We were a party of 5 on a busy Sunday. We didn't have to wait, we were immediately seated. Soon As we were sitting we were presented with some hot hushpuppies and some honey butter, which were amazing. As soon as you walk in the door it smells good. The food was very good fresh and hot great prices. I even had to get a to-go order, I was like my mom has to try this. The staff was very nice really. We enjoy ourselves. This was the kids' pizza and fries. I had double shrimp and fish. The coleslaw and tartar sauce was good too.

I am so full. Steve is awesome. And the food was delicious! It's definitely a must visit.

We loved the delicious food. Portions were large, seasoning was great, service was excellent! My scallops were so so good.....

I was looking for a place to have dinner tonight and I checked Google Maps. Pier 41 seafood came highly recommended so I needed to try their food. What an amazing experience! From the moment you meet the staff it feels like family. Dawn was our server and she was outstanding. I loved that the moment they sit you down you get an order of homemade hush puppies. Best I have tried in my lifetime. Then we ordered clam chowder and my Mom said it was delicious, they best she has had in her lifetime. We tried fried shrimps, homemade sweet potatoes fries and coleslaw (OMG this was also amazing). We then ordered desserts; homemade banana pudding and key lime pie. Both desserts were delicious. The icing of the cake was meeting the owner of this place, Steve. He came to our table to make sure we were happy with our food and service. I love when the owner takes the time to make sure there customers are well taking care off. Love this type service. I totally loved the whole experience and definitely recommend you to try this place. You will not be disappointed. I was great! Thank you Steve and staff for an amazing experience. We will definitely visit you again when we are in town. ♥️♥️♥️

Shrimp was excellent. Hamburger presentation was good but taste was not. We also had fish. Trout was fishy, Flounder {have to request real} was good. Chicken Alfredo was food but no Parmessan available.

First time here and food was really good! Loved the hushpuppies with the honey butter. Had to wait a few mins when we got here but wasn't that long.

Great fresh seafood, with reasonable prices. Was satisfied and full. This place gets full so come early.

This place is very good! The food here is hot, fresh and delicious. The staff is so nice and friendly as well. The owner even came by and did a table touch. The owner is a really nice guy, he check to see how the food and experience was going. If you are in the area, give them a try.

We had a GREAT dining experience! The food was excellent several of us had the shrimp and catfish and let me tell you it was the best. I wish I could remember our waitresses name, she was blonde and rode a trike motorcycle. Do not bother with other seafood places, Pier 41 is the best for many in any direction. Thank you Pier 41! The food was great. I ordered online for take out and it was ready within 25 minutes. The ordering process was very simple. I got the deviled crab,fettuccine with fried chicken strip and banana cream pie. Everything was flavorful and good. I will definitely be going back for more and recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. I have zero complaints.

We came for my mother's birthday (she loves seafood). Our waitress was nice and the food came out at a good amount of time since we did have a few people.

I've been many times over the years. This is the first time I was really disappointed. I'm probably never going back. The portion size compared to the price, way out of proportion. Waitress was good but not great. The flounder the size of a chicken strip, real thin, the oysters so greasy couldn't eat, the scallops so small I didn't know if they were scallops or round tater tots. The lady at the counter thank God didn't ask me if everything was ok, she was too busy talking to the other lady that sat you down.

So it was good but was not the best I had over all it was okay but if you are in a rush then this is not the place for you it took 10mins just to get the drinks and when the food came 2 people were left out

My daughter was one of the best waitresses there and was fired because of the manager there who none of the other waitresses do not like her either we ate there over the weekend and the manager was Our waitress we received poor service from her and she had a very nasty attitude. We asked to speak to the owner but was told he wasn't there. Watched her wait another table and these people were treated poorly as well. This location of Pier 41 is in Lumberton N.C.

The wait was a little long because we had a large party but the food was really good. Can't complain much about, it was fresh and hot when it came out also.

Everything was delicious! A little disappointed in the serving sizes though. Compared to other Calabash style seafood restaurants, I found the portions rather small. The food was fresh and delicious with friendly service.

My family & I love dining here. The food is great, actually anything on the menu will be to your liking & the service is top notch. Shicoya was our server. This lady served with passion & grace. Food is usually great. Ordered last Sunday online and received wrong order. Was trying to feed my team and ended up having to send somebody back to get food and when we received it, it was cold. Tried again today. Spent a total of 75.00 and everything tasted like bad grease. I am so disappointed because usually as I stated everything is great!

My girlfriend had clam chowder and a salad and I had oyster stew and a salad. The salads were very fresh and tasty. The soups on the other hand were very disappointing. The oyster stew was just milk and some oysters. The clam chowder was flavored milk with almost nothing else in it. We won't be going back.

One of the best seafood restaurants I've been to. The food was delicious but a bit too salty (not noticeable to taste but my feet and calves were swollen). There's always a wait but the food and service are worth the it.

The service is great. Some of the best I've ever seen. The food lacked some seasoning. The portions are good. The hush puppies strips they give you at the beginning are some of the best hush puppies I've ever had.

Seafood at it's BEST! Perfectly fried, large portion and for fish/seafood in general, reasonable prices. Cold slaw, baked potatoes and hush puppies were all good. Our server, MuMu, was attending and ready with more ice tea and water. Can't wait to return next year. Well worth 31 miles from White Lake to Lumberton. Glad no adult beverages served as the large, open dinning room could have been much louder. Very nice to be able to hear all of the people at your table. Nice to see lots of families enjoying their meal. Restaurant is very nice inside, very clean, all of the staff works very hard.

We met our son and his family there as it is about 1/2 way for both of us from Raleigh and Conway. We had 7 adults and 3 children under 2 and 3 of the ladies were pregnant. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The kids and the adults loved the hot hush puppies and honey butter. Most of us ordered seafood and there was an abundance and wasn’t able to finish it and was able to take another meal home. The manager or owner came around and talked to us and was genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our meal. Good prices, great service and great food. We will definitely be meeting our family there again after we deliver more babies to bring with us.

The restaurant was delicious! I got a small plate which was three fried seafood items, baked potato, and slaw. With hush puppies. The breading was light and tasty and was not too heavy or oily.

For all the yrs I've been eating here, never had a bad experience. Awesome food and service every time! The owner and his team are super friendly and very attentive. They have the best seafood! If you haven't tried Pier 41, you should. You'll not regret it!

Never had a sub standard meal here; always good. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed unless they expected $40 worth of food in a $15 platter. For the money, you cannot beat the flavor, the portions, or the waitresses. We don't look for seafood anywhere else.

Had to travel from Pembroke, so I would of been upset if it wasn’t worth it. To my surprise it was decent! I loved the fact the waitress came out with hot little hush puppies along with honey butter. I had the “local favorite” the stuffed broiled white fish with a salad and baked potato. It was a large portion. The fish was seasoned well. I didn’t care for the “stuffing” it was more so just breading then crab meat, but it had good flavor. The salad was fresh. My counterpart however did not care for the fried flounder. He said it lacked any seasoning but the fish was fresh. Be sure to check the menu before you go if your a vegetable lover, not many options by way of side dishes. It was hot and fresh and considering where I was, I was content. The prices was good as well. Also FYI, no adult beverages.
