STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. i bought a couple items and got them delivered to this store. they always have a problem and tell me to "photo id" my card photo is a little blurry, but my name is clearly shown. the guy went as far as to YELL at me and told me to bring my passport.. that was outrageous. what would i possibly do.. i fought back and told him to give me what i paid for. i was highly disappointed with this man. he then called his manager and the manager told him to give the parcel to me, as my name was clearly displayed. foolishly, i went back to place an order to deliver from them. there was another man there, he was patient and considerate AND GAVE ME WHAT I ORDERED. the man that repeatedly disrupted me from collecting what i needed to it may have been pure h4tred or r4y(ism. Overall, what he did was cruel and mean. DONT RECCOMEND AT ALL.

Opening time 8am… but it’s close! I have been waiting outside for 10 minutes now and still closed. The contact number is not working!!! I need to collect a parcel and I thought that would be easier pop-in in the morning. I am very disappointed as I will need to go back and reschedule the collection! Please update your opening hours!!!

Do not send parcels from here! I’ve sent a couple of items from Vinted via their Evri parcel point. So far 2 have gone missing and when I question how they scanned the parcel in, he shouted at me! Horrible service.

Went to send off parcels from here and on two occasions my parcel was open. When I questioned the man took the parcel off me and said if I’m not happy he will send the parcel back. I know he definitely peeped to have a look as when he gave me the parcel he gave it the other way round so I wouldn’t see the hole . I took a picture of the open parcel and he told me to not take pictures.

Absolutely disgusting service on multiple occasions this week. I have tried to collect a delivery 3 times this week unsuccessfully and been given a lecture by the same counter operator twice and the store wasn't even open at 10am on another occasion. Today I watched him throwing people's parcels around because they wouldn't scan and then told me my parcel isn't there because it doesn't have my address on it - they waybill has the store's address. But still don't have my parcel.

says it opens at 8, came at about 8:40 to pick up a parcel, its now 9:15 and the shop is still not open, this is ridiculous

Store needs to update its opening hours online. Opens at nine not eight any longer. Not impressed when I made special journey to drop parcel this morning. Guy behind counter told me this afternoon revised opening hours were on the door, not helpful as these were hidden behind the security shutter. Phone number also needs updating. Don’t think he’s done the customer service training.

Terrible !!! I went to this store a lot of times even if it's too expensive. I bougth some goods but when I arrived at my house I see that the product i bought has expired. I returned it to the store but the owner didn't replace it, because he asked to me the receipt but when I bought the product he didn't give me one. This store gives an offer on expired products. The frozen goods have been frozen for a long time so it's expired as well. I will never ever go to that shop again.

Good for a quick shop of small items.

Very clean shop and has all the essentials. Staff was very helpful too.

Unfortunately, they time table isn’t correct. And all the time how to waiting for man to come and served.

They open parcels! I had a at least 5 that’s been open. When I asked why this was happening, he then shouted at me. 😓
