Annoyed enough to complain about a fast food joint. Waited just over 20 minutes (mobile curbside) for 2 items, one of which was a water bottle. When the items came, water was forgotten. Mentioned it and the employee said something I couldn't hear and went inside. I left after another 5 minutes of nothing. Don't care about the water, but they need to get it together

This place should be shut down. Cranky staff complaining about being understaffed to the customers. Ordered a two cheeseburger meal with a Diet Coke. I got two Big Mac’s and I think it was a Dr. Pepper 20 minutes later. At least try already!!!! But the cook did enjoy his two girlfriends visiting him, so at least he was satisfied.

Well, my review does not lay blame at the regular employees. My gripe is with the manager with glasses and shaved head. They have an attitude problem but worst of all, they are not there to help the other employees. Good managers help bust out those orders when there is a rush. Good managers don't hide in a corner. Do better.

Really bad. I was in the drive through last night and backed out at 20 min. We had time to burn so we watched the same 6 cars and truck stay parked for an hour and 15 minutes, everyone understood under staffing but we also know how long it takes to cook a burger. This is very common here. Notice even the kind reviews with more stars politely saying it’s bad, slow, expensive and few options. You can drive to smiths buy food and go home to cook it, watch tv and be better off in every way. That’s not FAST FOOD, it’s incredibly slow food and 2 burgers is $13..any other place is cheaper,better and way faster.

Took my son here for a happy meal. I ended up getting a hot and spicy chicken for myself. After leaving I noticed the chicken was hard as a rock. I went back to replace it and they gave me another one that was also hard as a rock. DISGUSTING. THEY REALLY OUT HERE CHARGING $4 FOR ROCKS AND CALLING IT CHICKEN SANDWICH 🥪. MCDONALDS HAS REALLY LOST ITS WAY. THEY USED TO BE THE DOLLAR MENU CHAMPS, NOWADAYS THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH CHARGING DONER PRICES FOR FAKE FOOD.

Great for the typical burger joint. They need staffing though... waited over 15 minutes in the drive-through, with only 3 cars in front. Window staff definitely looked overworked, and needed help making sure I got my order in three separate interactions. Good workers, they just need more of them.

On 11/29/23 @6pm-7pm This McDoNotEat here sucks to all high heaven. Fist off I waited in the dining room too damn long while staff stood around every timer going off repeatedly, the manager rude is all hell no customer service skills whatsoever a chicken in the back wearing a pink sweatshirt just standing around on her phone while the tall guy just stands there. I repeatedly heard him say I don’t know I don’t know I don’t know took forever to get just three orders of fries. The fries were drowned in salt again, and when I get in the car, a large fry is not even filled all the way staff don’t know what to do at this place McDonald’s seems to be in the business are ripping its customers off. Somebody needs to do something to shut this place down and find the owner for being irresponsible, this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I wish Google would allow negative stars cause I would give negative stars it appears at McDonald’s just doesn’t care anymore. The owner don’t care the corporation don’t care I love McDonald’s now I love this restaurant corporation in the owners obviously don’t care about their customers at all the county needs to come in and shut this place down dirty lazy thieves .

Overall, this is my least favorite McDonald's to visit. It's close to home, but does not offer deals/coupons usually. The menu is overpriced compared to pricing in Carson City. The workers are not in any hurry to get things out the door quickly, which is quite a bummer. The young lady that ran the shop during cheeseburger day had outstanding service and attitude with the huge inflow of customers and lack of staff. Kudos to her and the young gentlemen who came in to help after seeing the struggle of his coworkers.

This used to be the worst McDonalds. I went a couple of times when it first opened it was horrible. Never went back. Saw the online reviews from time to time all the same=bad. So I am in Dayton looking for breakfast no way I will go to this McDonalds. The Taco Bell is out of iced coffee the Jack in the box is closed. No choice but this McDonalds. To my total shock and surprise they have an actual adult working there who is very friendly and efficient making up for any other deficiencies (and there are some). Complete turn around from my prior visits. I am going to try it again tomorrow to see what happens.

Placed an order on line for 6 items. Waited at the curbside for a half an hour finally went in to check just as they were bring out the order. I noticed the forgot the fries. I let them know. Then when I get home the forgot a double cheeseburger. How do you forget 3 out of 6 items? What the hell kind of Mickie Mouse type of restaurant are you running. Then when I call your manager asks when I can come back so they can fix thiervmustake. Seriously why do I have to waste my gas to fix you mistake because your employees can't count to 6. You should lose your franchise license.
