It is a very nice bridge for it is possible to behold the Rhone river very peacefully, wind sometimes rocks the bridge and the structure squeaks a little, it sounds frightening when one hears it by the very first time yet the structure is very safe and I found it amusing at the end of the day; the view is beautiful and snapshots are too. Very recommendable place to spend some time in peaceful contemplation.

Another lovely old footbridge that crosses the Rhône and connecting Quai du Général Sarrail with Quai Jean Moulin. It's a bridge with fascinating history and without its fair share of tragedies. It takes its name from Collège Lycée Ampère at the Quai Moulin side of Vieux Lyon. The view over the Rhône is spectacular especially in the evening and can get quite crowded depending on the time of the day. Great view of the Lafayette Bridge and The Church of Pothinus from this bridge.

Nice old bridge, really interesting for pictures. Specially when the sun sets. You can feel the movement when you walked passed, as it is not a rigid brige.

Nice old suspension bridge. Calmly swings sometimes - under the heavy bikers :) If you walk around the "Terreaux bat de Argent" district this is a must go {through}!
