We had such a wonderful experience with Emily and Deborah, who designed new rings out of gifted family pieces that did not suit my taste. I was so nervous as 2 of the rings I had been holding onto for 25 years unsure, and slightly embarrassed, about what to do with them. From the start we felt at ease and reassured that it was more than okay to reuse the stones and the gold to make 3 new bespoke pieces. We also had a delicate gold necklace added to a gifted opal pendant and the gold matched perfectly. I had a costume jewellery ring as an inspiration for 1 ring Emily designed an even more gorgeous new ring, the 2nd ring was a fresh design to be different to the first one and my partner also had a ring created using the design of my Grandmother's wedding ring. The drawings created were accurate and detailed meaning I knew exactly what they would look like once finished. Throughout the whole process Emily and Deborah's communication was timely and detailed as required, even obtaining a sneak peak with the CAD drawings. When the rings were ready for collection we were rather excited and they were beautiful. Each ring was different and exactly as had been designed and envisaged. Those years of wondering what to do and now having rings and a necklace that I wear - my only regret is I wish I had found Harriet Kelsall Jewellery years earlier!

I chose Harriet Kelsall jewellers based not only on the many options their website has: the ability to create inspiration boards, browse their own curated collections, and view work by each individual jeweller at each location, but also because upon making contact with the team at the Primrose Hill branch I was given various options on how I would like to progress with this design process. I had a call with Tom to go over my circumstances and design ideas and by the end of the day I had an initial design and further details that exemplified what I could be achieving within my budget, the option to discuss further adjustments, finishes and features came later at an in-person meeting at the branch and once everything was confirmed I got to leave with a photocopy of the final design to show others (in colour) and was updated throughout the whole design process by Tom and Danique. I am so grateful and happy with my piece, thank you again to the team and individuals at Harriet Kelsall!

I contacted HK Jewellery to design and craft a bespoke engagement for my girlfriend. From the initial design consultation all the way through to asking the question Tom and his team were there with a solution for everything. A wonderful experience, end-to-end. I worked with Emily on a pair of custom engagement rings and I can wholeheartedly recommend the process to everyone! From the beginning Emily, her assistant Deborah and the team have been supportive, attentive and determined to realise the design I had in mind. I travelled to visit Harriet Kelsall in London, as I wanted to have my wedding ring designed, and my local jewellers weren't able to facilitate the design process. This was easily organised and I really valued being able to sit with Emily, who took the time to get the design I wanted right and then show me how the ring would look in real life. I organised my wedding ring with the wonderful assistance of Victoria during lock downs from Melbourne, Australia. I could not fault the service. Vitoria was very patient with my constant changes and adaptations of the design, and made sure the final product was perfect. It was lovely to finally be able to travel to the UK and go to the Primrose Hill store to collect the ring, and meet Victoria face to face for the first time. Tom redesigned my old engagement ring . I hadn't really thought what I wanted , only that I wanted it to look completely different. Tom was really easy to chat to and was great at picking up some of my thoughts, I mentioned one style and that was it, he just ran with it and had some brilliant design ideas but I felt so involved in the design as well. It really was very special and exciting. When my ring was finally ready, I was stunned at how beautiful it was , the original stones looked even more stunning and yet it was a completely different ring ; totally unique and looked amazing on my finger. From the drawings to the real thing , breath-taking. The quality of the workmanship on the ring has to also be noted, brilliant. I have also to comment on how friendly all the staff were as well as Tom , whenever I phoned or emailed; a very high personal, standard of service and the reaction to my ring by all of them, was a special moment too. My engagement ring originally belonged to my partner's mum, he had given it to me wanting me to update it to how I wanted. I went into the London store and met Emily who designed me a gorgeous halo ring, incorporating the original emerald and gold. I also asked for my wedding band to be designed to fit under the halo and the end result is perfect! I am so pleased with my new rings and the experience of designing them was something I really enjoyed and will always remember. I visited the Harriet Kelsall studio in London to design an engagement ring. I chose them because they only do bespoke jewellery and they ethically source their precious metals and stones. I met Tom who helped me with my design to create my ideas by showing me examples of rings/stones in the studio and sketching a variety of options based on his experience. He was very patient and guided me through the whole process and helped me achieve the design I desired. He was able to source the stones I wanted based on my requirements and provide a few colour/cut options so I could pick the right one. Throughout the whole process from the design, stone sourcing, ring creation and delivery, Tom provided updates and was always in communication if I needed. The whole experience was superb and I was thrilled with the final result and I will be using them for wedding bands and future jewellery items when I need them custom made from ethical sources.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent - Victoria put me at ease, and helped to create something really meaningful for us. Only bit they don’t tell you is that once you get it home, it really burns a hole in your pocket until it’s in your partner’s finger! :D

My husband worked with Tom to design my stunning bespoke engagement ring, inspired by a ring that was special to his own Grandma. We then went back to Tom to design our wedding rings - mine was made to sit alongside my engagement ring, whilst my husband's was a simple band in matching fair-trade, un-dipped white gold. The ethically sourced metals and diamonds were a really important factor in working with this jeweller, as was the fact they can create totally unique and stunning jewellery that will last a lifetime. I was searching for a long time for a jewellers who would be able to re-model a diamond ring I inherited from my late father. I found Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery after a long search and had a video consultation with Victoria, who immediately was reassuring about what I wanted, in particular because the piece was so sentimental, she gave me a lot of trust. After developing a few designs, I settled on a design that was similar to the original ring, but more feminine. The quoting process was simple and throughout the redesign, Victoria kept me fully informed. Due to covid, I wasn't able to pick up my ring in person, instead it was shipped securely to me. I couldn't have been more happy the remodelled ring and I couldn't recommend the jewellers, in particular Victoria, highly enough! Thank you so much for bringing new life to a very special ring.

Just picked up my bespoke made engagement ring and we are both absolutely delight with not only the ring but the whole process. Victoria at the London shop was so attentive and worked hard to help us get to the most perfect design, and her excitement when I opened the box and we both giggled with joy made this such a memorable experience.
