The service there was wonderful. Request for Morgan to be your server, she was very marvelous and kind. She had a very sweet personality, it made our experience here amazing. We will be coming back.

The food was not as good as I had thought it should have been. We arrived round 4 pm so dining room was not busy. It started with bread, which was not hot and fresh. We waited and waited for server to return but it took several minutes. We placed our orders and the first item she brought out was cold. Item was potato soup. Again we waited for server. She came with the other food and again my baked potato was warm, it appeared it sat in window under heat lamps, butter had melted and was in plate. My partner's prime rib sandwich was not right. Bread was crunchy, not what we were expecting. We told the server of all our issues and she tried to correct them. Outback used to be a great place with good food. Maybe it was just this location however, whatever the reason you need to correct.

Great place to eat. I've dine here many times and the food and service is always very good. I highly recommend this Outback. I usually stay n a hotel nearby and they offer discount if you present your room key.

Absolutely delicious. Steak was cooked to perfection and the toppings took it over the edge, literally melted down the back of my throat. Service was also exceptional

The waitress was very attentive and served us our meals in a timely fashion. The venue was fairly busy this Saturday. I would recommend this Steakhouse for a reasonably priced meal. The picture is my 8oz center cut Sirloin steak with mixed vegetables and fries. As you can see it was nicely presented.

Stayed at the Hotel Nearby. I Sat At The Bar. Did Not Feel Welcomed At All By Both Bartenders. They Both Seamed Upset That The Bar Was Busy With Customers. She Had a Bad Attitude To The Guests Sitting There. However, My Steak Was Amazing. Cooked Perfectly ,Seasoned With My Caesar Salad. I Really Enjoyed My Meal, But The Bartenders Need Training in Customer Service.

Definitely do not recommend the Outback in Lumberton, NC. We arrived in 2 separate vehicles with a party of 5. We got on the waiting list and was told they're would be a 35 minute wait. When the other vehicle arrived, they too asked to be placed on the waiting list. Their party was called before ours so apparently this place does not go in order of arrival for the same amount of people. Meanwhile we went to the bar to get a drink and was never acknowledged after waiting 10 minutes. Yet several others came after us and were served immediately. After we were seated, our drink order took 33 minutes to arrive. One that was in our party was pregnant and a bus boy overheard us complaining because we couldn't even get a glass of water for her. He was nice enough to bring it himself. The manager Sky, walked through the tables asking parties how everyone was but when we tried to talk to him, he ignored us and continued walking. One of our party went to the bar to pick up a drink to help our waitress out and the bartender Candice, was rude and snapped at him. The shrimp on the barbie was too salty to eat, the toasted bread too hard and none of the food compares to the Outback in Florence SC. Our waitress was the only thing enjoyable about this trip. We will never return here.

Placed a order for lunch at work, since it’s the weekend, I figured I would splurge. Ordered Alice springs chicken, it was so dry, one slice of bacon, and no sauce on the side or on the chicken. No utensils included.I hate that I paid so much for it. Do better outback.

Food and drinks were delicious, service there was outstanding. I definitely recommend requesting for Savannah to be your server, she was very kind and outgoing. She had a very sweet and thoughtful personality, it made our experience here amazing. We definitely will be coming back. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Had an average Sunday early dinner with my parents. Expected a wait time since it was around 3 p.m. Our wait time was about 20 minutes. We had a very nice waitress named Kiley. I ordered the hot honey chicken and shrimp with loaded mash and a house salad. The meal was decent. I was a little shocked at what was placed in front of me compared to what was advertised. It wasn’t terrible but don’t come in there too hungry. We did wait about 30 minutes for our meal to come out. My guess was not enough staff.

My husband paid $128 and this is what was delivered to our house and yes you guessed it right; they want answer the phone.BURNT & OVER COOKED. So I’m putting Outback on BLAST: that it should be Against the Law to send out food like this ex specially for the Prices you charge and then you have the nerve not to accept nor return phone calls….smh….People Please Be Ware‼️

Came in a few weeks ago and was a little disappointed and Savannah took care of us and she was on her game. Very very impressed with the service and quality and her attentiveness and her service

We really tried to like the food but it wasn't good. Salad was soggy had a ton of dressing, shrimp was under cooked and I asked for a medium steak that came out well done. Drinks and bread was our meal.

I had a wonderful experience at Outback last weekend with my family after attending a funeral service for my late grandmother. The food was amazing but what really blew me away was the service we received from Sean. With a larger party sometimes it may be hard to keep drinks refilled and food orders correct. Sean did an amazing job at keeping our drinks refilled and got all of our orders correct. I would gladly come back just based off of the service we received.delicious food, even better service.Keep it up Sean!

Good Service and a Positive Attitude: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback, and I must say that the exceptional service I received left a lasting impression. The standout moment was when the bus boy Madison went above and beyond to clean up a spill and broken glass at my table, all while maintaining a fantastic attitude. The bus boy's professionalism and commitment to exceptional service were evident throughout the entire interaction. What impressed me most was the bus boy's ability to handle the situation with grace and a positive attitude. It is often the small gestures that make a significant impact on us customers! The food at Outback was good. The overall dining experience at Outback was good! I will definitely be returning to Outback for future dining experiences, knowing that I can expect top-notch service and a warm, welcoming environment.

Sat at bar for some beer, appetizer and steak dinner. Jazmine and Candice were my servers. Super friendly! I didn’t not feel rushed at all to order eat and get out which I usually feel at most restaurants. Enjoyed my time and my meal. Thank you Keep up the good service ladies :)

They definitely did alot of changing over the past few years. The food was great the waitress was awesome. Not a long wait time at all. Over all it was very great hands down.

Literally only ordered 2 apps and a dessert and couldn't even get that warm. If you order take out make sure you check your food you can't rely on them to make sure it's quality food. They only care about your food if you eat inside. This is the second time I've got cold food and last time were steaks! I called back and a waitress let me know I could get another one but I live 20 mins away and they know most people aren't going to turn around and come back that's why they ordered Togo in the first place. There wasn't even any condensation on the lid so that let me know it was sitting there cold before even put in the container. I placed and picked my order up from their parking lot and went straight home smh. Not to mention their bathroom was nasty! The only reason they're getting a 3 is because of the actual company and the waitress that answered my call. Maybe if they managers on duty today were working instead of standing between the bathrooms talking they could quality control what food comes out of their kitchen! I will be driving the extra 15min from my house to fayetteville next time to insure my food is at least warm! Oh yea and yall didn't even heat up the brownie either like come on now.

We out to eat with my mom and sat at the bar .. where Candace and Jasmine took excellent care of us. Drinks came fast food came out just right we had no complaints what's so ever definitely recommend asking for them they're amazing

Came in and had dinner with my family and had a wonderful time. Our server Candice was very polite and very helpful. Food was mediocre only cause I’m a vegetarian but the service was on point! Would recommend and ask for Candice!

Service was a little slow but I had company to chat with so I enjoyed it. The food is ok to me I did enjoy the bread and fries. The chicken was ok a little dry, I did not feel like I got my money's worth, 3rd outback I been too and honestly none of them impressed me enough to where I would want to go back by my choice.

I ordered an outback burger with lettuce, tomato and mayo and fries. This is what I got— Then husband’s salad w/ranch came, only there was no dressing on it AT ALL. I ordered unsweet with lemon and Sweet and Low…got unsweet tea, no lemon and Splenda. Waitress must have been new because it seemed to never occur to her that the burger was missing its bun, lettuce and tomato! Smh

Went to outback in Lumberton NC wait wasn't bad got in and got seated waited 14 minutes before drink order was taken. We order appetizer and entrees at the same time only to find one of the appetizer was out of stock didn't have the famous bread never refilled the drink took 40 min for food then the orders was missing things order the prime rib sandwich meat was over cooked and forgot the dipping sauce my wife order a medium well steak...steak was burnt and dry her loaded baked potato came with just cheese she had to ask for everything else my daughter steak was burnt and dry as hell I am very disappointed in them and probably done with outback in general for a while and ask to speak to a manager and they never came

Everything was delicious as usual. I worked at this establishment for many years and know they are clean and have standards on their product. And would return anytime. Every once in a blue moon my steak may come out a little over so instead of medium I order medium rare. The blue cheese chop salad is great.

As a nurse, I look forward to lunch when we order out. Ordered the Alice chicken today. It was terrible. Very dry and looked like roadkill with some overcooked unidentifiable cheese and 1 piece of bacon on the top. No sauce. It was adorned with 3 pieces of mushroom. The Mac & cheese that I paid extra for was mainly dry noodles. The only thing that was good was the bread and the sweet potato. I rarely write negative reviews but this one deserves it. The pic is someone else’s food. Mine looked worse.
