It
has
a
high
likelihood
of
attention
grabbing
from
suburbanites

due

plentiful

the

to
its
proximity
in
the

reataurant
has
a
nice
brick
oven
to
fire
up
the
meats

week
the
menu
included
the
prime
rib
steak,
duck,
andouillettes,
salmon,
squid,
tuna,
and
pork
loin.
Charcuterie
style
meats
included
soppressata
and
prosciutto.
Cheeses
were
of
the
fan
favorites
-
goat/chevre,
gouda,
and
brillat-savarin
Pasta
gnocchi,
green
bean
salad,
lentils,
baguette,
and
vegetables
of
eggplant,
and
bell
peppers
all
from
the
grill.
A
salad
of
endive
and
bacon
was
also
good.
There
is
a
complete
counter
full
of
sinful
desserts
both
typically
Lyonnais-
creme
caramel
and
others-
cold
souffle,
flavored
with
Chartreuse,
cherry
clafoutis,
and
eau-de-vie
de
poire.
Fruits
like
strawberries,
cantoloupe,
and
blueberries
available
as
well.
Have
to
applaud
these
restaurateurs
for
trying
an
American-themed
buffet
spin
on
gourmet
Lyonnais
cuisine.
