Usually this place is the best tacobell I've been too, but unfortunately today was a bust. My taco is literally a taco shell and lettuce. Did a blind person make my taco? No, I stand corrected I think they could make it better then this. How hard is to put meat lettuce and CHEESE on a taco? I literally had maybe 4 strand of cheese. Crazy rip off. ....oh yah my tacos were flat as a pancake as well.

Okay, I go there at 833 AM. The staff is friendly and professional. The food looks like the menu and tastes good. The restaurant is clean. Dining in is allowed and social distancing is followed. They have the good drink machines! Remote ordering and payment kiosks are available. Everything was perfect.

Went through the drive through, the guy was rude just said "you can order" after sitting there for a few minutes. I got the box with four tacos and four beef 5 layered burritos but got soft tacos instead. The soft tacos were hard and the burritos were just thrown together. Not to mention the sign said 15.99 and they charged 16.99

The crew did great for being a crew of two from what I can tell, late around 9pm. Struggling to be quick, but at only two how fast could you expect them to be able to handle even a rush of 6 to 10 cars. Everything was not fully accurate, but I still think they did great for the stress they are under. The store owner should hire more people to handle the real needs of the store.

-⭐ waited in drive through for an hour then got to the window and the associate / manager told us that they could NOT break a 100. Bill! I find that hard to belive seeing that we waited an hour in line with 15 or more cars ahead of me. Okay so she said go to the casino to cash it then pull up and she will run our order out to us. So we did and finally got them to answere the door to us (closed) she open the door and said that they didn't even start our order yet and wanted us to get back in drive-through line Witch was three times as long as it was the first time! Never eating here again poor customer service it show how embarrassing Taco bell promote any employee just cause the show up to work disregard if they have no customerservice and aren't rude!

Wow Is all I can say. I rarely give 1 star reviews all across the board. Worst customer service. When entered tge store there was no getting 1 r in drive through and no customers in the building. When I approached th counter to order, we waited a goo 10s mins to be greeted by a younger male , who told us if we wanted to order we had to use the kiosk, very Rudley might I add. We then advised the employees we were paying with cash and there kiosk did not accept cash. He smugly told us " what kind of people don't have a card, your going to wait for at last 15 to 20 minutes for me to take your order then. " I would like to add again no one in building, 1 car in drive through. We were still nice to young kid even though he was rude but we were hungry. I used the restroom while we waited, well I walked into the restrooms,l it was destroyed, tiles missing. Toilet broken, toilet paper thrown all over the place. Looked like newer store to. Shame. When walked out of bathroom , I went back to the counter to tell kid I was leaving no need to interrupt his standing around, the younge kid then told us "omg your till here, thought i told you we wasn't taking your order you have to use the kiosk." We didn't say anything just walked out amd went to Jack and the box .Whoever the GM is there should be fired right alongside the employee for even allowing store to look like that and employee to act like that. There no ? To why Taco Bell had 1 car in drive through and every other restaraunt in the shopping center was fill of customers. FULL.

The staff aren't friendly and it looks like they hate their job and have to serve people. The other Taco Bells in town are very friendly and accommodating, but not this location. I won't be going back to this location.

At least Taco Bell service was quick. Compared to the fast food place down the street. The only downfall was the men's restroom. My son in law and husband both had to use the restroom and it was so filthy. It was probably around 6. But like I told them at least we didn't have to wait for a long time for food.

Service was rude and slow. My girlfriend opens her steak quesadilla and we see a bug crawling inside of it, absolutely disgusting. Will never eat Tacobell again. Shut this place down!!!!

Been there a few tines within recent weeks and theyve never gotten my order correct. On top of their lobby always being closed, so I cant even get it fixed. Not worth going to.
