First of all, all the good reviews on this practice is fake!!! The only good review I give is to the young receptionist lady who is very helpful and understanding!! Dr Reiss all the bad reviews are true. My experience with this doctor is the same as what others have experienced, he judges you instantly on your appearance, job title and ethic background. As a Dr it is promised on oath to treat all patients with empathy compassion and integrity. Should this be something you can't do one should consider retiring from the medical field. I made a complaint to management about this and to date I still have not had a response. I ran away from this practice as they put your health in real danger.

It is so difficult to book an appointment here. You can only book on the day and after ringing several times I managed to get through. I booked a telephone appointment and was told that the doctor would call before 12.00 midday. This didn't happen. I wasted time off from work just waiting for a call. The appointment system there is broken and needs reviewing. You are unable to book in advance and when you phone on the day it is always engaged, doesn't matter what time of the day. When or if you eventually get through there are no appointment space left for the day. Then you have to do it all over again the next day. I know doctors are busy but so are we and we also have to work. The least they could do is honour the appointment time when it is made. If we did the same and didn't turn up for an appointment I guess our names would be removed from the surgery. Why can't we make appointments in advanced over the phone?

Absolutely horrible experience here. The doctors are awful and prejudice. The receptionists patronising. I complaint to the practice manager and she ignored me three complaints and she ignored me. I have been treated with gender prejudice and ableist prejudice due to my mental health by the doctors, the receptionists and the practice manager Linda, who doesn't care about anything but her pay check. Avoid. Will be making a formal complaint to NHS Parliamentary health service. I gave them enough time to acknowledge and help me. They all choose not to. You're meant to be doctors, but it's all about the cash and spending ten minutes making people feel like dirt, then putting on your wall in the waiting room that you treat LGBTQIA with respect...oh what a lie.

I visit Falcon Road Medical Centre since around 7 years. Reception is always kind and nice and I never had a problem with that. But I have terrible experience with some doctors there. One of lately retired doctors is the main reason of bad review for this practice. I struggled a lot with some unidentified health issues. First I was getting very dizzy, then short of breath, after that heart palpitations and constant tiredness and weakness. New symptoms arrived with every new month and every time I called doctor to speak about it. I begged for blood test as dr was always repeating herself that I suffer from "long covid" and there is nothing to worry about - her words. Interesting part is I never had covid in my life nor my close family or husband. Finally I was reffered for blood tests and when I called to talk about results she said everything is fine and nothing to worry about (while I still had all of mentioned symptoms). Few days ago I registered on a website as a patient in a hospital where they carried my blood tests (I registered just because I have some other doctors appointment there). And while I've done that I noticed I can see my blood test results there as I was already assigned a profile. And now big surprise: It looks like I have anemia! And not knowing that, I was trying to make my peace with feeling terrible for last few months because the doctor said it's fine, it's long covid (whatever that is) and there is nothing we can do! This is unacceptable. As a patient I trusted this dr and lived for last 6 months thinking there is something wrong with me and something in my head rather than real health issue. I would give no stars if that would be possible.

A truly astonishing service. I rarely attend the GP and hear others complaining about not being able to get appointments at their practices. So being in the middle of having my first ever bad asthma exacerbation I arrived to request an emergency appointment with little hope of getting one. The receptionist was so thoughtful and kind. From my laboured breathing she immediately said you need to see the doctor face to face not a phone call and booked me in for the first appointment of the day. Moments later I was seen by Dr Charlotte who talked me through her thought process, laying out options but giving me her professional opinion on what she thought needed to happen - basically the gold standard for patient centred care. I went back for a review a couple of days later feeling like a new person. I overheard one of the receptionist talking to a woman who was very anxious about her husband’s health. The woman and receptionist clearly had an established relationship. The receptionist managed the concerns about the woman’s husband and then said “but how are you? Your needs are just as important as your husbands.” At which point the woman revealed her own health concerns and the receptionist insisted that she booked an appointment. Remarkable practice. The Clinic organisation is good. They always answer the phone and try to book an appointment as soon as they can. Even giving you tips to when to call to get a faster appointment. When you get there you as assemble to your appoint in a fast and easy way. Receptionists as kind and organised. Although I had a not pleasant experience with the doctor. Doctor Stuart Reiss dismiss my symptoms and during the visit he not even touch to examination. He said that there was nothing he could. Not seeming very keen to investigate the reason I was there. Even me saying it have been 1 month that I have constant headache and that headache would only pass with Paracetamol. He told me to keep taking paracetamol then. So I asked him if I should just live my life in pain or taking paracetamol. His answer was: Yes. Was that a joke!?!?! My heath is a joke?!?! Why we pay taxes in this country!?! Why someone graduates in medicine if it’s not to help people?! I will try to book an appointment with another doctor. I am sorry that I have to mention names in here. But Everyone should be respected as a patient … as a PERSON!

I felt the need to post and acknowledge Helena at the Falcon Road Practice who went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She helped and offer a solution calmly, with compassion and patience. I just want to say thank you so much, you are a credit to the practice.

I have been a patient at The Falcon Road Medical Centre for two years and have always received good care from all the staff, but I have to highlight two people here for their competence in the care they offer me. Helena at reception, always ready to help even beyond her professional responsibilities, and Dr. Salim for the way he always takes care of me with interest in my health. These two people contribute for sure to the best of image that the NHS projects to the public.

I called to rebook a phone consultation for my wife having missed one the previous week. Linda was super helpful and even recommended an in person appointment after hearing the nature of my enquiry. She also gave great advice on the options regarding having an interpreter. In summary a great service with best outcome achieved. Keep up the good work 👌👌

I love my doctors surgery ! I’ve been a patient here for over 14 years, During that time I’ve become disabled with several chronic illnesses The receptionist staff are always so warm and friendly and they get to know you as a person not just a patient they always do their very best to help, I’m very lucky in terms of getting appointments we can phone in the morning and I’m almost always able to get an appointment on that day ! And they aren’t always telephone appointments either they also offer face to face appointments The doctors are amazing they take time to listen to you they don’t rush you and they talk through your illness and even send you further information on specific illnesses. I feel very lucky to have Falcon Road Medical Centre as my GPs

My 5 stars today is for Tony the paramedic from FRMC. First encounter I have had with him and he was very understanding and listened to what I had to say. It was really nice that after explaining the reason as to why I needed what I did he checked (or knew) what it was (as is not well known) he checked back on my old info but whilst listening to my current symptoms understood that I would need a further test even though I had one recently. It was an easy process and I was pleased with his professionalism. I felt understood and like my personal opinion mattered in my care so thank you Tony.

When I speak to people at other surgeries, I am so very grateful for the service we receive at Falcon Rd. I find the reception staff kind and helpful. I've never experienced the Dr missing a telephone appointment. I cannot vouch for all the doctors, but Drs Reiss and Gray are always ready to listen. I never feel rushed and I'm always given a face to face appointment the same day if necessary. Dr Reiss is compassionate and thorough in his examinations. I credit him with saving our daughter's life when he sent us to A&E. As a sufferer of chronic pain, I have always found Dr Gray to be sympathetic and diligent in doing whatever can be done to help.

Nurse Stephanie is very kind, offers a lot of attention and care to her patients. We had a lovely conversation which carried us through a variety of tests. Falcon Rd MC has a great team of receptionists; David showed me loads of patience and was extremely helpful with booking appointments. Great team!

I would like to leave a review regarding Dr Reiss. Recently Dr Reiss diagnosed me and sent me for blood tests. He followed the tests up with screening at the Chelsea Hospital. During this process the consultant praised Dr Reiss on picking up on the results of the blood test and recommending further screening. Hopefully the alertness of Dr Reiss and his subsequent actions may have saved my life and it’s as simple as that. During recent discussions with the Dr I also thanked him for his overall advice on lifestyle changes. I am now fitter than when I left the Army some 5 years ago. I can’t thank this man enough.

I love Falcon Road Medical Centre. I have been coming here for over 20 years and any requests or referrals are taken care of professionally and promptly. I feel lucky to have them as my GPs and also Nurses. The reception staff are extremely welcoming and despite being very busy, I always feel I’m given a very warm welcome.

Dr M Beddoe, is simply the best GP in London. He is exceptionally understanding and helpful - always showing true empathy. Recently, he has gone above and beyond helping me with my Army medical forms, including writing multiple letters to support my application. Without his aid, my application would be in peril. I've been with Falcon Road MC for many years. Reception staff are lovely; kind, empathetic, and always helpful - going above and beyond at times of need. My most recent experience was outstanding, specifically with Linda, such a lovely and genuinely kind person. Never have an issue getting an appointment with a GP, whether in person or phone consultation when required. The GPs are consistently helpful and professional. The surgery itself is now newly refurbished and looks so fresh and clean, a lovely environment. I totally recommend this GP practice!

I recently had an excellent experience at the falcon road medical centre. From the moment I called to book my appointment, the lovely lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and courteous. She made scheduling a breeze and ensured I got an appointment that worked for me. During my visit, the care and attention provided by the nurse were exceptional. She was not only accommodating but also very kind and helpful in ensuring all my queries was resolved and I had everything I needed. Customer service is abysmal. In my first month of trying to call them, they just wouldn’t answer the phone or I would be on hold for 30 minutes. Recently, they’ve answered the phone in under 5 minutes, however, they’ve been so rude. I asked a simple question and I was snapped at by reception. I was polite and courteous so I’m unsure why she felt the need to be so disrespectful. I have not yet seen a doctor in person, and have only had brief phone appointments despite having medical issues that require frequent visits to the doctor. I have been so unwell for the past month, but this clinic feels so inaccessible so I’ve just dealt with illness alone. There have been a few nice people at the practice, and that’s the reason for two stars. They also use technology to their advantage with prescription repeats.
