Please please please avoid going to this shop, one of the worst jewellery shop I have seen in my life. They take advance and later make you run around for months. They avoid your phone calls, when you go to shop they give false promise saying it will be ready by next week and the day never comes, and no one takes responsibility in the shop. Just keep passing on the phone. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND. WORST WORST JEWELLERY SHOP IN SOUTHALL

Bought a ring from here. Twice the stones have fallen out and had to return for repair. Also happened to lose a sentimental item I gave for repair and whilst an alternative was offered they really didn't seem to care more than the money side. Really not happy. Would suggest you avoid. Bad quality and service is shoddy. I would NEVER buy from here again.

If I could, I would not even give them 1 star. Owners are SO rude, they clearly do not know what providing customer service is to be honest. Their jewellery quality is rubbish and if it is damaged, they will not take responsibility for that. If you contact them, they will simply speak to you very rudely and put the phone down on you during the conversation. What people have said about them is ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Go on Tik Tok and search up their deeds. PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. THANK YOU.

One star by force, the service and the staff are terrible. Seeing the other reviews it doesn’t surprise me. I went with my family to buy gold as soon as we enter a staff had an attitude, my sister got told to ditch her drink as food is not allowed so she binned her drink before entering the shop. My niece who’s autistic had a bite of her doughnut left so I requested that she’s autistic and if i take the doughnut away she’ll have a melt down but he kept insisting and very bluntly said that then she shouldn’t be in the shop take her outside! Why are asian shops not disabled friendly if someone is autistic, are they not allowed to go out or live there life. This is ridiculous behaviour and not acceptable at all i hope some takes action on this matter because today it was our kid tomorrow it could be someone else’s child

Extremely rude behaviour with customer, shop keeper asked us to take the kids out off the shop. I think they were big idiots as we spent 7K on Ramash jewlers. I hope they learn from their mistakes and improve their customer service!

Shops in a good location with parking opposite available in side streets. Owner is a top lad, looked after me and the family on multiple occasions.

Super Extremely rude behaviour I don’t want to go again wanted to spend 6k and more on gold bars but honestly rubbish behaviour with me i asked simple question of gold rate and old Sikh man with beard and turban responded rudely that I came to ask him to give me free ….
