Exquisite Dining, excellent quality, textures composition, super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Truly excellent dinner experience, the restaurant has a exquisite seasonal and regional menu which will surely entertain your tastebuds. For the quality and amount of dishes the price is also surprisingly fair! A real must-visit. We had an intimate group dinner which was perfectly accommodated for in the smaller corner section or the restaurant. We will surely come here during our future wedding anniversaries ☺️

Truely an unbelievably perfect experience. From the very first sip of sparkling wine to the last bite of my dessert chef Timo Reichelt and the whole team at Au Coin provided an amazing culinary experience. Every dish was carefully made with passion and heart, and I say this with certainty because everything was no more than perfection. The sommelier carefully choose the wine to match each dish perfectly and also explained the pairing. Truely a must go to restaurant when visiting the South of Limburg for all who love the art food. Because this team is truely nothing less than masterful at the art of food and wine.

When as a pescetarian the amuse came and was mostly meat based I was worried, but as soon as they knew my dietary needs the chef personally brought a small amuse just for me. Since the last time we've been the already amazing quality was exceeded to heights I can't fathom with my young palette. The somellier Lino did a fantastic job and really knows what he is doing pairing dishes and wines extremely well opening my eyes to the possible combinations. The food was fresh and of excellent quality and is always an absolute treat to be able to try. The sauces were all unique and everyone's specific needs were met. When you go ask for a 'surprise' menu and the chef will cater specifically to everyone with wonderful surprises from the kitchen. To me the kicker is the price as it seems much lower when compared to other restaurants in Maastricht. A fantastic evening thank you very much!

A wonderful culinary experience. Chef's fine cuisine is matched by the courteous, discreet and friendly service. A large wine menu that included half-bottles was most welcome. Not to be missed and I am eager to return!

A pleasant dining room and a good meal were badly let down by the service. One of the waitresses was clearly very inexperienced: when I asked for an extra bottle of sparkling water she went around the table filling everyone's glasses with it, even though some people were drinking still water, not sparkling. The interval between the first course and the main course was VERY long: people got so hungry waiting that all the (very nice) bread on the table was eaten while we waited. It was also very odd that we were offered "fish" or "meat", but had to ask what kind of fish and meat were being served!

That food was lovely as well as the service. We have also been to their pop up restaurant and highly recommend it to our friends. Enjoyable experience.

I can see why this place no longer has a Michelin Star. Although the courtyard setting is wonderful, and the food is OK (not great, but not bad), I felt mis-treated. In spite of ordering a six-course tasting menu, plus extra caviar and a wine pairing, I felt rushed out of the restaurant so that the staff could eat before the next shift. That's not how someone at a top restaurant expects to be treated. I have also eaten at Beluga and Tout a Fait on this trip, and both were wonderful. I had previously eaten at Au Coin, in its better years, and the comparison is not favorable. I will never go back. Customers need to be appreciated.
