Great cafe at super affordable prices, went here a few times and never has a single item disappointed me. Super friendly staff and the Val-dieu is phenomenal! Strongly recommend here for a delicious fast relaxing meal!

We really love this place. They have two floor and in the second floor there is a nice view. The staff is very nice and they ask if we like the food or not. The food was delicious and tasty. Very suggest.

The food was nice and we had a good time, untill they asked my friends to pay twice for a bill that was already payed by me assuming they wanted to leave without paying. The manager left his employees handling the situation by themselves. I'm not going there again.

Unacceptable customer service, no option for splitting the bills, they forced us to pay twice, even tho it was their system that didn't work properly. Lastly the manager didn't even try to solve our problem, instead he was drinking and smoking at a table.

I don't give 5 starts because their printed menus are not in English. You have to visit their website and click in the name of the dishes to see things in English. For a so well educated and perfectly English spoken country this should be an easy fix. The rest was just perfect. Like the sandwich I had.

Nice ver, nice place. There is a good variety of bitterbollen. The beer selection is also very good. They have some fixed kinds and other rotating specialty beers. The bar inside is very pretty chill.

Went here for some good craft beer and dinner. The food was surprisingly good for a bar. The beers varied per taste of course but all where top beers. Just the music was a bit loud. But thats also me getting older :-).

Perfect spot for younger people who want to have some drinks before going out. Next time I have to try the food, it looks delicious!

Absolutely fine, the food was delightful and the staff very nice. We were searching for a place to eat and were attracted by the place. The service was quick and the dishes well dressed. They got a small amount of dishes but a great choice of drinks and especially beers. We recommand this place of you want to pass a nice moment.

Just visited this bar and it's a beer lover's dream! The beer selection is extensive, catering to all tastes. But what really impressed me were the appetizers – they're simply mouthwatering. The combination of flavors between the brews and the bites is a match made in heaven. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff – a perfect spot to enjoy great beer and delicious appetizers!

Ein schönes Lokal in mitten der Altstadt von Maastricht. Zum Mittag gibt es hier eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen, sowohl für den Kleinen, als auch für den Großen Hunger. Alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Platz ist wirklich sehr schön, allerdings sind die Tische für 4 Personen plus Essen sehr klein und auch sehr eng gestellt. Der Service war auch sehr nett und konnten sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch. Im Ganzen kann ich dad Restaurant weiterempfehlen und würde es auch immer wieder besuchen.

Unfriendly to non Dutch. It happened to me twice that while being with international friends I tried to pay and split the bill and I was told that “ the system does not allow bills to be split “ or they tried to charge us 1€ per person. Every time I am sitting with other Dutch people we can always split the bill with no issue. Not acceptable, lost a client.

Nice place, loads of beers on tap and in bottles. Fingerfood and beer is best combination you can find here! Plus: nice, friendly, chatty staff.

Sat with a few friends for drinks. It was a nice bar. Not too loud, and comfortable to chat and drink in. Kind of expensive though, but maybe that's the usual prices in the Netherlands.

Nice place with good food! Being here two times and ordered the same thing... the quality was great both times. The staff was really helpful and brought our plates fast eventhough the Café was full of people. A star is missing because they don't have an English written menu which will be good to add having into consideration that tourists or expats might not know Dutch and they can take a little bit too long to bring the food. But other than that, I totally recommend it !!

Really wanted to rate it 5 stars: delicious burger, great soup and small but very good selection of beers. The menu is well-thought out, the service was fast and the atmosphere is lively but cosy. Unfortunately, they oversharged us around 17 euros. They rectified it after I pointed it out but it still left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

At a small square a great place to have a drink or two and a nice lunch. I took the Salmon Sandwich, great choice. The staff is friendly and is really looking after you. Thanks for the hospitality.
