Wouldnt give a star if I didn't have to. Bought a ring from one of their stores and the next day a stone fell out. Customer service from them is rubbish. Messaged them loads as they kept ignoring my messages. But they have basically told me they can't do anything about it. I don't live near a store, so I'm unable to go in person but this ring was clearly faulty and they aren't interested! I won't be buying from them again.

Actually I surprised when I read the reviews I hop I was read it before . I have bought ring for 45 pound from Covent Garden and I like the style and she told me it is silver plated by gold but now i doubt because she told the crystal it will not fall but second day it fell unfortunately . disappointing this shop .

I went to this store as I love it for myself (i am quite petit on my wrist). But this time I decided to do a purchase for a friend, to my surprise they only have regular/small size bracelets 🙃. When I asked the lady in the store if they do big sizes for Overweight people or just bigger people(not too helpful, unfortunately) she replied no. So BASICALLY "fat" people can't wear these beautiful bracelets because there isn't even an option.. (i guess you can wear a necklace) disgraceful!

Asked the lady if she had a black thread simple question and was polite she said no then turned her face and carried on serving not only that when I entered the store the women were just stood there like stones staring - uncomfortable shopping experience

I really like the jewellery of this shop, but the staff not really friendly…

Bad quality product and head office refusing to process an exchange or refund. Also they have no guideline regarding covid-19, the shop owner was wearing the mask on her chin and everyone is free to touch the jewels, of course which are not cleaned after you've touched them. Really would not recommend this shop!

I purchased a necklace with black beads on it. Paid 12 pounds for it. The only gold plated part it had was the hook which I realised when it broke and the black beads where just woven on a thin thread. I think it is expensive and bad quality.

Bad costumer service an little knowledge from the staff. I tried to get a deal with different rings which costed the same price ended up leaving the shop without none. One of the ladies said it was alright the other said no so I walk out.

I surprised what I experienced after I see the reviews here. The quality is so good and the prices are very affordable. I shopped there for myself and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!! Thank you all the girls who helped me on the day :)

I recently went to the store, and I really liked the attention that the girl with the short copper hair gave me. She was very friendly and perfectly understood my style. Also very good quality jewellery.

Really bad customer service… No telephone number for any of their stores. Finally decided to purchase earrings online for my friend’s birthday, they got refunded the next day without any reasons stated in the email even though they are in stock online…

Really rude staff and their jewellery is of bad quality , mine snapped after a week of buying it . The price and quality don’t add up . The owner is very rude aswell .

Would give zero stars if possible. Poor quality jewellery and poor cust exp. Bracelet broke as soon as we got home. Not interested in providing a refund as they state they can’t as purchased in store. Rubbish!!
