This practice doesn't deserve to have a single star.. if you care your health & well being, STAY AWAY & UNREGISTER FROM THIS PRACTICE. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the care my wife received at [Hayes medical centre]. My wife is pregnant and we have been experiencing early pregnancy complications. We have called the practice multiple times to request an emergency appointment, but the receptionists have been unhelpful, rude & dismissive. They have refused to offer us an appointment under pregnancy care or provide us with any information about when we might be able to see a doctor. We have been on hold for hours at a time, only to be told that there are no appointments available. After five days of constant trying to get an appointment, we were forced to go to the emergency room. We were seen by a doctor immediately and my wife was immediately referred to Urgent Care unit to get treated. However, we were then sent a message from the GP practice telling us that we should not have gone to the emergency room and that we should have waited for our appointment. We are very disappointed with the way we have been treated by this practice. We feel that our concerns have not been taken seriously and that we have been put at risk by being denied an appointment for a pregnant patient. This kept happening to us constantly & amount of mental stress & torture this GP practice has given is unspeakable. Instead of building confidence in their patients, especially first-time pregnant women, this practice demoralizes them as if their lives are worth less than a penny. Pregnancy is not a priority for them, regardless of the severity of the situation. However, they become upset if you go to A&E. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from them.

This GP Surgery pretty much worst than worst ever I have been ever seen in my UK life. Signboards hanging on GP Surgery name but I never been found any GP into the Hayes Medical Centre, only abusive intimidating targeting me. Reasons given forced CARERS without having any kinds of treatments. Absolutely horrendous unlawfully harming GP Surgery they are, fully Currupted. Months and months no medications because of not succeeded intentions. Too many Reviews good feedback totally unreliable, unbelievable something hidden fact is hiding. Mutual agreements between patients and them to misusing NHS funding. Disabilty Rights given whoever given them money. NHS working intentions is gathering and collecting vulnerable patients confidential details information to putting Vulnerable patients into life risks, also various categories of abusive unlawfully policies to taken their money. So rude Cruel and misbehaving whenever I requested for Doctors Ap. GP controlled by the Offensive management teams. Only one aim mission and vision forced CARERS and cleaning Services. They should to replaced their GP Surgery and given appropriate name Hayes Carers and Cleaning Services. CQC concerns to do proper inspections and complaints. This place is the worse, I call them I couldn’t get appointment by phone then went there for emergency to see the doctor, the receptionist said she can book me and appointment for 8 days later it mean I have to be in pain for 8 days until see the doctor!! It’s absurd that we paid national insurance then when I need I can not even use the GP! People than doesn’t work and doesn’t pay national insurance have priority. It show how unfair is this system…..

The reception was so helpful and clear to help me out with my issue and sort everything very quickly. I moved from other GPs that were so hard on communication and sort things out and on this one I have been impacted on a positive way with their good approach and help!

I went in for a smear test with Nurse Luxmy. She was absolutely brilliant, made me feel comfortable, answered all questions I had and made sure I understood the procedure and potential next steps.

  • 1/5 rkhanom3 1 year ago on Google
Booked in for an appointment at reception and was waiting for over half an hour. I went to the reception to get an update. Receptionist replied with, "I'll inform the doctor you are waiting" I asked her, "did you not inform her I am waiting over half an hour ago?" She replied with, "did you tell the receptionist to inform the doctor you are waiting?" I thought it was the obvious to inform a doctor their patient is waiting when you book in at reception but clearly it wasn't. Once she "informed" the doctor I was seen shortly after. Something that could of been done at my actual appointment time. I had to also use the toilet to do a urine test. There was no toilet tissue or hand towels and the state of the toilet was disgusting.

The doctors are really really good, the receptionists are so polite and overall this medical centre is amazing 👏🏻 They are so organised, at appointments you have only 10min but is enough time to explain your issues, if you call at 8am they will see you the same day (if emergency), also if you really have a problem they will give you a referal straight away. They are not wasting your time and they really care about your health. Congratulations 👏🏻🙏🏻

I have had a good experience with Hayes Medical centre. The receptionists are kind and helpful especially Meher, who has helped me in the past to get an appointment quickly due to my health then and was very polite. However there are times where we have to wait a long time on the phone to get an appointment and sometimes the appointment aren’t available for weeks and are fully booked. Thank you

Bad service, never have appointments available, must wait on the phone for over 45 minutes to get through to someone yet no appointments available. Always advise to call back at 8am in the morning but getting through is on luck. Been waiting over three weeks just to get a phone appointment so I can get a prescription for my back pain. Say you can use online service but no appointments available online either. My mother after being with them for over 15 years finally had to leave because she has the need for more continuous check ups and never was able to get seen. I am also now going to change GP after 15 years plus !! Because of this ridiculous service. They are not able to handle the capacity of patients they have.

I had a good experience with the Hayes medical centre I had booked appointments and was pretty easy. When booking the first appointment I had to wait for quite a long time as the service was busy it was understandable it was due to covid. The booking of the second appointment was very quick and simple also due to my request for earliest possible date for appointment was also fulfilled immediately Thanks to the staff member I spoke to Maheer. Additionally a little long wait to get the in person appointments with the medical team but you can choose over the phone option which is quicker. Thank you

It's been my local practice for many years. They usually are very very busy. Honestly they always try there best to serve. The doctors there are great. They try to there best to serve to the highest of standards. I hope they receives more fundings so that they are resourced and able to continue to improve the service.

Bianca from reception has called me to notify that my medicine has been placed and is ready to pick up. She always dealt with my query. Saying that I don’t always find this surgery to be the most efficient. It’s just very lucky I had Bianca who dealt with me today.

I recently tested positive for Omicron and after 10 days felt a deterioration in my breathing. I spoke to Bianca and she managed to get one of the doctors to give me a call that very afternoon. I’m grateful that she managed to get me an appointment as I needed antibiotics for a secondary infection. I had a very positive experience with the reception staff and specially to Bianca for the efficient and speedy service! It’s often that patients fail to point out the excellent service that the support staff give and I would like to highlight that some staff do give their best! Thank you so much.

I have been registered with this gp practice for over 5 years. I am glad to see the surgery improved over the past years. Most of the receptionists are helpful. My call has been answered by Mehar on several occasions. She is a great listener and very helpful. I have also come across some rude receptionists who have no manners. some member of staff require training.

Very disappointed with this surgery. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for 3 weeks now and they either book it wrong or don’t call for the appointment. Another thing is that they never send prescriptions on time. I need to call to ensure they’ve sent it, then I visit the pharmacy and it’s not there. Third times the charm! I always need to set aside 2 weeks to ensure that I get my medication on time. I respect that NHS is extremely busy and overloaded but this is just incompetence from the organisation point of view.

My latest phone call experiences are very bad. I try to call in the morning at 8am sharp qas required and the line is always busy , or full. It doesn’t allow me even to queue in line. So than whats the purpose for a landline in the centre? Previous GP consultation were good.

I have been a patient at Hayes Medical Practice since 1988 and I have always had the best service and treatment from the staff and my GP's. I recently joined the GP surgery. I contacted the surgery to book appointments for my children. The staff member was very helpful and polite. I had the delightful opportunity to take part in a work experience placement at Hayes Medical Centre; it was truly an honour and I was able to learn so much from this placement, that will be invaluable to my future placements and career. The staff at the hospital I was discharged from said that there are some appointments that need to be arranged from the GP for my newborn baby. Unfortunately, from my current experience, I would have guessed that we would never get an appointment with the GP. As a matter of fact, I was not mistaken, neither an appointment was made for my 6th week checkups, nor my baby's 8th week checkups were arranged. They keep my husband busy for the appointment of the vaccines that should be given to my baby. I don't think anyone works here except the receptionists who evaded you. Either the positive reviews here are fake or they only serve people they know.

  • 5/5 Kelvin F. 1 year ago on Google
Nurse Paula Baula is an exceptional practitioner. She was very thorough in outlining all the countries I intended to visit and the necessary vaccines. She was very personable, friendly and shows such warmth to her patients. What an asset she is to this practice!

I'm very disappointed with this surgery, this is absolutely a poor service. I had a telephone consultation with the GP this morning and then I was told I would get a call back to arrange an appointment to see the doctor in person today. Later in the afternoon, I called the surgery to find out when I will get a call back and the receptionist said I will have to wait. I have been waiting since morning and nobody has called me. By the time I called back at 6:17pm the surgery was closed! I wasted my time waiting for their call. I'm very not happy with their service.

Today I called the GP again for the 3rd time and now again I was told to call at 2pm. I mean do these people think that a persons health is a joke? I have an issue with my nose and I’m unable to breath at times and have to survive on a nose spray which is damaging my blood cells. What the hell are we paying so much NI for ? I will be calling them again for the 4th time now and I wouldn’t be surprised if the receptionist says call tomo. Do you guys think I’m free sitting at home? The receptionist is a joke coz she didn’t even want to listen to me. Straight away cut through the conversation n said no appointments today. I said it’s fine n if there was any other appointment for a future date and she kept repeating the same thing. A good receptionist would atleast listen and then let me know what could be done. So very annoyed.

No emergency appointments for kids. 8am to 9am and always busy, the call don't even go through. 2pm emergency call same thing. Child sick nearly 2 weeks and just needs antibiotics. If go to hospital they say why I didn't go to emergency appointments at gp. What's funny is if I go with my phone there calling them they still no picking and nobody is in the phone at reception. Not the 1 time. Not the 2 and not the 3 time that has happen. Iam with this centre for nearly 7 years. Last year because no emergency appointments, I finally got one but for that time my boy was taken straight to hospital nearly without oxigen. Thanks for your hard job here.

Worst GP in the whole of UK, they do not give prescriptions and they always tell us to buy it ourselves. They do not care about their patients at all. Due to the low quality of the doctors and telling us to buy iron tablets we are in hospital.

  • 1/5 Simran D. 4 years ago on Google
Absolutely disgusting service in person and over the phone. Staff have no respect for patients and treat them in such an awful way. You have to call over 6 times to make an appointment, well in most cases they still don't even give you an appointment. Staff need to have a lesson on how to be respectful towards patients. They should be given sessions on this at least once a week to help improve their personality.

They keep telling me I'm no longer a patient because I have not given them my NHS number. This is the third damn time I've given it to them. The doctors were fine in my experience. The receptionists (apart from one) are terrible. I'm not sure that they understand English and the manner in which you are treated is laughably bad. You have to have a sense of humour to be a patient here or have the patience of a saint.

My son has his 2nd time vaccine today with the same nurse. The nurse named “BINNY” doesn't have a manner, talking to us very rudely and doesn’t have sympathy when giving injection to my child who is only 4 months, so ungentle. Imagine how she treat other kids. Is because she’s a nurse it doesn’t mean that she can be arrogantly rude and stick her nose up to people. She educate herself to get her degree but she didn’t educate herself to have a manners and good conduct. I would never recommend any mother to get their kids injection done by this arrogant and rude nurse. The way she talked to us and treated my child was completely out of order!!! Disgusting attitude!!!

  • 5/5 Elly M. 3 years ago on Google
I was quite shocked to read the negative reviews left by some people here. My experience has been absolutely brilliant. I found GP and nurses there to be very caring. I've always managed to get appointments either online or over the phone as soon as needed, even same day as they offer for emergencies. Children always gets to see the GP if you call in but may have to wait. As for the reception staff, I have found them all to be so helpful and nice and frankly quite organised too. Strange others have such different experiences but at least for me I can only applaud them for providing a great service.

It's out of my understanding why people give low rating to staff and to the surgery. We are always treated well and really polite staff. Doctors are really good at what they do. Always get appointments though we don't prefer wasting precious time of the doctors for silly reasons. I want to give 5 stars ????? to Ms. Kasha[if I heard it right, my bad ? ].. she is always super helpful and a very cheerful person and very patient with people around and she even once advised me to order my repeated prescription which was about to finish and I don’t even remember that until she reminded me. Very well trained staff and when compared with our previous gp(s) this gp is the best.

Few receptionists have no idea about the level of emergencies. I am registered with them from last 7 years but hardly get appointment whenever i need. Their extended hours are not available for professionals like me. I never understood who they have extended hours for. When you do get any appointment then they will ring from surgery to cancel it saying gp is offsick and they can’t be bothered to offer to any other appontment. Service can be improved to a good standard. Thanks

I booked myself to have the yellow fever vaccine. I was booked for today along with another friend of mine. I arrived today in the surgery and I discovered that yellow fever vaccine is not available and I should call the surgery to find out when they will get it and than to book myself again for the vaccination. I discuss with the reception today and I request to have a talk with the manager of the surgery. I was told that they will call me and nothing until now! I also discuss with the lady who booked me for today’s date 30/07/2018 and she lied me in my face talking me that I didn’t mentioned what Vaccine I need but she told me the prices for yellow fever! I can’t have a good opinion about the stuff of this clinic taking into consideration that wasted the time and money of two people for nothing. I don’t understand why they are not able to work properly!

This place is terrible I been a patient here more then 34 years it has turned into a circus you never get a appointment and receptionists don’t have a clue I witnessed a lady who had a autistic child who couldn’t speak and was scared to come in surgery because he didn’t go into his appointment because he ran back out of surgery he had to make another appointment because he missed his which his new appointment was a week later even tho dr mukerji had made them and others wait in excess of a hour the lady had explained to receptionist that her child is autistic and he’s not going in to see doctor now because he’s been waiting more then hour he won’t come in so I gave up my place in hope he might go so he waited in car with receptionist standing outside car while mother went in people are sick and need help if you can’t run a surgery some doctors and receptions need to leave this not about money or time it is helping people with their illness

Staffs are so rude have lack of training and dont know how to communicate when you talking to the staff instead of one person two people talking at the same time, poor service and management dont follow Data Protection and confidentiality. I dont want to give any star but I cannot post without.

What a terrible doctors surgery. A while back I badly burned myself with a pot of oil. I went to the hospital and they sorted me out but said I had to go to the gp to change the dressings. I called up and went in for the appointment to be told they didn’t have the right dressings for my burn and would have to order it to the pharmacy and I would have to pick it up and come back the next day. So I did that and came back the next day just for them to turn around and say they ordered the wrong stuff and would have to re order the right stuff. I told them I was in a lot of pain with my leg and couldn’t keep going back and forth and they told me “I was fine”. I went home fuming and just decided to sort it out myself. Terrible service

🫤 It seems always impossible to get an appointment. They do not promote prevention from disease or cancer. I have been waiting for more than a year to receive a scan, it seems you need to be dying in order to receive a referral. I can't understand what is their problem and why they can't just send you...

😠 I have just waited for nearly an hour and a half to see a doctor. I was sent an appointment a week ago for 12pm, which I confirmed, a reminder yesterday, also confirmed. I turned up 10 minutes early to check in - the check in system said the doctor was running 3 minutes late. After a half hour wait...

😠 My partner was suffering from an allergic reaction, and we needed to see a doctor asap to help get medicine and treatment. We were 2 minutes late to our appointment. As we arrived in the empty waiting room we heard the doctor having a casual chat with his receptionist. We went in, the doctor quickly...
