    Started the 30 day challenge in January & hand on heart it has been the best thing for me in both body & mind. The setting is so welcoming - both the Coaches & other patrons - it really has the family feel to it. Some gym settings can be quite intimidating but P4 is anything but, It's the most wonderful bunch of like minded people all with different goals but all pushing each other to achieve them. Seeing the Coaches work the room offering advise on not only your form but encouraging YOU, those little words of advice & support really carry weight & can change your whole mindset. The gym timetable has a time suitable for all & all classes have a cap for the number of users so you are never struggling for equipment or space. Joining P4 has given me a sense of purpose & made me feel part of a wider community, we're not just faceless members or a direct debit we matter. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or looking for a new place to train P4 should definitely be on your list

    I’ve been a member at P4 Fitness since April and it’s not a gym I have ever come across before. There is so many varied options for group personal training, high intensity classes as well as strength, 1:1 PT, conditioning and even yoga. All of the coaches are amazing, constantly motivating all members, very caring and so friendly nothing is ever too much for them. The coaches start every session showing us how the workout is done and provide ongoing feedback and advice to each member to improve their form. The atmosphere is amazing in the gym and the members are incredible every one of them, very inspirational, motivational and so friendly creating a welcome environment every time you step foot in the door. Every workout is different and you learn something new every session you do which keeps everything guessing and exciting. I’ve changed from a nervous gym goer to an excited gym goer I have found a place where people like myself can thrive and have fun and work out! I’ve seen a massive change in my confidence in my appearance, mental health and also my energy levels that I am so thankful for the coaches, team and my fellow members for helping me with. If your not a member of P4 Fitness I would highly recommend you come and join, it will be the best thing you have ever done.

    I've been attending Project4 since it's inception, having not been a consistent gym attendee prior to joining. The classes are varied and allow you to achieve your goals (whatever they are), whilst keeping you stimulated and motivated. The PT's are all incredibly knowledgeable and have created not only a great program of classes but a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere. I couldn't recommend it highly enough; whatever your goals, confidence or current fitness levels.

    Everything about project 4 fitness is brilliant. The coaches are great, always very enthusiastic and always pushing you to be your best. The classes are great, the group PT sessions have a good amount of people on them so you still get the PT experience and right amount of coaching, P4X is really hard but really good and you feel great after it and super session is brilliant too, it’s a mixture of the two above classes and really sets you up for the day. No class is ever the same, training programmes change everyday. I have been coming for around 6 weeks now and can already see results. The coaches hold you accountable for your training and nutrition which is good. All the members are really friendly and there is a real sense of community in the gym. I’ve tried many gyms and classes in the past and this is the best one and the happiest I have felt and look forward to the future at P4 Fitness. If you are thinking of joining, go for it you won’t look back.

    If you want to feel better about yourself mentally and physically, Project 4 is the place to come! Experienced trainers who genuinely care about you and your fitness progress. Here they promote a friendly and supportive culture. So, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or you’re a seasoned pro, you never feel out of place. Since coming to Project 4 Fitness, I feel so much better in all aspects of my life. I’m stronger, fitter and happier. And I’ve even made new friends as an extra bonus :)

    I joined Project 4 after having done little to no exercise for nearly 3 years, after it was recommended to me by a good friend. Jory, Earl, Lisa and Vic were all so welcoming and supportive. I would recommend this gym to absolutely everyone it’s such a friendly place to train. My only regret is I wish I had join sooner!

    Since joining P4 almost 18 months ago, I completely transformed my old habits. With help from all coaches I achieved my goals and learned how to maintain good results. Everyone in P4 is super friendly and approachable, making it easy to work on new habits. In every small group session coaches are pushing everyone to improve our performance. Also great place to hang out at 6am🤣 come, join us and have fun!!!

    This is not just a gym but the best group PT family I could have ever wished for. I've learnt so much since I've been going. I'm much fitter, stronger, happier and healthier. The team are so encouraging and motivating in every way. It's so encouraging when they say " Go Naz go !" Yes they know all their family's members names.! It's the first gym that I look forward to going to even on early morning sessions !! I love everything about the team , other members and the gym. Thankyou for everything, love you all !! ❤️😍

    I have never really enjoyed exercise before but felt it was time for a change. I'd seen P4 Fitness and I liked the vibe. From my very first chat with Victoria I felt reasurred that I would be able to feel confident in the gym, so I signed up for the 30 day challenge. I can not believe how much I have loved it! All of the trainers are so supportive and encouraging. And all the members so friendly and welcoming. I actually find it fun and enjoy going, and I honestly never thought I'd be able to say that about a gym. I feel better in myself already and feel that I'm challenging myself more with every visit. My clothes fit again, I'm energised and motivated. If you've been thinking about joining a gym I definitely think you should give P4F ago. I bet by the end of the 30 days you'll be a convert too! Thank you to the P4F crew!!!

    Project 4 Fitness is an amazing local gym. It has everything I need under one roof..high intensity P4X, group PT, yoga, rehabilitation if I need a massage and just the most incredible community which is absolutely its magic. The PTs are TOP quality and the support and guidance I’ve received along the way with my fitness journey has been unreal. They really care, and it shows in the way this place is run. If you’re local, I would WHOLE HEARTEDLY recommend giving it a try here, it’s something special - not just your average gym; it promotes mindset shifts, connection and health as well as fitness and I love it!

    Joining Project4Fitness 5 months ago was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Every session is different and the the PT’s are fantastic and always on hand to provide advice and support. All the members are lovely and although it’s really nerve wracking the first time you go, you get made to feel extremely welcome. Would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get fitter and wanting to feel challenged!

    P4 is more than a gym, it’s a community, it’s a way of life. I’ve never felt so at home and relaxed at a gym. I’m not the strongest or fittest but I’ve never felt out of place in here. It’s such an inclusive community which is something I’ve never experienced at a gym before. The coaches push you and make classes so much fun. It’s honestly changed my life, 6am work outs are now part of my routine and I love it, I can’t wait to carry on my journey with them!

    I have been an avid gym goer for a short while now, the P4 coaches and fellow members have put the spark back into my training. From the gentle encouragement in group PT (strength/technique) to spurs of energy in the battleground during P4X (HIIT/endurance) and everything in between incl. Yoga, regular socials, on-hand WhatsApp support. It's so much more than a gym, it's a haven, a supportive environment surrounded by like-minded people working on their individual goals.

    I have had a number of PT sessions at Project 4 Fitness and enjoyed every one. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly and you are made to feel at ease. Training in a group helps me to push myself much more than solo training does. If you are struggling with a particular exercise the trainers always have an alternative to help you keep going. I am planning to re book when my sessions run out and highly recommend this gym.
