner very efficient had one minor problem headlight beams were to low they fixed straight away .Thanks to Courtney service assistant for his help.

    Thank you so much to the sales team at Dacia West London!. So thrilled with my first brand new car, the team were all so helpful as soon as I walked in, everything was explained clearly. James made it an easy process, as the car was bought in March but due to COVID-19 was delayed until June. They had informed me as soon as they were told to re-open again they were able to deliver the car to me as soon as possible, which was true. Thanks again ***** Katie & Robert
