Recently stayed at this resort, I booked an all inclusive package with a superior double room with pool view for my husbands birthday. The experience was really bad, from start to finish.. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm, we checked in and was advised to go downstairs for a meal before showing us our room. The food was not nice at all, I would not feed that type of food to anyone. After this we were shown our room from afar, we had to carry 3 suitcases up two flights of stairs on our own with out support.. The room was dated, it was dusty. Bedding was not clean and was smelly.. Balcony was dusty and unclean. Restaurant food was not good at all, would never book this hotel again.. Staff on the reception were very rude, and bar staff were rude Also. Pool area was good, the taxi service from the the hotel was good to. We booked in for a Turkish hamaam with the spa, but the service was not good during the massage the lady was putting a lot of pressure on my foot with her hands which bruised it. Turkish hamaam was overpriced, when they did not do a good job. Avoid booking this hotel at any cost!!

The hotel is amazing, staff was very welcoming. The pool and activities were outstanding. Facilities were very clean. The water sports such as water polo was very fun as it gets other tourists interacting with each other while having a good time. The food was fresh everyday. Overall a very nice hotel with welcoming staff.

Don’t waste your money on this place..! I booked 4 nights and i probably will take my money and look for another place after one night.. No room service.. Reception is not responding.. Food with almost no taste Bathroom full of ants Bathroom is closing and not opening again, my child was trapped inside. Room is too small.. Furniture is too old.. Beds are not clean.. No tissues in the room.. Flies are everywhere in the restaurant I wish there was a negative star to rate!

Just got back from our holiday we had an absolutely amazing time. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We mainly stayed near the quiet pool and the lifeguard and bar man there were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Our room and everywhere we went was spotlessly clean. Thank you Jasmine Palace for a wonderful relaxing holiday

We paid extra for the pool view and requested the ground floor as I have difficulty with stairs. What we got was the top floor with not a proper view of the pool. Checking out tomorrow. We asked for checkout a little later but was advised that we had to pay extra. The spa and massage services are over priced. Over promised and under delivered. Not a professional massage but more like a rub down. The resort itself is beautiful and the rooms are clean. The food is good considering they have a lot of people to cater for. The staff work hard to keep everything clean and tidy.

Very nice hotel. Flavourful food, entertainment is good and on every night. Many pools, private beach, camels and horses which you can ride on the beach and a lovely pier where you can snorkel. Loads of attractions available nearby. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel, no problems.

Both me and my husband have spent a lovely week at Jasmine Palace. It has been a pleasure!!! Entertainment team always encouraged us to take part in fun activities (but not too pushy) which was great. Atmosphere was fantastic, with great music playing by the activity pool. For those who enjoy peace and quiet, there are other pools where you can relax! The food was lovely and different everyday, lots to choose from. Housekeeping service, outstanding. We always found creative decorations on our bed when coming back from the pool which we found it was a nice touch. The bar team always kept is hydrated 😂 and looked after us. Thank you Jasmine palace team for making our stay so special !! We will definitely be back !!!

very nice hotel, large room with small terrace in front very friendly. the people doing the cleaning are very nice. however, the welcome is average, I arrived at 11 a.m. and I only got my room keys at 3 p.m. the same for the return, my flight was at 10 p.m., the lady at the reception told us that we had to leave the room at 12 p.m. I asked several times and I even called the reception from a room. I therefore hurried to free this one. arriving at the reception at 12 p.m., the gentleman tells me that my room is reserved until tomorrow and that I can return to my room, so I explain to him what they told me and the lady at the reception replies that she never said that! the organization of the reception needs to be reviewed, otherwise the hotel is quite nice.

Amazing place with great service and nice ambiance. Came with the family and we were very happy with everything! I have given 3 stars for the service because I have had towels and we left them to get a snack, we came back and no towels. At the end we got charged for it.

This hotel is lovely and very well kept. Most staff are extremely friendly, kind and helpful. There are always staff busy cleaning and improving the hotel. Animation team are friendly and always busy helping people enjoy their holiday. Food is good, for anyone that complains, I think that is more about them than what is available. Overall is recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the Jasmine Palace beach and spa hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and can’t fault them. The evening entertainment was great. The food was very varied and very well presented. Rooms were very clean and well kept with fridge and safe available. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Kasia and Garry

We stayed here over Christmas and New year this was our first time in Egypt and I have to say we have had an amazing time the weather has been great the hotel grounds pools beach restaurant's and snack bars are very well kept and looked after. The staff have been extremely helpful friendly and eager to help to make your stay relaxed and happy. The food has be really nice lots of choice which I was a bit worried about as I have a picky eater but he didn't go hungry at all. There is lots to do around the complex as well as surrounding areas IE The Marina shopping mall aquarium and lots of excursions available. My only criticism is that our room was very small for a family of 4 (1 adult and 3 teenage kids boys and 1 girl ) we had 2 beds 1 sofa bed and 1 put up bed so it was very cramped for us all saying that it was very clean and the cleaners went above and beyond to keep it clean and fully stocked with fresh water towels teas coffees and milk daily (making amazing animals out of towels). Great for families shows and entertainment for children aa well as adults wanting to get some local night life the entertainment team was always happy to help. Again I would.likw to same a very big thank you to all the staff here you really work extremely hard but always have a smile.

People who works here are very nice and helpful and they do anything for you BUT the hotel didn’t care about our stay and shooting a movie middle of the night keep us up for hours. We have been told 10 minutes nearly 2 hours ago to finish. Food is average, definitely not a 5 star and this goes for the room facilities too. There is no WiFi any of the rooms so be aware of that. Please see below couple of pictures. Sadly we would never return

I had visited Jasmine palace resort for my wife's birthday and the team really made it special. They brought a cake and decorations with a nice bed spread with flowers for us. The cleaners ain the rooms and around the hotel did such an amazing job! The staff in the dining room were always welcoming helpful and attentive. We are very grateful for them all. The food was amazing, a lot of things to try and great dishes that were familiar. I wish they had some Egyptian dishes too but there was enough food.

Fantastic hotel, great food choice every mealtime, fantastic cocktails and I liked the local beer. The staff are lovely, especially if you smile and greet them. The gardens are beautiful and tended everyday. The beach and pier are fantastic, we saw loads of fish from the pier. The decor in the rooms is a little dated, but everything worked fine. We were given plenty of bottles of water everyday. The WiFi is not very good, but we just bought a pay as you go SIM card with 40GB data from our assigned rep and used it as a hot spot. It even worked when we went out to sea on a cruise. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What a terrible hotel. I can't explain just how unsatisfied with hotel I was. I was travelling solo and just needed a relaxed all inclusive to relax and do my work by the beach. Let's start with the check in process - Shambles. It took an hour to check in. Even then they weren't very polite. Just to the point. The rooms are much more basic than you think they will be. I have to admit, they were fine but there were cracked tiles, hard beds and dirty floors in the bathroom. Entertainment - rubbish. They have a stage area outdoors but they randomly don't do the evening shows or change the times without notice. The performances are mediocre at best. The day to day activities also randomly didn't happen. i couldn't work out why but they didn't explain why. You turn up for an activity and there was just no-one there. I went mid-May and there were plenty of people there so no reason for them not to run the activities. They pressure you into buying the day excursions directly with the hotel, they have a rep there. I would recommend not buying through them and looking else where as when I was out, I realised other people were paying much less. FOOD - WHAT HORRIBLE FOOD. I'm a vegetarian and on MULTIPLE occasions even when explaining to them kept finding meat in my food. The staff don't understand food hygiene and not cross contaminating food. I found one staff member (Medhad) who was very helpful. I complained to the front desk who turns out were also manipulative. When you're angry they get you to sign a piece of paper but change the details from what you agreed with them verbally. They're very sneaky. Yes we came to an agreement but it was stressful and horrible to be on edge. Also note that all the included drinks are processed juices. They have nothing fresh and they're all full of sugars. It's a real shame. the hotel has potential but the management obviously don't care. When talking to random staff, they mentioned the hotel doesn't have as many people as they used to and no where near enough British people, you can see why. If you're thinking this was just me, I spoke to many couples and other guests while I was there and not a single person was happy with the hotel or their stay. It's worth paying a little more and just staying in a better hotel. 1 Star.

Very nice staff! Our children liked it. We had a really good rest. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the territory is very beautiful. We will definitely come back here again, but this time we will stay there longer.

Very good vacation with family. Beautiful gardens and pools, very pleasant stuff. Tasty food. It’s so great that there is not so many visitors now here. Wonderfull view to the see. Giant turtle is swimming nearby the cost.

Nice location not far from the airport and day visitz, Food was nice and something for everyone, rooms were clean but dated however we did get towel animals some days! Beach is gorgeous and pools are good sizes but you do get pestered even with the red flag they give you! Wouldn’t go as females in a small group best going in a couple!

This hotel is by far a 5* hotel. It definitely has it's working area's where it needs to improve. Nevertheless it also has it's good sides. General: This hotel claims to be "all inclusive", but it's far from all inclusive. Alcoholic beverages like mojito are to be paid, and are not even priced cheap. 5USD for a mojito. Even a fresh orange juice in the morning is not free, which in my view is acceptable. Another big issue is the fact that you are not left alone. When you go on vacation you want rest, relaxation and quietness. When staying at the beach or pool the personnel would bother you EVERY 5 MINUTES for either a massage, tattoo, paid drinks, excursions, camel rides whatever... there was absolutely no rest given ! this is NOT ACCEPTABLE for guests who want to relax. The rooms: Renovations seem to be in progress, which is highly needed. The room i stayed in had a broken balcony door, at night when the wind picked up the whistling noise was terrible. The room looked worn, outdated and lacked attention to detail. The shower screen was old and worn. Replacing something like this is a small job that makes a big impact. Food and beverages: Becides the fact it's not all inclusive the food is OK, nothing special. There is however a serious lack of variety. The 7 days i've been there the buffet was 95% the same, every day. Sometimes even between lunch and dinner there seemed to be no variety. Gardens, pools, beach: A lot of effort was spend into keeping the gardens, beaches and pools clean. They looked nice, clean. A lot of appreciation for that Personnel: Some serious work needs to be done in this regard. The majority of the personnel seemed uninterested, lazy, arrogant. Asking a drink at the bar was sometimes a struggle even. Especially the bar area at the reception is a complete disaster, being the only person at the bar waiting for a drink it sometimes took me 10 minutes to get one, and they have a serious lack of knowledge in making cocktails. The beach are was OK but the drinks where warm half of the time. No one likes a warm beer. Reception personnel was reasonably ok. Some better then others. Some had a high level of arrogance. The bar area at the restaurant was good, nice personnel there, fun and better skilled in making cocktails. Conclusion: As my stay was not bad, there are many things that I disapprove of in this hotel. The fact you can't quietly relax a day at the beach or pool is the most disturbing. All in all, I believe there is better value for money to be found.

What a superb resort, the staff can't do enough for you. Very clean and very friendly people. I would 100 percent go back, only down side is if you go out of the very secured hotel grounds is being pestered by shop owners to purchase their products, to much in your face.
