I really enjoyed eating here, this place takes me back. My mom and I used to love eating from here for some good country food. It’s not as good as hers and grandma’s home cooked meals. But it’ll do.. ☺️☺️☺️ It’s very good food for the price. There’s a nice gift shop, you can browse while you wait on a table or you can wait until you finish your meal. I bought a very nice pair of beaded sandals from here, I actually wore them on my wedding day 🤗🤗🤗 If you have never ate from Cracker Barrel, you should definitely stop through sometime!!! Wonderful staff and clean restrooms.

One thing that you can say about Cracker Barrel is the quality of the food, service and atmosphere is pretty consistent from place to place, state to state. This is the reason we frequent this place often when traveling. Good food, good value and friendly service.

First time at Cracker Barrel & loved the fried apples. They come with most plates as a side. Also bought a few things at the shop connected to the resturant. Clever idea making people walk through the store first to get to the seating area.

Stopped on our way back from vacation. Very nice staff and plenty of options for the kids. Would recommend.

The food was very good. Our waitress Angela T was excellent. She was so pleasant and smiley. She helped explain the new menu , brought our food and drinks promptly. She checked to see if everything was okay with the meal. My wife and I enjoyed her so much.

We stopped for a late bite. Food was good and fresh, but staff was already a little too tired for the evening. Overall, — fairly good.

Overall great experience. The food was good and our waitress was pleasantly nice. As far as the store is concerned they need to check the prices on stuff more often. I grabbed something that said it was $2.99 and it rang up for $7.99.

The food is always good, but tonight I was not happy. The waitress was obviously getting over a cold, no mask. When I checked out, the cashier was totally out-of-it. Her eyes were darting left & right, not on me. She took the mints i bought & put them near the register on the opposite side of the counter. After I paid, she did not return my mints to me. I had to reach over a display to get them. She never even noticed.

Very nice location the food was really good. They were skimpy on my macaroni and cheese, though with my meal. my sons kids' meal had a bigger portion of macaroni and cheese. But otherwise everything was good

Our waitress was amazing! (I'll edit later to include her name.) The food was better than any other Cracker Barrel that we have been to in a very long time. Everything we ordered came out super hot and delicious! Saturday night dinner time with NO wait times! While we were there Lumberton was under a major Tornado Warning. Cracker Barrel had a couple of employees at the doors out front watching for anything that might be cause of alarm, and to open the doors for people as they were leaving. Everyone working (the team) played their part making customer service top priority. The only problem I had was when I went to the ladies restroom, the center stall I was in, someone had an accident on the floor apparently and the floor was super sticky. My shoes were still sticking to the hardwood floors when we left. I still say there was an amazing team working that night! (July 1st).

We had been to visit family in the area. We decided to stop on our way home. It was a quiet time in the early evening, so no waiting. The servers were having a good time, and we enjoyed hearing them laughing with each other. I had the chicken and dumplings. He had the fried pork chops. Everything was delicious! Of course, the portions were more than generous.

The food has lost its edge. The service was good but she was alone in dining room so she was stretched thin . 2 managers and 1 cashier but none were helping server to keep guest happy. No chicken pot pies at any of the cracker barrels I visited on my 2 week trip.

The server was the best. The place was clean. The biscuits were sub par. The eggs BLAND. The lemonade BIT-TER! The sausage party fried hard or was left in a warmer too long. Ugghhhh, the best thing was the nice friendly service of Jordan. Sonia, was understanding and supplement the bill. I would recommend because the service was stellar.

No matter what state we are in we tend to hit at least one cracker barrel. It's always dependable in terms of comfort, food and familiarity. Our waitress was super cute and sweet. Although she did make a mistake on my order. The food, as always, was delicious. It never disappoints.

The service is good, and the food is consistent, but like everywhere else cracker barrel has changed since everything was shut down, and people don't want to work for a living anymore.

What a breadth of fresh air our waitress Alexis was. Cheerful, attentive and with a beautiful smile. This set the mood for our meal which arrived quickly and hot too, being freshly made. An excellent restaurant with a superb waitress who could be a wonderful ambassador for Cracker Barrel with her lovely Southern accent 😊

Stopped on our way home from Savannah Ga. Not knowing what you may get on the road traveling we figured Cracker Barrel was a safe choice. We weren't disappointed. Food was excellent and staff was friendly. I would recommend them if you are looking a good place to eat.

I rarely find a five star restaurant but this one did a great job today. Warmly and quickly greeted by employee and as well as the hostess. Kendra was our server and she was friendly, responsive and accurate with our orders. Coffee was piping hot and food served quickly and it was well prepared. We stopped to use restrooms which were clean and well stocked. We paid at register and clerk was also friendly. Great job today Cracker Barrel staff!

The shopping section was beautiful and well maintained but the restaurant part was awful! We put our name down and were told 15 minutes wait. We could see tables empty everywhere but agreed. We waited for 20 minutes and went to check and the lady said “probably another 30 minutes.” They weren’t even that busy but it was also the attitude of the hostess. This place has really declined in customer service over the last year.

Had gone here a couple times in the past and it always seems the servers are unhappy. Didn't go back for about 4 months and decided to try it again in the beginning of October and had the best service ever. Kris is outstanding, he's pleasant and always on top of taking care of us. We have gone back 6 times since the beginning of October and we always ask to be seated in his area. Service has been great ever since. If he isn't working we leave and go find somewhere else to eat. Seriously a great experience having him as our server.

Good food and a cool location. Not being on the main roadway but being on the main roadway was perfect. Hostess was nice and we were seated quickly. Food came out at a good pace and was tasty. It's breakfast so you know what to choose. The sausage was a little tough but almost all of the restaurants serve them tough. The space inside is nice with the shop attached being a nice addition. A great stop over going south for sure.

The food was pretty good, it wasn't cooked to death either despite the restaurant being at maximum capacity and the cooks and waitresses being at full tilt. Fast service despite me being in a long queue of people. And the waitress was friendly despite being heavily overworked. If I could eat at this place again I would.

Got seated pretty quickly and got orders as quickly BUT didn’t get butter with side corn nor the biscuits that was listed in menu to come with meal. Had to ask for biscuits and by the time they arrived at the table with no butter we were ready to go. Normally the server would visit and drop off check but we had to ask for that as well. To add to that the staff was extremely slow at busing/cleaning tables after dinners had left. Looked to me that they had one young person doing the job and stopped him from busing after a large party to clear off tables at the far end of the dinning area. Sad to say this isn’t from anything short of poor management because this has happened at serval locations even before the pandemic. Cracker Barrel get your stuff together!

It is beyond me how they can never get a takeout order correct, it’s plainly printed out for them to read. This time missing both cole slaw and biscuits. How can they possibly screw it up every freaking time.

This location very horrible with customer service. Today Sunday 7/24/22 I had the very worst experience with ordering my breakfast. As I'm a truck driver I first tried to do a phone order as I was about 40 minutes from the location. I sat on the phone as it rang the whole 40 plus minutes as no one answered strike one. Then as arrived to the store to inform of that issue it seemed to had been brushed under the table. As I now tried to order my mom's pancakes they didn't have a side I needed so I tried to work with something else. Then my one very specific request was very hot syrup. Now as my meal arrives I feel and noticed it was not hot not even worm. I then shared that with the team member she pretty much argued me down saying it's hot never even tried to accommodate and fix my displeasure. As then I talked to one manager of this issue she said they'll take care of me on my next visit and meal would be on them. The another manager I spoke to late then tells me no ill give you 35% of your next meal. Now while I've wasted 1hr 30min plus of my driving time. In trucking world that's a big blow. Still hadn't eaten after all that. I would never go there again. Jay

Definitely needs better management. No silverware ready, told that it's the servers jobs to make silverware sets for the hosts to seat with the customers but they don't like to do it. The host said it happens every single Friday Saturday and Sunday they're out for hours. We finally requested plastic sets after our bread was on the table with no way to spread butter. Our server was sweet but very soft spoken, I had to keep asking her to speak up. They told us five minutes after at ordered that they were out of fried chicken for my mom's order. Our server told us twenty minutes later the grill was backed up. Another ten minutes and forgotten syrup by the server twice we were able to eat. Food was sub par, ham was like leather and Mac and cheese was gritty. Definitely a chaotic restaurant. By far the most below average experience I've had at cracker barrel.

It's cracker barrel so I'll give it 5 stars just because the rest of my family loves Their food. However we did have a bad experience with the waitress being so forgetful. We didn't get our biscuits until after we were halfway done our food. Then it took forever to get butter and jelly for the biscuits.

Unusually strong flavor to water (sulfer?). Food was good. Service slower than pre-pandemic normal. The recent changes include a consistent shortage of knives with utensils at multiple restaurants. Please bring back the homemade croutons. They were so much better than the current commercial replacements.

Food was fresh and hot. Best beans and greens I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Ashley was a pleasant and wonderful presence. All around enjoyable dining experience.

It was a warm homely feeling. Food was served quickly. However, the person assisting our server called the plates out by what was on them and not by name of dish. For most breakfast meals on the menu, a name has been given. Therefore, they're ordered by that name so it was very confusing and to add insult to injury, the young lady advised our server that we didn't know what we ordered as opposed to she may not have been familiar with the menu.

I love Cracker Barrel for breakfast but sometimes, the gravy smells like formaldehyde and I can't eat it. May just be because I'm a clinician and worked in the lab with formaldehyde in school. The food is great overall though.

Good food, and low prices. A wide selection of entrees and sides, as well as delicious deserts. The gift shop is nice too.

Good food when it finally came. I ordered a pot roast beef and waited 45 mins for it to be brought to the table. The customers at the table next to us arrived after we ordered and were done eating before our meal came out of the kitchen. Had to find a manager to locate our waitress who disappeared for a half hour. And don't tell me your short staffed when others are getting their food promptly.
