Definitely not a positive visit. First the sign says drive through closed at 10. Got there at 9:30pm and wasn't sure if it was open since all the lights are off but cars kept pulling up. All I asked was if they were open and this old guy who looked irritated just screamed were closed and tried to act tough like he wanted to fight. They need to work on the staffing and service here. Not much options open late in Dayton but everyone that left went to taco bell!

Even though the lobby was closed this morning due to employee shortage. The mgr opened the door for me knowing I was a truck driver. So I was able to get my order. I thank her for understanding that us truck drivers can't just get anywhere because of the size of our trucks.

The place was clean, the staff was excellent, and the food was fresh. This location definitely did a great job of hitting all marks. Now, if only we could get rid of the tweakers that randomly show up here.

Keep up the great work. The shake was soooooo good. And of course the 2 Tacos were perfect

This Jack in the box seems to have some staffing issues at times, but they always try to give the best service they can. I always enjoy coming to it.

Great food. Great people. I don't do fat food anymore because a sit down restaurant is often times cheaper. But at least at jack you do get your money's worth in quality and quantity. Their coffee sucks, always has. But plenty of other options or do like me, drink the coffee anyway. It's not un-drinkable, but for a place that will allow you breakfast all day, you expect it to be a little better. Lol

The food is ready good, and they are one of the cheapest fast food restaurants out there through the inflation we are dealing with. The service is not bad they do their best but because they are young adults and are starting out to try to be a successful person in society they sometimes forget to give you a receipt but you just have to be courteous and remind them for one. And never the less they have a very clean and tidy atmosphere.

We were greeted right away when we walked in the door the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was great I really like the egg rolls at Jack in the Box

Dont really dine in. But give ursekf extra time if ur on ur way some whr and stop thr on ur way because they can be slow.

I went and their card machine was down… but 10/10 employees… they were so professional and honest about the situation! I would highly recommend going there ofc when their machines is back up and working lol I go here occasionally and love the food and atmosphere here!
